Dave is the best! I had a couple bleach stains on my apartment's carpet and I had to remove the stains before moving out. I texted him with a couple photos and he said I can fix it by myself with his DYI carpet dye kit. I was nervous because I have never done it before, but he said he will help me while I am doing the process and be there on the phone the whole time. We had just bought a beautiful new carpet for the bedroom and my cat Lily threw up all over it. I cleaned it up with some kind of pet stain remover product, that made the stains worse because they took out the color and turned a bright yellow. I had it professionally cleaned but the bright yellow stains were still there. It was really great. It took a few dyes here and there to adjust the color but it was very easy to use. I dyed it every night since by the time we woke up, it dried by then and we can see the real color. I would then add the colors to get it lighter or darker. When they finally did the inspection, it went great as they didn't even noticed the bleached stain before. The dyes definitely fixed the bleach stain but we have no pictures since we already moved out.
