Let's see how it compared to my favorite in town which is much more expensive. Beef fajitas- these are your basic beef fajitas with store-bought tortillas. The sizzling skillet comes with 2 types of grilled onions, tomato, and grilled bell pepper slices. The beef is tender, I'll give them that, but the quality is low. You receive a lot of Pico de Gallo, not much guacamole, and an avg amount of rice and beans. The grilled onions were not grilled very long at all. I noticed a couple of the slices of beef were not cut against the grain, so they were a bit more chewy. Overall, service was average. They never asked me if I wanted a 2nd margarita until after I sat around for 10 mins and then even asked for the check. By then, its way too late to ask a customer if they want a 2nd drink, I guess that's how low key they are. At the end of the meal my glass of water was nearly empty too, but no server was to be found at the bar. In fact, they didn't really even man the bar most of the time with the 4 customers sitting there, including me.

Most restaurants layer refried beans, cheese and meat for SIX almost $20 dollar nachos. The chicken fajita meat was dry, and the beef was not good. A few bites were not edible. He didn't have much to say and didn't really seem concerned... other than taking off $2 of the bill. Which I do appreciate! I don't come often because parking is always a nightmare, and tonight was no exception. When I showed them the app, the staff seemed confused on how to do a redemption. So they had to call the owner for help. The owner apparently told them not to honor the redemption because they were in the process of switching rewards program platforms, and what used to be a 50‑point reward was going to be a 300‑point reward. The staff said my points would transfer eventually, but I only will have 63 -- not enough under the new system. Hey, I'm no entrepreneur. But I am a customer who eats out all the time. And to me this is a textbook example of an owner who doesn't get customer service. I drove all the way there, dealt with the parking, and came specifically to redeem a reward that still showed as valid in their app. It's not my fault their system hadn't switched over yet. These cakeball and truffle treats are only the size of a donut hole. It's not one of their higher end desserts. The obvious right move would've been to honor the reward and give the customer the treat. But nope. They chose the stingy route instead. And with that one decision, they lost another customer.
