For me, I skipped the fried stuff and ordered The Big QP with steamed broccoli instead of french fries and the $6 The Resolution Breaker margarita. The Big QP (7.5 oz beef patty, two slices of American cheese, diced onions, pickles, ketchup, and mustard): This was one of their lower calorie burgers at nearly 900 calories. Yikes! Instead of fries, I got the steamed broccoli. What can be said? It was a solid burger with good seasoning. I didn't feel too gross with myself afterwards nor did it send me to a food coma. On Friday Nov 7th we made a spur of the moment decision to dine at Chili's. On the drive over we made a request to be put on the wait list. During our arrival, we were greeted and seated at our estimated time. Nice start! The Big Q burger and salad were excellent value for the price but what really stood out was the service. Our server, Reid was exceptional! He has that welcoming, friendly demeanor with outstanding hospitality! Relaxed but efficient, calm but humorous. We went to Chili's at the request of my son's girlfriend since she just turned 21. Walking in the parking lot was pretty full and so was the restaurant for a Sunday at 5:30pm. We were seated almost immediately. The drinks were good and the orders were taken promptly. There were plenty of TVs around the bar area to see whatever you were looking for. The place was pretty busy so it was kind of noisy but nothing out of control. The margarita chicken was delicious but oddly looked like a pork chop over a chicken but still tasty! read more

My family, friends and I had all gone into chili yesterday prior to watching the new wicked movie since chilis had wicked margaritas for a great price . My husband thought the green apple tasted like chemicals and i thought the dragonfruit pink margaritas was too sweet and syrupy tasting. I had ordered the Triple dipper with the Nashville hot mozzarella sticks, the honey chipotle mozzarella sticks and the southwestern egg rolls. They brought out honey chipotle crispers instead. But did bring out the mozzarella sticks since i was confused why I was given the chicken. Then after we had left and gone to the movie and gotten home at least 3 of us in our party got the worst food poising ever from the egg rolls. Constantly going to the bathroom all evening. My friend ordered a 6oz sirloin steak medium rare with asparagus. Her steak was tough to chew and the asparagus served was rather embarrassing - the skinniest sprigs. She ate some of her food and gave up. (took the steak home for her dog) I ordered the Ancho Salmon 6oz with broccoli and rice. Sauces served on the side. Salmon was overcooked and dry - tried both sauces. the broccoli was done par-boiled like I like it, but was served without melted butter and/or lemon. I took the broccoli home and made cheddar cheese soup. I believe we were both over-charged, should have asked to see the menu to check -- and will from now on. The hostess was great - we visited while I waited for my friend to arrive. Paige, the server was nice, but I think she had the tables in the back with small kids. (that can be challenging) This is the first time at Chili's that I was disappointed. Always before my orders served have been more than ample, tasty and inviting. P.S. Recently ended up at Chili's for a family birthday because there was a two hour wait at the new place we wanted to try. We had a party of 8. Approximate wait time was 45 minutes. After an hour, they attempted to seat us--at a 6 seater. Math is hard, but... is it that hard? My nine year old nephew very earnestly asked me if he should ask if they needed his help. The hosts identified a high top with enough seats and told us once that party left, they would seat us. Another party came in, and they started actively avoiding eye contact. Always a good feeling, right? After asking them for an update, they told us that they were going to seat that new party at the high top. The diners at the high top left, and we watched as the busser removed two glasses at a time, walking back and forth between the table and the kitchen, leaving the bucket on the table. I've never seen anyone in a restaurant move with less urgency--and I worked in the industry at my laziest, most unmotivated period of my life with a bunch of people whose main focus was to get to their spliff break. Im talking the slowest wipe fine in recent history--call Guinness Book of World Records for this guy, honestly. It was shocking, and also felt real intentional and insulting. Cool. The party that arrived after us was seated. The hosts said that it was real hard for them because they "had to like think ahead, strategically." They identified another table. Eventually, we were finally seated. They didn't have salt or pepper on the table. My sister's birthday margarita was undrinkable and they didn't do anything for her birthday. The food was Chili's food, and honestly I'm not even gonna talk about it because you know what you're in for with this chain food-wise. The bill came, and there were extra items on it--we were charged for an insane number of chips and salsa and just incorrect items. Out in the parking lot, my brother-in-law noted that he has been to this location before and had the same experience with being charged for additional and incorrect items. Cool. At that point, I just wanted to leave because it was such an obnoxiously bad experience. I paid, and they'll be stoked to hear, we won't be back. I did not feel god in that Chili's that night. Well my lady, Latoya, didn't feel like cooking and I NEVER feel like cooking so we decided to order out. I had noticed an advertisement a few days ago for the "3 for me" at Chili's so we decided to check it out. I love me some Red Robin burgers but it's rough spending nearly $20 on a burger meal when you have to buy 4 or 5 of them. So onto the Chili's website I went. I was a little skeptical about the size the burgers would be so I almost ordered a double OR even an order of their Southwest egg rolls (FAVORITE!!!) to go with my burger... GLAD I DIDN'T! The single patty Big Smasher Burger with fries, a side salad, and a drink was actually pretty big and the entire deal filled me up. For $10.99 (plus $2 for bacon), not a bad deal. The Crispy Chicken Sandwich with the same add ons MUST have been pretty good as well because all three kids tried it and it was devoured in no time. And did I mention? The chicken patty was almost twice the size of the bun!!! The other two kids got burgers like mine but without bacon and loved them as well. Latoya took the side salads and made one big salad while also ordering the garlic butter mushrooms and reported they were good too! When I arrived there were two other people waiting for to go orders as well and I still got mine first, the service was a little rushed and the guy that got me my order seemed a little stressed. The drinks being in 8 smaller cups, having to be stacked and hard to carry with my big bag of food was a bit of a challenge and I feel like cups are something you just shouldn't run out of, especially to go cups with how many food delivery services there are BECAUSE it really makes it hard to juggle. Because of the stressed feeling and the cups, I give this location 4 stars but overall we really enjoyed our meals and I would stack these sandwiches up against Red Robin any time, especially at nearly half the price, and even more especially since they come WITH a drink! read more

The guy that waited on us I believe his name was Reed he was great he got all my refills and requests in a small amount of time. I ventured out this time and splurged on the carne asada fajitas and was able to take 1/2 of it home. It was delicious both times. The website wasn't working very well, in which, I attempted to place my online order for lunch so, I called instead to place my order and the guy who answered was apologetic and nice. The employee knew exactly what I wanted as if he knew who I was... it was kinda mind-boggling but he treated me as he would have wanted his meal.. is my thought! When I arrived, I noticed a lady parking her red truck in the to go parking. thinking she was dropping off her handicap passengers and then would find a spot to park but, instead this lady parked in to go spot and got out with her mon handicap crew to eat. These types of humans are unapologetic and pathetic...I wanted to ask her to be a nice human and follow the rules but I didn't. Lol They have handicap parking which aren't filled up so not sure why she decided to park here. When the employee brung out my food, we had a good laugh and he even shared other stories about parking I never knew that humans could be so inconsiderate until his stories shared. I got the Chipotle Bowl and it was not good at all. The messy bowl included hard rice, salty chicken and brown avocados. Our food took a while to come out so I didn't even attempt to flag down our server on the avocado and accepted the loss. So now when you order a steak, which the smallest 6 ounce is $20, you also have to pay an extra couple bucks for a side salad! You can only get a couple sides for free, now they're charging for all the "premium" sides. So now that steak with the salad is probably going to cost you 25 almost $30 now for the smallest steak. I took my kids here on a Saturday around noon. It wasn't packed but busy enough. We were quickly greeted and seated. Our server was so nice and attentive. She interacted well with my kids and was so sweet. I ordered the app trio with Nashville hot crispers, big mouth bites, and southwest egg rolls with a side of roasted street corn. My kids got the kids meals--one with the chicken pasta and fries, one with the mini cheeseburgers, fries, and oranges, and the other with chicken crispers, fries and oranges. We also go lemonade and the blue sprite drink that I can't remember the name of. We only waited about 15-20 minutes for our food which was not bad at all. Everything was hot and fresh and SO GOOD. My southwest egg rolls weren't fried as hard as usual but still good nonetheless. The restaurant was clean, servers were attentive, and you could see them cleaning as soon as people left the tables rather than letting items just sit. 10/10 experience at this location. read more

Wednesday 2:37pm February 11th. My friend and I came in to eat after a shift at work. We're seated immediately and our order is taken and given in a respectable amount of time. However, no one, NO ONE checked in on us. Everyone around us were getting refills and being checked on regularly, but us? Nope, we had drinks obviously empty, everyone skipping our tables and only checked in with us after we paid. He asked us if we wanted any boxes but left us waiting. It took him to rush over when we were out the door to ask if we wanted them still. No actually, not anymore. This employee was sitting in a booth with dinning guests upon our entry and continued going over to the table and speaking and sitting with these two ladies. This was an awful experience. read more
