Martin and Nick are honestly the absolute best. I took my less than a year old custom build to their shop because I was stumped in diagnosing the cause of my pc continuously giving random blue screen errors. They worked with me for TWO MONTHS in figuring out what was wrong with the computer and did everything from testing out individual components, scanning through software, rebuilding, reinstalling windows, and even contacting my parts manufacturer and helping me ship out components that were under warranty for replacing. Your average tech repair shop would have thrown their hands in the air but Computer Idiot went above and beyond; and now I have a working pc again! If you're unsure about where to go to get your electronics fixed, go to Computer Idiot; there's no point going anywhere else. I don't do normally give out reviews, but I HAD to make an exception for Computer Idiot tech services. I do not have a single complaint for them. My computer was completely dead so I initially took it to Geek Squad at Best Buy. From just looking at the outside of the computer they said it was the motherboard, and that they'd have to send it in and would be $300-400+ to inspect and fix. I didn't want to spend that much without knowing for sure what the problem was, so I got in contact with Computer Idiot Technology Services and they were extremely helpful. I took it in last night for a free diagnosis and they said if they couldn't get it started they wouldn't charge me. They were able to get it started within less than an hour of me dropping if off! They also let me know that I should replace my battery while they had it dissembled because if it died it would cost another $100+ to replace it so I might as well do it now. I really appreciated them suggesting that to help me save money. I have nothing but good things to say about this business. Nick and Martin have been an excellent resource for all my computer needs. They're great at trouble shooting and fixing problems. They will take the time to figure things out, while you wait, and often encourage you to do things yourself, like installing software or calling a company like Carbonite or QuickBooks, because it will save you money and they know you're smart enough to do it yourself. I have had two GREAT experiences with this business. Several years ago, I took a laptop to them for repair. They spent a couple of hours with it and told me, "We can fix it, but we don't recommend it. It isn't worth it." Last week, I took a newer laptop, a high-end one into them.
