I am furious with Mudricks for selling me seven year old appliances without my knowledge. A Mudricks "manager" was unwilling to do anything and said I knew I was getting a floor model. Yes, I knew I was getting a floor model, but never did I think that floor model was seven years old. The Maytag company will pay for parts for this dryer; however, the very expensive labor costs must be paid by me. Buyer beware of Mudricks shady practices.

The tech would have left if I didn't agree to the costs, and I would be stuck with the service charge regardless, so I had to sign 3) after they arrived and performed a diagnosis, the total quote was twice as expensive as online quotes, but at that point I was stuck with the service charge regardless so again I felt I had to sign. 4) the part/repair failed at 100 days out. Their warranty was for only 90 days. When I inquired about any flexibility given how close we were, I was told they could only give a 5 day grace. So, I'm out $400 bucks that would have been better spent towards a new machine. Would not recommend.
