Well I hate to write a sub 3-star review but here I am. 1st I wanna say the service/employee's were good. Very friendly and timely with my order. It was my 1st time trying this place so I was hoping I found my new pizza hook up. The interior is small but I wasn't expecting a dinning in experience. They had some classic video games that I even enjoyed playing so it started off good. I ordered a large (huge) pepperoni New York Style pizza and lemon pepper wings. The pizza was huge and looked good. Only problem was that's it's. It was very bland and literally tasted like nothing. The sauce is missing flavor and proper seasoning. The mozzarella was not the best. Combined it was not good at all. Very below average and honestly I thought a $5 little Caesar's pizza is better. Maybe I caught them on an off day or etc but 1st impressions tend to stick. Definitely a hard pass for me as I'd rather order little Caesar's or get a Costco pizza. Very disappointing especially for the price. And unfortunately the other people I shared the pizza with thought the same thing. Maybe they can right this ship and change their ingredients or seasoning or something. I see it has good reviews but I'm thinking those people never had good pizza before. The wings were average at best. Nothing that would keep me coming back for more but it was better experience than the pizza. I'm reading my own review and I just hate that I had this experience and have to write this. Like I said the staff is the staff and aren't responsible for the owners choice in ingredients. Hopefully they will see this and make some changes to keep this place going and make a decent tasty pizza. I write this review as an honest opinion and not to try to close a business. I have been wanting to try pizza from Coley's for a long time. I've heard such great things that I wanted the privilege to have the creator and owner, Nicole, make the pie herself. Well, it was granted! Coley was there when I went in Friday. She is unassuming and genuine, but has a commanding presence and charm that is difficult to overlook. Highly recommended by co-workers, tweens, teens and young adults from our church, I knew this pizza had to be one-of-a-kind, as the passion and enthusiasm in the descriptions of their signature pizzas was pretty convincing. I drove south from Tamarac and wasn't disappointed! I ordered the Chicken Ranch 20" pie. The dough had a homemade feel to it, not from a chain or your traditional Italian restaurant. The flavors cohesively come together with a POW! The chicken is not processed y'all, and the ingredients are farm-to-table mixed to perfection. Should a suggestion be taken for improvement, it would be not to skimp on the cheese, making it heavenly for me and cheese lovers alike. The location is small and easy to miss. Customers are better served for delivery or takeout, but if the other food items, which are many, are as good as the pizza we had, we'll look forward to ordering many others in our travels down south. Withal, while I don't know what Coley's secret fusion of ingredients might be that hauls so many there, I hope you join the caravan of satisfied regulars, of which our family has now been added to! read more

I have now been nominated for a Nobel Peace Prize for the self-restraint that I displayed while waiting 50 minutes longer than my estimated pickup time on a Wednesday night. So disappointed, the management and lack of organization is running my favorite pizza place into the ground. 2 people asked for refunds because they could not handle the wait, while the 8 of us who were waiting for our orders bonded over the despair that we experienced. One guy waited an hour for a salad and was given an incorrect salad, so he asked for a refund...I have never seen someone with so much sorrow. The pizza (mama's spinach, heart party, Maui madness) was delicious, as per usual, but the absolute frenzy that I witnessed while waiting for the pizza was of catastrophic proportions. read more

I feel bad that it has taken me so long to write this review for Coley's! We have been coming here pretty regularly ever since we moved to the PPines a year ago. As far as pizza and customer service go in the area, Coley's is the best! They have great wings! It might sound silly, but I also take a lot of comfort in the fact that I know they will cook them the way I request. This girl likes her wings extra well done! As far as their pizza goes, it's awesome the way their extra large is always practically protruding from the box. It's a steal that you get so much pizza! It is enough to feed three adults and two kids in my house. Topping wise- they have a spot on sausage and onions. :) We will absolutely continue to patronize this place, and the next time I will make sure to snap some shots to accompany my review! read more

Where do I start.....ok honestly, I think there's college kids working there. Which is fine, give them better training . Starts from the top. They were so fucking confused when I walked in...I kind of hated it (I'm 31...bare with me lol I like to keep it real). But they need to learn this life! anyway lol. They gave my order way. Made a new one- it was wrong. Made it again- forgot my pizza. Made my pizza- made it wrong. Finally, gave it to me...I've seen 6-7 customers come in and out. Another person came back in saying they had the wrong order(probably my original lol). The food was really subpar -I mean if you know pizza, I wouldn't recommend this place. Seems like they use cheap cheese, idk. It's not great. But it's good for a unskilled palate or a 13 year old or even quick family im too lazy too cook dinner. Pizza was New York style, I got 2 big slices and a drink for $9. Great deal as the pizza was delicious! I also got wings. I asked them to mix the honey garlic and lemon pepper, which they willingly did. The wings were fantastic! Big and juicy and cooked to perfection! Customer service was great! The two young ladies running the counter were very helpful and super friendly! This pizza joint has a ninja turtle vibe to it which I absolutely loved...they were my favorite growing up. Not much room to sit and eat, but they seem to be more of a pick up joint, because they had people in and out picking up while we waited. Wait time was minimal. read more

My experience was okay, I did not like the chicken Philly I got. They chop it all up together into the tiniest pieces and the texture wasn't appealing. I like tasting the different elements of the food and the way they do it is like eating mush. The pizza is okay, not mind blowing, but the wings were pretty good. We have been in Pembroke Pines for over 15 years and the pizza scene is somewhat subpar for the most part. I've ordered Coleys a few times and figured i would throw up my review this time around. As far as pizza goes, it's a solid 7-8. Little greasy for my taste but it's always delivered quick and hot. We typically get a couple XL pies which they cut into 12 slices. I'm not sure why because sometimes you end up with jumbo slices and sometimes you get these tiny slices. Why not just keep it at 8? That's just me being picky though. The sauce to cheese ratio is always right. The pizza has always been just how i like it, a little crispy without being burnt. As far as quality of pizza, they are doing something right because it's consistently delicious. We also get the garlic rolls and i have to say, they are probably some of my favorites. Garlic rolls don't typically travel well because most places soak them in olive oil and garlic. They show up greasy and spongy. Not Coley's. Somehow these show up and they are light and airy and still have that great garlic flavor. I throw a little parm cheese on them and they are AWESOME! On top of that, their pricing is really fair for their pizza. Other places in my area like Pasquale's charge $17 for a large cheese pizza. At $13.50 for an 18" pie Coleys is a bargain. I brought two extra large pizzas for $45 from Coley's tonight and they tasted like store brought cardboard pizza. My family was upset with how bad the pizzas tasted and didn't care to eat anymore of them and ended up throwing them in the garbage. There went my $45 straight into the garbage. The last time I brought pizzas from Coley's they tasted very good. I don't know if it's because it was in the middle of the week when I brought the pizzas the last time versus today on a Friday when I brought pizzas again from Coley's. The pizzas did not taste nothing like a New York Italian pizza. I'm very upset and disappointed in Coley's and probably won't be buying pizza anymore from Coley's. read more

Really good pizza! I discovered Coley's late one evening while driving back to Miami from Ft. Myers. Coley's is a quirky little place that seems to do a lot of takeout business... very busy ovens!! There are some tables if you want to eat in. If you do, look up at the decorated ceiling! As for the pizza... very good dough, made into a NY style thinner-crust. The sauce is not too sweet. I've had both a deluxe and a plainer pepperoni and mushroom.. both excellent. You can order ahead by Web, but not all options are available that way. I placed an order a few weeks ago for over $70 and we are speaking about a pizza establishment and there are quite a few within minutes of each other so there are many options. It was so bad and when I called them to express dissatisfaction with the wings which were dried, old, refried and oversalted, they offered for the bad orders (2 different orders of wings) to be picked up and they would remake them. It took a while and so my family had the pizza as the wings took forever. The first two orders was left outside for them. No problem, no one was going to eat them anyway. So the both 12 piece wings at $17 each were returned and replaced. OK? Wrong! The replacement order was not only incorrect but was just as bad. It was as salted and dry as cured meat. Ok, so let's try again my family said as they make great pizza. That is why OI gave them a second chance. This time the 2 orders of wings were even worse, one was supposed to be honey wings and there was no honey on the dried wings but a small container on the side so they were cooked without the sauce. The second had no sauce and no sauce in the box. The Cesar salad placed in the order never arrived with the order. Mind you, l spent extra time going over the order twice and having the clerk to re-read it back twice. This order was $84. When I called, Andrea said "sorry as the salad was there! Really and you realize the salad was left there and you never called or had the driver to bring it? So left several messages to have the owner call me and they did not. Today I called and was told the owner is away for the weekend. I asked for them to call her and they said she cannot be contacted. This is a business and to me this is important. No call and it is now 2 p.m. The wings are in the refrigerator waiting for them to pick it up. Called one more time and told the person who answered that I needed to have the wings picked up, remade or credit my card. She refused on all ends. Lesson is don't give a second chance! Never again. LIKE I SAID, THEY DONT GIVE REFUNDS. THEY ONE TIME MONTHSS AGO TOOK BACK THE BAD FOOD, REMADE IT AND IT WAS STILL BAD. THE CHICKEN WITH TONS OF SALT BELOW. THEY DO NOT GIVE REFUNDS. BIG LIE.PICTURES BELOW SHOW RECOOKED, DRIED, TONS OF SALT THAT WOULD MAKE ANYYONE. SICK. STOP LYING YOU DONT GIVE REFUNDS. BEING A MOM AND POP DOES NOT EXCUSE EXCUSE YOUR POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. Not sure how to make the center crust a little bit crispier, but that would be my only real complaint. My friends and I ordered Coley's on a Saturday night and I was happily surprised. It's a local pizza place with a small dine in area so I suggest getting take out during their busy times. We ordered 2 XL large pizza's (huge slices) and one of them easily feeds 4 people with a little left over. For $13.50 it's a great price compared to bigger pizza chains. I highly recommend the meatball and feta cheese pizza it was by far my favorite. The pizza's don't have a lot of sauce so depending on your taste buds they might be or not the perfect fit. Even better then the pizza is their wings. I do have to warn you the mild sauce was not mild it was pretty spicy, which I prefer. I typically don't get desserts when ordering pizza, but I highly recommend getting their zeppoles. Absolutely delicious. Tip: We did try the Chi town pizza and it definitely isn't a deep dish pizza like you would expect, but yes a little thicker than normal. read more

Alright so this is my favorite pizza place of all right now! It's a small shop, its not a restaurant, its more of a carry out place but there's some spots to sit when you come in. Its very clean, fresh, really good customer service and great flavors. The pizza itself is seriously delicious, good crust ( I got the normal crust but you can get thick crust) and very fresh flavor, it's not heavy and you can tell your getting good quality ingredients. I got the size extra large and it was HUGE, I shared it between 4 hungry friends and we demolished it pretty quickly, I was shocked. I had almost 5 slices myself, I'm obsessed ok. I came three times in the course of 4 days lol. The Chi Town style is also good, it's not like Chicago pizza don't get me wrong, but it's thicker crust. I do prefer the New York Style more. The wings here are also amazing! They are a good size! Lots of meat on the bone, and they are fried perfectly crispy. Usually I get sauce on the side because I don't like to get my fingers messy but here is an exception. Despite being tossed in sauce they aren't soggy, but they maintain their crispiness. - I highly recommend the Dalai Lama sauce. Its yummy like that honey chicken they serve at Chinese spots at the mall, but has a kick. -Hot sauce is just ok, not my fav flavor in a sauce. -The fire extinguisher is good to have on the side so you can add heat to the wing flavor. Overall I love the place. This will forever be my go to for pizza AND wings now. I really can't stress how delicious this place is. I can't wait to go back! read more

During the pandemic, I have admittedly gained a few pounds while trying to find new establishments around my home area. Needless to say, I have NOT endeavored to find another pizza place after I found Coley's (or better yet, my roommate found it). Holy cheese pizza. Holy crust. Holy everything. Wow. How about the size on those pies? It reminds me of the Sportsman sized pizza back home in Puerto Rico (usually a 22 inch pie), so I'm pretty sure that they make them a little bigger than 18. So far, I've had their Spinach Alfredo, a custom made 18" meat lover's, and the Steak and Cheese Pizza Roll. All of that order lasted one night between four people. It was engulfed. The cheese is great, and they are very generous when you order extra. The sauce is good and not overpowering. And the steak and cheese pizza roll is probably my favorite thing on the menu. Get yourself a medium sized one at the VERY LEAST - you'll thank me. This is my mainstay for pizza. Well worth the 12 minute drive for carry-out. read more
