I don't know what happened to what used to be my favorite pizzeria, but I'm very sad about it. I've been coming here with my son for mommy dates every week since he was a baby. He's 5 now. We always loved the pizza, the food, the staff, the atmosphere, especially the staff, but since the staff changed everything went down. The people working here now are not only incompetent but they are weird. What used to feel like a neighborhood gem, now feels like a restaurant on Ocean Drive. Thank God for the Amazing Pizzaolo that's still here, and came back after he was gone for a bit. The pizza sucked while he was gone. I hope they are paying him everything he is worth. I guess everything in Miami has an expiration date. This one hit close to home though. :(

We wanted a delicious lunch after being on the beach all morning and early afternoon. Collins Pizza came highly recommended on Yelp...and there were a few other pizza places that were nearby. Collins Pizza is amazing - we had great service, ice cold beer, and delicious pizza. The pizza was made to order, prepared quickly and accurately. The vodka sauce pizza is incredible. We found parking just outside the restaurant and since it was the middle of the afternoon, we had the place almost to ourselves! The crust is the best... The pizza is so yummy and it's cooked to perfection. We will definitely be back!

This is more about the customer service than the food which is some of the better pizza in the area. I recently had a terrible experience with this place when I ordered pick up on Uber Eats. The store was actually closed but still had its storefront open on the Uber Eats app. They took my order and when I went to go pick it up when the app indicated that it was ready the door was locked. I knocked on the glass door and the owner came to the door and yell at me thru the glass that his pizza oven wasn't working. I yelled back can you cancel the order on Uber Eats then and he just yelled at me that he was closed. The store should not take orders when they are closed. This led to me having to call Uber Eats customer service to get the order canceled myself. They need to shut down the storefront on the app if they are having issues. But to yell at a customer who shows up looking for his order is unconscionable!! Shame really because the pizza is quite good.

They have good pizza and a better happy hour. This is my local hh spot. I like to look out the window and people watch. Anyway, back to the food. They have a good hh deal which consists of 2 slices for $8.50, but only for the slices available. They also have alcohol in happy hour. Mostly wine and beer. The service is decent. They prefer cash and require a $10 minimum for cards. I'll return when I want good pizza by the beach.

This place is a hidden gem! We discovered this place through groupon and after one bite of their food we were wondering why they even needed to use group on and now I understand why.... You just need to try it one time and you will be amazed. The food is phenomenal and the prices are very good. A beer was only $4.50. The size of their small pizza is huge! Look at my picture for reference. Their meat is grass fed and the sauce is delicious. You have to try the meatballs. Wow. To top it off- they went above and beyond the call of duty with their service and hospitality to help us navigate the parking there in the middle of spring break, thank you so much. I highly recommend this place.

I made an online order and to be honest after all this pizza is far from cheap. But I was hopeful it would be good. It took over an hour to get the pizza. It was delivered cold so had to go into the microwave. I didn't care for it cold or heated, their pizza might be acceptable eating it right at the restaurant but do not order delivery, it simply was not good.

The pizza is delicious. It came out so hot and fresh! And the tiramisu is the best tiramisu I have ever had! Not kidding

We were staying on miami beach and this place did free delivery over $30! We already wanted to order from here because Dave Portnoy (barstool pizza review guy) did a review on it and said it was good haha. So that delivery deal sealed it for us! I got margarita and added prosciutto. My husband got pepperoni. It was delivered about an hour after we ordered which was pretty quick with traffic and everything! We ate it on the balcony of our hotel with a view of the beach. The pizza was really good- thin, hot, full of flavor. Definitely an elevated pizza place and would recommend!

It is in a very nice area of Miami on Collins a little north of crowded south beach. There is a parking lot around the corner. The staff is friendly, they have a nice menu with reasonable prices and a variety of options, pizza, grinders, pasta, chicken, salads etc. The food tastes homemade and is made with high quality ingredients. The pizza was delicious, u can taste the flavor in the quality cheese used. Definitely my new go to spot, also a nice place to walk before or after dining. There are some good pasty shops less than a block away and the beach across the street.

Do NOT order delivery from this place!! They gave the pizzas to a driver with no thermal bag. The pizzas rode 5 miles on the back of a scooter carried by the drivers girlfriend! Obviously the pizzas were stone cold. Called and spoke to the manager and they did nothing. What a waste!

Live in the neighborhood tried to support for the second time but sadly won't return. Took over an hour for 3 pizzas. Called in the order and staff didn't want to take my order. The web platform wasn't working, again. Arrived and proceeded to wait another 40 minutes. Written Order was wrong when I arrived so I kindly corrected it and paid, Ordered a beer to wait. The 1 guy making pizzas was moving and shaking trying his hardest while the girl just stood around. Due to her lack of ability to move and help or any knowledge of customer service, watched several people just walk out. Finally got my pizzas to arrive at home and order was still incorrect and barely had any topping ls on it. It was worth a 2nd shot but I give up read more

As a New Yorker, I take my pizza pretty seriously. After moving down to a Miami I couldn't find a decent slice anywhere! Collins Pizza was thus a godsend! As if it was copy and pasted out of Brooklyn. It may very well be the most delicious slice South of New York. Couldn't recommend Collins more wholeheartedly. Local pizza that is great and priced well? Yes! While on vacation we stopped into eat and we're blown away. Great staff, excellent pizza, and a convenient spot. At some local resident and knowing that there are at least four pizza places within a two block radius I will always come to Collins Pizza especially if Alex is working. I brought my friend here for her birthday today and he was spectacular to us as he always is consistently cleaning waiting on people greeting people and doing the job of many people at once. We did 1/2 Meatball /Tito's Vodka Sauce and 1/2 Angry Nona - OH MY GOSH!!! Slap your Mamma good!!! Engage with the team - they are GREAT!! It is a new place trying to establish - but give them 6 more months and they will DOMINATE! If you are not eating Collins Pizza - you may as well stay home and do crappy frozen pizza (or pizza bites) = the difference is about the same. Don't even get me started about Happy Hour (you will never leave)! read more

My new fav spot! I normally don't eat pizza crusts, but I love the dough from this place and the crust is amazing! So soft and not too hard. The ingredients are also all locally sourced and organic proteins. The space is nice and clean and the staff is friendly. They have a cool hip vibe instead with music and and black and white rock and roll images of and classics from NY. If you are in the mood for some real NY style pies this is the spot. You cant go wrong. They also have a happy hour and serve beer and wine. read more

Ordered a Meat Lovers and the Pepperoni Flowers thru the Yelp app. Decided to give them a shot because they only had 5 reviews and all were a 5. Delivery took about 1 hr 20 min on a Sat night. When the driver showed up the Pepperoni Flowers were missing. The pizza was average but would have been good if it was hot. Called Grubhub support and to the restaurants credit they had already credited the missing item because it wasn't available. The problem was nobody told me and I had to call Grubhub to find out. I think it would be worth another chance. read more

If your from NY you've probably looking all over the state for a vodka slice or something that's close to what you had in NY. Well not exactly the same but pretty close to the best you can get in FL. Fire vodka slice, seems like a cheese pizza w vodka sauce rather than mozzarelle baked on top and all that. Great crust, great cheese great sauce, and chicken bacon ranch was also great. They have a family size which is bigger than the large was able to bring that home for my family and everyone loved it. read more

You still want my business? I just had the worst pizza I've ever had. After buying the thinnest, smallest, skimpiest topping "family size" yet, I'm done. You need to be there for quality control if you want this pizza shop to succeed. Some days the pizza is decent, other days I wish I had gone to pizza hut instead. "20 minutes" on toast took 45 minutes to get one of the worst pizzas I've ever had. Minimal sauce, cheese, or toppings. I'm a local, and I'm done. Good luck with the tourists. I'm going to go elsewhere. read more

Ordered takeout while we were renting an apartment in the neighborhood. Pizza and wings. Requested ranch dressing for one order of wings, assumed it would come with at least blue cheese, but came with neither ranch (as requested and printed on the receipt) or blue cheese. Best NY style pizza!! We are super selective when it comes to pizza and this is one of the best pizzas we have ever had. If you're on Miami Beach, this is a must visit. The restaurant opens at 8 and the trade show we attend opens at 9. We got seated at 8:10 and ordered. I got avocado toast and it is unknown what everyone got but my toast was overdone and the avocado was unfavorable. I went to wash my hands prior to eating and it looked like nothing was cleaned from the day before and no towels to dry after washing. The company of my South American friends was the only redeeming thing of this breakfast and I will recommend moving somewhere else for next year.
