    Coffee Lovers Only
    Raluca V.

Very disappointed. After paying $18.99 for this ice cream. Look how empty the container is and this is after I told the gentleman to put more ice cream. He gives me the excuse of the ice cream overflowing once the lid goes in. Seriously? Pathetic.

Coffee ice cream topped with hair

Absolutely terrible service, walked in and ordered and everything was fine until when he began to mix in the toppings the whole ice cream melted. Not putting the "cold" in cold stone i see? Also while eating my puddle because everything was already melting I found a great source of fiber (A huge strand of hair) please for the love of all that's holy just go to culver or even McDonalds.

This is an average ice cream shop. It's cute if you want a lot of mix ins and not in blizzard form. I like the founders favorite in like it size and in a waffle chocolate coated bowl. They serve three sizes like it, love it and got to have it. The like it size is about one scoop, love it is two scoops and foots have it is about three scoops. Service is ok. Not the fastest but also not the slowest. Takes a little longer since they are adding items to your scoop and mixing it all together before they put it in your cup or cone. Overall ice cream is a little on the higher end price range. I paid almost 7 bucks for a scoop of ice cream on a chocolate coated waffle bowl. So this is a once in a while place to go to since the prices are steep. Over all it's ok for a once in a while treat.

In the past it used to look more like a generous tasting pour. They now have glass bottled still water. In other words, they definitely evolved. Claudia is a phenomenal server, she has checked in multiple times and provided superb service. We are very pleased with general transformation of this place and we will definitely come here more often. My wish list is more pescarian options on menu that are not shellfish.

We made one, just in case. The inside is nice but not pretentious feeling for a steakhouse. It looked like there was a lot of seating at the bar open - might try that out if we come back. We were celebrating our anniversary, so that was noted on our little reservation card & our server acknowledged this - but nothing was done to really wow us or make us feel like we were celebrating until the very end of our meal (more on this in a bit). The food was pretty good - we both got some sort of meat. I got the prime rib and I was seriously missing some sort of horseradish sauce. The cut of meat though was very good and not super fatty, so extra points for that. The portions are very generous, so we didn't have room for dessert. After we paid, our server remembered it was our anniversary and offered us champagne.. it was nice, but a total afterthought. I was SO full that I really couldn't drink it. Lastly, the parking. The lot is shared with all of the other businesses in the mall area, so just beware. It might be better to park behind and walk through the path.

I'm a big fan of this concept with comfortable seating in a spacious restaurant, plenty of parking,…read moregreat presentation, friendly service, and attractive decor. Compared to similar restaurants in this space, I prefer to go here with friends for its generally quieter atmosphere and overall vibe. Maybe the biggest complaint here is that the food preparation can be a bit inconsistent between dishes, and between different meat types. That is, that the output can range from delicious to somewhat average (and sometimes overcooked), depending on what you order. For example the birria was super flavorful and served with very crisp tacos and a delicious consomme, but the cilantro-lime rice and refried beans felt like an afterthought. The smoked pork belly quesadillas had a great flavor and just about the right amount of fattiness that was short of perfection due to the pork being overcooked. The tres leches cake also had a great creaminess and flavor to it, but parts of the cake weren't really soaked in the milk at all, which created an inconsistent experience - depending on where I took the bite. On everything I tried though, the presentation was excellent and there were enough great things about each dish to overcome some of the shortfalls. Overall though, I feel with improved execution on ensuring that all elements of the dishes are equally good in terms of texture and flavor -- there's a lot to love about Ancho & Agave. But even in its current state, it's still an enjoyable spot to take a group of friends for tasty food in an impressive looking spot.

When we told our name for our reservation we were told it was going to be about 10 more minutes- even though the restaurant was half full. I was super confused because the entire bar was open and there were at least 10-12 open tables. The person checking us in goes "what you've never had that happen before?" - referring to having to wait for a table - SO incredibly off-putting and condescending. I told her she was being rude and she got defensive and giving us all these excuses- that the kitchen was backed up, etc. We immediately walked out. We were fine with the waiting but the way this employee handled things was insane. The way this should have been handled, and how it's handled in hundreds of other restaurants we've been to is: offer to sit us at the bar or ask if we want to get seated and then tell us there's a back up. or even say "I'm so sorry" Like at least show SOME hospitality. I emailed the location to say all of the above, and they did offer to send us something in the mail, but I will not be accepting. There are so many businesses in this area, go somewhere else that appreciates you as a customer.

Not only was there nothing in stock such as hot food but it looked like a zoo of animals came in and tore up the place and left the it in shambles with wrappers, popcorn, cups, and everything in disarray. I attended the movie with my family, including my child, hoping to enjoy a fun evening together. We were seated in Row K, seats K14, K15, and K16. Directly behind us, in Row L (approximately seats L10-L17), was a group of teenage boys whose behavior completely ruined our experience. For nearly the entire movie, they were loud, disruptive, and disrespectful. They continuously talked over the dialogue, shouted, whistled, and made inappropriate comments throughout the film. They repeatedly used racial slurs and excessive profanity, including the N-word, F-word, B-word, and C-word. During the scene where Spider-Man kissed MJ, they made loud, vulgar comments that were entirely inappropriate, especially in a theater where families and children were present. Multiple guests, including my family, reported their behavior to theater staff. Despite numerous complaints from several parties, it took nearly two hours for an employee to enter the auditorium. Unfortunately, as soon as the boys noticed staff entering, they immediately became quiet. I had to personally point them out because I was so frustrated that their behavior had gone unaddressed for so long. It was not until the final 30 minutes of the movie that we were finally able to watch in relative peace. By then, however, the experience had already been ruined. We had spent over two hours listening to constant talking, shouting, profanity, and disruptions, making it difficult to even hear or follow the movie. What concerns me just as much as the behavior of these patrons was the lack of urgency shown by your staff. The group was reportedly warned twice, yet meaningful action was never taken until the movie was essentially over. They were only told they would be removed if they continued, but by that point the film was already ending and the credits were beginning. This response was far too late to protect the experience of the paying guests. I am appalled by the lack of timely intervention and the failure to maintain a safe, respectful, and family-friendly environment. As paying customers, we expected staff to address this behavior promptly, especially after receiving multiple complaints. This experience has left me extremely disappointed, and unless significant improvements are made to how disruptive behavior is handled, I do not plan to return to this theater. I hope you will take this complaint seriously, review what occurred, and consider how situations like this can be handled much more effectively in the future. Additionally, I believe a refund or appropriate compensation is warranted, as we did not receive the movie experience we paid for.
