Update: The general manager reached out to me to fix the situation as quickly as possible. My unit…read morewas fixed and it is working correctly. He also generously offered to make restitution from the inconveniences I had in events I missed and my discomfort. As soon as I know what the plan of restitution is and it is in place, I will raise this 3 star to a 4 star for standing up and making it right. Let me share my experience with folks so they can know what a gong show it has been in dealing with this company. I was given a quote on a mini split system and the sales guy seemed very knowledgeable and left a good impression. I got 3 quotes from different companies and now am wishing I went with someone else. They have tried to give the best customer service, I will be fair with that, but the overall handling from installation to all the problems I have had within two months leaves a lot to be desired. So many different cogs in the wheel doesn't work. I wish I would have went with a small company. The guys who installed it didn't even know what they were doing. They were trying to connect a 240V by hooking it up as a 120V and using the other as a grounding wire. The day of installation I mentioned that I had to leave by 5pm and as they arrived at 8:30am they assured me they would be done. It was important that I leave and I had very expensive tickets to an event. 5:30 rolls around and he is trying to figure out why the unit is not working despite the obvious aspect that it was a 240V plug. I had to call the sales rep to reel him in, show me respect to my need to leave and have someone come and finish the following day. 2 other people came out over and one senior guy got the thing working. Or so I thought. Not long after it started making noises and didn't seem right so they sent some other guy out who "checked" the system and assured me it was perfectly fine. He took the opportunity to sell me a surge protector which I think was a smart buy anyways. The reality is this new humming was an indicator that everything was NOT alright. They seem to have a lot of inexperienced people on their team and send someone new out every time so the people who come don't have any back history on anything!! Sure enough 3 days ago the unit goes out as the pump that gets rid of condensation in the unit failed. This was the end result of which the humming was an early indicator that could have been caught and nipped in the bud. I called and they were not in a hurry to help me and I had to force the issue by mentioning I was a new customer and they haven't got it right and since this is my only cooling unit, they needed to get it right. Initially they were trying to schedule me for the following day when it is 113 outside. They were in a hurry to take my money when they improperly installed this piece of junk that I have had so many issues in the two months since it has been put in. So a service manager came out yesterday and looked at the unit and told me that the part won't come in until the morning and would 10 or 11am work. The unit kept starting and stopping so they had the courtesy of having yet another team member (think I met about 15 different people so far) drop off a small portable unit that would cool a room size of 250 square feet. Here I am and it is 10:30 and no one has reached out to me to get this repair finished or at least let me know what is going on. They are "checking" to see if the part came despite Colten telling me the part would be in and that he could come mid morning to get it fixed. I had plans to go somewhere but I have been held hostage for 3 days because they don't have any ability to get the job done. Honestly, I wish I would have never picked up the phone to deal with these people and feel it is my duty to inform others. If my issue is not resolved soon I am going to look for a lemon law lawyer and seek a refund if they can't get it fixed properly. Save yourself a lot of hassle and seek out a small company who can take care of you instead of just treating you like a number.

I initially reached out to them for a routine maintenance on my 3 ton Carrier unit as well as my…read moresplit unit in the garage. Their reviews as well as overall ratings were what attracted me to use them as well as their experience with split units. My call was answered right away & I was able to get an appointment the next day. That went very smoothly & the technician was very professional & helpful. Unfortunately a while later my Carrier unit's fan motor started making noise. It was Easter weekend, but I called them to see if they could send someone to at least take a look at it. Chris the owner responded to my call & despite being with his family, said he'd be over later that day. When he arrived, he assessed the situation and explained to me that the previous repairs on the ac unit had replaced the fan motor with the wrong size motor for that unit. He took the time to educate me on why the motor was wrong & had resulted in damage to the fan. As a result, both the motor & the damaged fan would need to be replaced. He said he'd work on getting both a new fan and motor for the unit. Unfortunately there were non in stock from the local suppliers as well as LA. We're able to find the right motor & fan at an out of state supplier which was able to ship it UPS 3 day delivery. Parts came a day early, & Chris was there the next day to install both! He again showed me how the new motor & fan were not only the right ones for my unit, but also how it would be more energy efficient as well. Chris is a true professional who genuinely cares for his customers! I'd definitely recommend him to any of my friends in the future!

They were very knowledgeable and wonderful to work with. They worked in 113 degree weather out side, and about 135 degrees in the attic! The presentation, inspection, and proposal by John Daps yesterday was low keyed and very informative- and turned out to be $10,000 cheaper than our previous proposal- and he had his crew here by 9:00 AM. Zeke, Arron- and I'm sorry I can't remember the other member- were fantastic- they explained everything, very efficient- and got my cell App set up to interface with the new Control module. They cleaned up everything and hauled all of the old equipment from the Attic and outside away. I don't usually bother making reviews- but Next Level earned it! Skip Yazel

Of course our A/C unit went down during the hottest week of the season - Ugh!…read moreCalled around and had 8 quotes. While next Next Level was not the cheapest option (by a minimal difference)- their service and labor warranty was stellar and far exceeded the "peace of mind" in quality of work and equipment offered in comparison to anyone else. With a financial expense this big, this was very important to us...So we opted to go with them and so glad we did! The A/C installers: Ezekiel, Aaron, and John, were incredibly professional, efficient, and knowledgeable. They worked so well as a team... What impressed me is how clean and cautious they were about any dust or debris while working. Everything was covered and protected prior to starting. At completion, they vacuumed and everything was left impeccable, as if nothing ever happened. The unit is quiet and oh so beautiful!!! Thank YOU Next Level for standing behind your workmanship and offering an incredible warranty. Great prices! Outstanding warranty! Outstanding A/C installation Team! - Allie
