They are super rude and literally yelling at customers.none of them speak English and they have a hard time in communicating.. as everyone kept talking in Chinese non stop it was unable to relax. I went here twice. The first time was really nice and that is why I decided to go a second time. I go for massage for the meditation and relaxation. The second time was far from this. The woman doing my massage kept stopping and going to assist other employees or customers. She also kept talking to other employees throughout. I was so irritated and totally not relaxed by the time my massage was over that I decided to not give a tip. I went to pay for the massage and as I was leave the staff came running after me and had the gall to complain about not receiving a tip. Came in here today with my boyfriend for a foot massage, $30 for one hour which is quite reasonable. I usually go to bay point spa or imperial in international district but it is a far way drive so I looked around for some local places. It happens that my boyfriend came here once before and I decided to give it a try. One thing I really like about this place is that it's really clean, interior design is nice, couch/sofas are comfortable and towels are warm and smell fresh. I think this place is owned by ladies which makes me feel very comfortable. The ladies were all very friendly. For one hour, the foot massage included head, neck, back and arms in the beginning and end. Love it! My masseuse did a really nice job on my neck, I'm a student that works part time and I tend to get really tense and compared to many other massage places, I think she did the best on releasing that tension in my neck. Foot massage was nice, my feet felt soft like a babies butt and didn't feel so hard and flat like it did before. I like that the ladies here use a very different technique when it comes to back massages, I just happened to be really sore from working out these past two days and she helped ease the soreness in my butt and lower back. She used her knees to get the right amount of pressure rather than her arms which I felt was much better. She did push a little too hard on my arms and shoulders but I did feel a lot more loosened up once I got up. Once you go up to cashier, they give you a bottle of water to freshen up so that was nice. Though it may be a little painful... it is so worth it, I haven't been slouching my shoulders in stiffness all day! This was my first time here. I read reviews from when it had different owners, that were not good. I saw new owners and decided to give it a try. The new owners seem to be much more customer service oriented then previous owner. I got the $40 special. My gal was Annie, I believe. Hard to know for sure, as language was hard to understand. She did a great job on my feet. Pressure was very good. You move to a private room for the body massage part. This part was good, but wish they would have include my arms, hands and neck more. It is very clean and tidy there. They took payment and tip after it was all complete. I tip 20 percent. I think it is a great bang for your buck. Well worth it for both feet and body special. I have never had a foot massage before. A friend and I just happened to be by it so we stopped. It was a great experience in regards to the massage. And the girl did a great job. I paid thinking I will have to do this once a month. What made the experience bad was afterwards another employee commenting on the tip I left and that I should have left more. I left a 20% tip. My friend told me about this place so I decided to check it out after my hike. I opted for the $30 60 minute foot massage. Tina was amazing. I was fully clothed and laid down on a reclining chair. Started with a head massage then shoulder, arm and hand massage. Foot massage was perfect for my tired feet. Then I rolled over and Tina worked my back and glutes with her knees and used the edge of her hands to 'beat' on me; very common in Asia. Best spent $30 and I'll definitely be back! read more

Folks in the Renton Highlands can finally get local foot massage again--this is a new business so show it some love! Note that for the $30 foot massage they kind of expect a $10 tip. This is a bit ridiculous, but, if I had to guess, it's built into how the masseuses are compensated, and they will chatter at you if you tip less. Yes, not very professional, but $40 for an hour of relaxing massage is hard to beat. Catch 22 since, if you want better customer service, you'll end up at places with higher prices. read more

I used to really like the place and gave it a 5 Star. Not sure what happened but recently it's going down hill they updated the service and now offering Hot Oil and Stone massage and Deep tissue. I tried Deep tissue. It felt good but I got so many bruises on my Back from this Massage I won't do it again and I don't think you are supposed to bruise from a Massage. Today I tried the 30min Foot 45min hot oil Massage. It was great in the beginning the Guy was great until it came to the Body massage part , again the Guy was good and I enjoyed it until one person came inside the room they started talking mind you I was pretty much topless and freezing uncovered lying around wasn't relaxing at all I was getting super cold then all of a sudden I just got Oil spread over both my legs in a hurry Oil went in parts it shouldn't go. Then one of my Legs got somewhat massaged if you can call it that. The other one got completely ignored still full with Oil. I was not really covert with the towel so it got really really cold and some more when the Wet towel came she rubbed in a hurry the oil off. The last 5-10 min of this massage was just plain awful and I wasn't relaxed. I still tipped because the Guy was great but who ever came in the last minutes just plain awful. Won't do it again if I do go back I stay with the cheap(er) just foot massage that's it so far those were always good. The other ones I go to the other place for now. read more

I have been a regular customer for a long time. I always get the 1 hour foot massage. The last time I went, the massage was not great but figured the person was new and inexperienced. Tonight I went in and was about 5 minutes into my appointment when another couple came in and my person left me to go help them. There was some type of issue with their appointment and it got quite loud and other employees were involved. Once the other couple left, the employees continued to talk - I think I was forgotten. My person came back, apologized and got back to massaging. After a short while, she got distracted, left me and came back with her phone. She was texting! She tried to massage with one hand but then put her phone on speaker and called her boyfriend / husband and they were having an argument! Then she disconnected and told me that she needed to call her boss! After that, she was so distracted that I don't think she hit a single muscle correctly and I felt more like I was being pummeled! She was rushed and very choppy and jerking my arms around. I was getting so mad and just about to tell her to stop when she gave me one last pounding and said I was done. This happened to be the freebie on my punch card (I had been saving this for a 'treat') or I would have argued about paying at all. I have gone at least 14 times and 12 visits were amazing, one was blah and this was honestly the worst massage experience I've ever had. read more

Twice my card was not signed for a free foot massage because I did not give the tip they wanted. I had given 20% but the lady at counter told me I should give 33%. This is a wonderful place!! I just went there today for the first time...I did a 30 min foot massage which they did in the chairs that lay back. I then was taken to a massage room for the hour body massage. I was told to undress and lay face down on the table under the sheet. The room is dark and cozy and relaxing. I got a massage over the sheet first then she proceeded to put the sheet to my lower back and I got a full massage. I am pretty sensitive so asked for a softer massage but they do all pressures. Be aware your appointment may not be honored. When I made an appointment, they didn't ask my name or phone. I was told just to come at the we agreed. I thouhgt that's an warning sign for me. Anyway, I had an appointment at 10 am on 1/28. I arrived there at 9:50 am. The door was closed. So I waited in my car until 10 am. The door was still locked. I called, but no one answered. I waited for 30 min, but no body showed up. I left a message in their answering machine to call me back when they are ready. Buy they never called me back. My advice is to call them on the day of you are going to make sure someone will be there for your appointment. read more

Amazing! It was so relaxing. I had Anna and she did a fantastic job! I had the $30 60 minute foot massage and left feeling great. It's basically a full body clothes on massage. I was comfortable and she checked to make sure I was okay with the pressure a few times. I have been to a few foot massage places and this is the only one that everything about it was spot on. DO NOT go here language barrier and unsafe practice I was injured and have reported her to the state. no communication. not properly draped, she had her crotch over my elbows. climbed on my back and damaged my discs in at least 3 places and I have been to doctors and several chiropractor visits urgent care twice! several massages by real professionals. and my whole life is messed up by this person. I felt it right away nerve damage when I went floating after the treatment to relax my back after being crushed and my face and body had a whole circuit of nerves firing. not to mention she exposed my personal business. terrible I am a LMT professionally trained I am not a novice, trained at Brian Utting School of Massage, they are endangering others, my girlfriend took me there for a Christmas present, they did the same treatment to her, and her back is worse than mine, no intake form no history no English. read more
