I would strongly advise anyone considering a cake delivery from this Cold Stone location to reconsider. I placed an order through the official Cold Stone website on Tuesday October 28 for delivery to my son's birthday party on Sunday November 2. Because the event was at a hotel, I had no ability to store an ice cream cake, so I was relieved to find a nearby location offering delivery. Unfortunately, the experience that followed was remarkably unprofessional and deeply disappointing. At approximately 4:30 PM on the day of the party I received a DoorDash notification indicating that a driver would be picking up my order. This was the first indication that Cold Stone relied on a third party service, despite the fact that my order was placed and paid for directly with Cold Stone. The cake was scheduled to arrive at 5:00 PM. By 5:05 PM the delivery time continued to shift and the tracker showed that the driver was waiting at the store. When I called to check, the employee admitted that she had sent away two drivers because she had not realized the order was a cake. Only after I called did she look again and notice a cake that matched my order sitting in the store. At 5:15 PM she claimed that the cake had been picked up. At 5:30 PM my order was abruptly canceled in the app, and the driver stopped responding completely. No cake ever arrived. What happened next was even worse than the failed delivery. When I contacted the store again, the employee was sympathetic but explained that the manager instructed her to tell me I could purchase another cake and that they would not take responsibility for the failed order. I reiterated that I had ordered through Cold Stone and not through DoorDash, but the manager insisted that the issue was not his concern and blamed the corporate online system. When I called back requesting contact information for the franchise owner, the manager answered and suddenly claimed that he was the owner. I cannot confirm whether that was true, but his conduct was astonishingly unprofessional. He accused me of lying, argued that my name had not been on the order, and claimed that I had canceled it myself. I sent him my original order confirmation clearly showing my name, phone number, delivery information, and the date it was placed. Even when presented with this proof, he continued to insist that the situation was my fault. He then texted me an image of the cancellation record which stated that Cold Stone had canceled the order "at the request of the customer." I explained that this was false and that the previous hour of my son's birthday party had been spent on the phone attempting to locate the missing cake. Rather than take responsibility, acknowledge the error, or offer any form of remedy, he continued to argue until I eventually blocked his number. I contacted Cold Stone corporate on Monday November 3 and again on Wednesday November 5 after being told that someone would reach out within twenty-four hours. As of November 20 no one has responded. I do not know whether the manager I spoke with was truly the owner or simply claimed to be in order to avoid accountability. What I do know is that his behavior was exceptionally unprofessional, dismissive, and inappropriate for anyone in a customer facing leadership role. The lack of responsibility, the refusal to correct an obvious error, and the manner in which I was spoken to were completely unacceptable. My son's birthday ended without the cake he had requested days earlier, and the entire situation could have been avoided with even the most basic level of competence or care. I will not be returning to this location, and I strongly encourage others to avoid placing online cake delivery orders with this store. read more

So the owner said he'd do it very quickly. To say I was disappointed with the quality is an understatement. The reason I went to stone cold in the first place is because of Google Reviews as well as YELPs Reviews I'm usually a BRUSTERS ONLY kinda Fat Kid. But the reviews where beyond Blowing this place out like Jesus sticks his hands in every Batch and Blesses each new batch before it gets distributed to the customers kind of reviews so I went against my gut and figured I need to try and find a better place because Brewsters is kind of a mission and the only ice cream bomb is like the Häagen-Dazs strawberry. I'm trying to find something that's little bit cheaper cost-effective I guess and yeah this place was super expensive and it didn't. It was like it was weird. It was creamy I guess but I didn't have much of a strawberry flavor or taste whatsoever like at All. I was extremely disappointed. I didn't even drink at all. I drink some of it, and I couldn't drink at all like that's how irritated the frustrated I was handle is better but not by much. I'm not trying to badmouth the worker, but I also did it because I signed up for the app. I downloaded the app supposed to get like five bucks off or something you know so it was gonna be like less than half price, but that didn't happen and the lady working in the register had no no idea whatsoever what I was talking about so yeah, it was a little misleading I guess but the shop looks cool on point you know I'm just not into all that kind of ice cream. I just like I'm just into the plain plain Jane type of stuff. I know there are other stuff pops. I was stressing out because I made some changes to my signature ice cream and the lady had to translate everyone's order for the man making the ice cream. But then after a minute asked me again what I ordered and then translated it again . And then another girl came out of the back to ask the man making my ice cream what I ordered and it took him a minute to remember lol and I paid her.
