Im really done with this place! Every morning I "clock" how long Im in the drive thru, I order the same thing every morning-2 drinks. Even when Im the ONLY one in the drive thru it takes no less than 10 minutes. This morning some little short chunky sour face took my order, she copped an attitude when she asked me if I wanted my drink with milk & my answer was "latte" means milk. My other drink didnt taste like it had ANY vanilla in it! At least Starbucks doesnt charge me for water when I ask for it once in awhile and even though their line is long, its really no longer than 10 minutes. They dont cop an attitude or ask me stupid questions. I rarely complain, but when Ive had enough, Ive had enough! I doubt the new Riverside location is any different.... read more

I tried Coffee Nutzz for the first time last week, after driving by it for over a year, and I really like it. I have now been there a few times since. I have ordered hot espresso or boba and in my opinion, their coffee is as good as Starbucks' but costs less. Something else I really like about Coffee Nutzz is it's friendly staff. This place is a little gem in Rialto! The drinks, ice cream, and food is always on point! Marc H. and all the staff are always friendly and courteous with customers. The place is always clean and a great spot to work remotely from our just hang out at with your family. Not do they have coffee but also make great fruit smoothies and a new delicious mangonada drink. They also have the best paninis and Mexican breads. I am a regular at Coffee Nutzz in Rialto. The drinks and ice cream are wonderful and the paninis are so delicious. The atmosphere is cozy and inviting. The servers are so friendly, especially Melissa and Leslie. They always ask about my day and know exactly what I like to order. A Capes I was at Coffee Nutzz again yesterday morning. In regards to the new location on Riverside let me just say what an absolute stunner! New location looks great nice open space with tons of sun light great place to get something to eat and too be refreshed!!. The employees are absolutely excellent probably the best part of the place, Charisma the fantastic employee that helped me out not only was professional but sooo helpful! Okay so I just went to coffee nutzz last weekend and I decided I should make a review. So I went and saw all these new flavors looks like they're trying to copy "La michoacana" it's pretty pathetic they need to focus on their workers nasty attitudes and poor service instead of trying to copy other businesses. Terrible service, same drinks and icecream I can get somewhere else and would rather go to Starbucks where they treat you kindly and not like they're forced to help you. read more

I found this little cafe spot Thursday afternoon on the busy street of foothill. I needed something strong, but with a seasonal taste. Laura took my order and suggested a hot chai or pumpkin spice latte. I asked her to surprise me. She made me a chai latte and topped it off with cinnamon. It was sooo yummy. She was knowledgeable. I got the iced vanilla latte with strawberry cold foam and it was SO good! The flavor combo was perfect--sweet, creamy, and super refreshing. The baristas were really friendly and helpful, and the customer service overall was on point. The vibe inside was super chill too, definitely a nice spot to hang out or get some work done. I really like coming to this place. I probably come here 2-3 times a week on average. But the wait times, can be a bit bothersome. It shouldnt take so long to get a simple cup of coffee. I really love this place instead of going to the big chains, but they need to fix this wait time problem otherwise ill be forced to go to places like that :-/ read more

This location of Coffee Nuttz stands out for its spacious layout compared to other branches. The staff is exceptionally friendly and patient, and they are extremely generous with ice cream samples. Worst experience ever the girls working there took forever to help me since they were so busy on their phone and giggling, then I over heard them talking about how gross the food and drinks are and made me feel uncomfortable.
