This is my go to spot now. Every time I've gone so far I have been consistently satisfied regardless of which tech I get. I called beforehand for an appointment and was able to be seen immediately (I live in the area). Today I got a regular pedi by Hannah. She was very gentle and thorough and she read my mind regarding a callus remover bc I really needed it after not visiting for months. With my add-ons it came out to $40. The salon is clean and I constantly saw techs walking around sweeping. It's pretty spacious with a lot of stations but consistently busy so I still recommend calling even though they do take walk ins. I love this place & have been coming here since 2018 so here's some good things to note: Parking & great prices! This is a hole in the wall place which might not be for everyone, but I love bc it's clean and a get in, get out type of vibe. Know everything is old and not super aesthetically pleasing. You also are not getting like amazing massages with your pedicure and manicure or getting great products and being asked if you want water lol. Some massages the techs have literally just rubbed the lotion in my arm for literally 3 seconds before going thanks & getting up lol. I've rarely had my nails look bad. I genuinely think they all do a good job. However, there are techs who do seem to be better than others. Some are chatty and super nice, but most of the time they don't expect you to talk which I personally love. They also 1000% do talk about you and other customers in front of you at times & I don't think it's always nice lol. It's quite obvious when it does happen if you're not zoned out, but I know some people mind it while others don't, so just wanted to mention it. Some have strong opinions on how you should do your nails and seem to get frustrated if you don't go with that (I've noticed it's more so the male employees). They'll just straight up act frustrated to do it and repeatedly say they don't think it looks good. I've seen it happen to others & it's also happened to me multiple times bc they for some reason really dislike a milky French mani or pedi lol Many many customers are regulars it seems which I love. I got a mani & pedi here with my bestfriend on a Monday! Typically they are busy throughout the week but we were able to do a walk in appointment. Staff is so friendly! They were telling us how they are opening up a bigger location too far from here that's twice the size of their current location. Gigi & Kim were super sweet! Def would come back here again! I've been coming here since 2017 and its the best manicure I've ever gotten. I always get gel manicure and have never had any issues. Every nail specialist has given me a flawless manicure. I usually have short nails and every other nail place I've been to-even the really expensive ones - never do a good job with shorter nails. Again, even manicures that I've paid over $100 for has never been as good manicures from Colour nails. Today, I received an amazing manicure from Danny! Don't waste time. I've been here before, in a pinch I decided to try them again - bad decision. Yes inexpensive but horrible work. Got a NEW set 5 days ago, one broke, and not chipped but popped off like a press on. Had to go back and get it fixed, later that day 2 more popped off. They don't prep your nails. I frequent this spot a lot. It reminds me of those corner nail spots in NY that always get your nails right without being boujie or flashy. Make sure you call for an appointment because they're usually busy. They follow Covid protocol and stick to it well. I always get clear dip powder with gel color on top, after trying to many things as a nurse I need my nails to stop chipping or fading and these have worked well for me. It's surprising to see the rating of this nail salon. Today was my first time and I was skeptical based on the reviews but actually left very satisfied. I am very picky when it comes to my nails and I got a new set with the removal of my old acrylic nails. I got a natural pink and white ombré almond shaped. Kevin surprised me, his shaping was nearly perfect and everything came out looking even and great. They came out a lot longer than what I am use to but I did show him a picture and he did what I showed him. I've been going to this salon since 2017 I think and the quality has stayed great. If you come on a good day, you can get seated immediately as a walk-in. The plaza where the salon is tends to be very busy on certain days, so parking might be difficult. However, the salon has reserved parking spots and somehow there's always at least one available. Everyone that works there is very efficient. I've had multiple different technicians. I now request the same technician every time (Kim) and am always happy with my gel pedicure. I have unchipped nail polish still by the time I come in for my next appointment. I recommend making an appointment so you don't have to wait for a spot to open up (I've seen people waiting there for a little bit as people with appointments get priority, which I do appreciate because some places overbook and don't honor appointments). A side note, there are street tacos just outside the plaza that I haven't tried yet but it smells great and the line is always long. read more

I came here because it had good reviews and it's close to my house. I got my hands and feet done, both gel. Here's a bit about my experience and observations: 1. Their massage chairs were weird and old. 2. As I was getting my feet done this lady was cleaning and my big toe and was legit hurting me. I reacted with a flinch bc it hurt so bad. She took this thing and was like scraping the side of my toe between the skin and nail, the girl who was doing my hands was sarcastic af and staying that they should take a too too video bc of the amount of stuff she was pulling out (honestly it wasn't that bad) - I didn't find it funny. When I went home my toe felt fine, but the next day and days to come both of my big toes were itching and the one she dug under was hurting on the side she was "cleaning" it. The itching went away but then that toe started hurting so bad and turned purple on that side, when I touched the skin it hurt. Weird?!? Then I noticed my toe started to pus, it was gross. I never had this happen to me and I probably won't be going back here. read more

In desperate need of a mani, with not much time to spare, I decided to check out a nearby salon with evening hours and positive reviews. Opened until 8pm on a Monday, Colour seemed to fit the bill, but oh, was I wrong! Here's a (downsized) list of what was less than nice: Parking in a (ultra) low key, low budget, strip mall, was not fun...99 cent store customers had taken nearly every spot The salon itself (I would not dream of calling this a spa) could've looked and smelled cleaner - yet it was PACKED on a Monday at 7pm! Front desk customer service was the worst. No greeting, no smile. It was as if they (two men) were upset to have customers? On to the actual mani/pedi now...Bibi my nail technician was very social and friendly which was a nice alternative to the early rudeness I experienced, but unfortunately, my nails were (way) less than perfect. The nails were not filed properly, resulting in really slanted nails. Though I appreciate she didn't rush through the whole thing, hands and feet took way too long for it not to be absolutely perfect. Nearly two hours. I would've much rather a little less conversation and more focus and attention on the work to ensure better quality. Though guests seem to swear by this salon, I wouldn't recommend it and I certainly wouldn't return. read more
