Horrible service! Employee at the drive thru had no idea what she was doing. Don't waste your money here.

I tried a Extreme Green Machine smoothie, that was made to perfection. I have not had a smoothie this good from ANYWHERE. Even JJ and JIU! couldn't compare to what I tasted. I also tried a jalapeno and cheese panini, and probably could have skipped on that. The cheese was not completely melted and the jalapenos were still cold. Also is could have used more cheese in it, so that the cheese to bread ratio would even out. Because I was so satisfied with the smoothie, I didnt deduct any stars for the bland panini. read more

This place has the best boba! My favorite is the taro boba, its a delicious purple taro smoothie with boba. I've also tried the milk tea boba and the birthday cake ice-cream. All my selections have been delicious. They have very high quality of drinks. I look forward to trying more soon. The service is friendly and efficient. There is a good amount of seating inside. read more

Just found this place when looking for an ice cream shop. They have an awesome selection of ice cream I ended up getting the gansito waffle cone. Staff here is super friendly and helpful. I always get their Taro milk tea with boba & Thai iced tea with boba. They have good customer service at this location...I hate it when you go to a place and the it's not consistent. Every time I order milk teas from here, the drinks are either a tad too sweet or not sweet at all. I think next time i will ask how it's made so I can tell them to make it to my liking. Large milk tea boba was average tasting, however the price for $5.30 was ridiculously expensive. Their large drink is like a medium size elsewhere. Why are your large drinks small?? Definitely will not be getting boba drinks here again. Rather wait until next time I'm in the San Gabriel area to get my boba drinks. As for their ice cream, yes prices for a double scoop for $4.20 is good compared to elsewhere. I wish they would post their ice cream flavors up on their drive through. I usually go to Coffee Nutzz for their ice cream. I like this location because it is closer to my house and it's a nicer location than the one on Foothill. I have noticed that this location is very inconsistent with its products. On more than one occasion I have received inconsistent servings of ice cream and mangoadas. Today's visit was the worst one yet. I paid for three scoops and in one of the cups it's very small scoops and only two plus a little extra. I'm not sure what's going on with this location I've never had this issue with the Foothill location. read more

Okay so I was there at 7:50am because I really wanted boba in my coffee turns out they don't serve boba till after 10am if that was the case I could of just had Starbucks, they should put signs out stating this before people get in the drive thru line, My husband wanted a medium ice coffee and they only carry SM/L/XL what??? No medium.... And to top it all off they have cookies on they're menu we ordered 2 cookies, the cashier says they're out of cookies ugh!!! read more

Recently visited here with a friend. If you are looking for a place to go other than Starbucks and you prefer a more sugary coffee than a strong one. It has a very generic look to the place and they offer more than just coffee, they also have boba. I would definitely like to try the boba next time I go. I ordered a caramel macchiato iced and I really enjoyed it. Like I said, it was more sugary than your normal macchiato but if you are looking for a more dessert like coffee this is the place for you. Overall this place has a good variety of drinks but the service is a bit underwhelming, or at least it was during my visit. If you go to the gym next door and want to splurge after your workout this is a good place to go. read more

The fact that it this place has a drive through is SO awesome already for when you're on the run. We came here on a Friday night and thought to try it out especially since we wanted something quick and easy to get. We ordered their Hazelnut Iced Coffee and their popular blended Meximocha. My husband thought their Meximocha tested ok. It tasted a bit too smokey/toasted for his taste buds....not sure if that's how it should taste, I know it sounds a bit weird to describe its taste as toasty....but that's what he says! My hazelnut ice coffee was just waaay too sweet, buy the flavor was ok. It was way better when I brought it back home and added more cream to it. I think it's good that we tried it, but probably not gonna come back here already knowing better coffee and boba places. read more

I always wanted to try this place, and I was so disappointed with the products taste. To start I ordered a Boba tea I was skeptical to try Boba tea at a coffee place, but I did and I was right it sucked big time the Boba tasted so nasty I threw it away why they serve boba teas is beyond me. Always have used be drive through. Never been inside till this date. I will go inside one of these days. The drive thru is always speedy, never has me waiting long. I have had there Hispanic bread and treats and they are yummy. I have had their bread that is stuffed with cheese and jalapeños, it was warmed up before they handed it to me. Very warm delicious treat in the morning. I love how this place has smoothies, milk teas, and coffee & frappes. Their drinks have never disappointed me, but which there was more sandwiches options. Drive thru line is always long here and most of the time half the items on the menu are unavailable. Not to mention the speaker at the ordering window is super LOUD! It can be heard 3 cars behind and all the way to the pickup window. This is annoying as the person taking the order can't even hear what is being ordered. The coffee is good. However, they take forever to give you your order! I prefer the drive thru. One time I went inside and it took all of us who ordered about 30 mins to get our food and drinks. I wanted boba today and decided to come here since It was the closest place near the house. I went through the drive thru and took then a few minutes. Sure,they were nice but took a while. So I thought ok they must be busy. Boy, was I wrong! I drove around and there was only one car in front of me. Five minutes for the car in front of me and another five minutes for my order. I ordered milk tea with boba DONT COME HERE FOR BOBA! The boba was way over cooked.. mushy and super stuck together. The milk tea it self was super sweet! Sweeter than what you would get at an actual boba house! very disappointing since I did expect otherwise. Should have known better... next time I'll stick to my regular boba house. read more

The lines are incredibly long and drive thru moves too slow. Coffee is still great and so is the boba but please do something about the slow moving lines. Tried the torta and it wasn't anything I would recommend. The meat to bread ratio wasn't doing it for me. They might as well give you a plain birote because there wasn't enough substance inside the sandwich to even consider it anything other than a piece of bread garnished with a tomato. read more

Coffee Nutz will forever be my go-to for delicious coffee in the morning. I really don't understand what people are complaining about, my order has always been amazing and tasted GREAT. Maybe the food won't be like, gourmet, but it's a coffee shop in rialto. Stop being on your high horse and expecting amazing, beautifully plated, food from minimum wage workers. No one cares about you that much. And you know what, I think the food tastes great! Presentation may be off, but it sure comes out of you looking a lot worse, doesn't it? If you order an iced coffee, the bottom will be slightly warm. That's because they made it fresh for you!! The employees working the closing shift tonight were extremely rude with stank-ass attitudes. We went through the drive-through to place an order at 10:00 pm; the lady that spoke on the intercom was just awful by abruptly informing us that they are closed without even giving us a chance to respond. I find it odd that their online page says their open until 10:30 pm on Saturdays? When we drive by the window she didn't even bother to acknowledge us, such a lack of professionalism. Whoever the owner or manager of this location needs to either retrain these employees or just fire their asses. read more

Worst wait ever for the drive through. Only 3 cars in line took about 20 minutes until I was able to give my order. It then took another 15 minutes to receive it. The two cars ahead of me each got 1 drink. I watched the staff serve 2 customers inside ice cream orders, then watched as they began my order. They definitely do not understand how to service multiple customers and prioritize their time. read more

my wife and i love this place But starbucks and other coffee shops closed by open at 5am by the time it opens 7am im already down on my second cup. i give it five stars because it is good and the sandwiches are delicious But im sorry a coffee shop needs to open early. most people close by work in LA leave at 5-6am and grab coffees if you were to open earlier i would be there 3-4 times a week. read more

This new location is amazing, its close to home is super pretty and the staff is always awesome. It does have less outlets to plug in electronics than Foothill which can be an issue when they are super busy but aside from that it is definitely one of the best sports to get coffee in Rialto read more
