I had a slight vibration on the steering wheel. I came here and did balancing, vibration a little decreased but still stayed. After discussing about the problem with the manager, I came again and after checking the front wheels it turned out that one of them is crooked (I was shown it and not just said). I asked to change front wheels with rear, that the masters did and for that (for additional verification and change of wheels) did not take the money, for which once again a special thank you. Now I can say that there is no vibration on the steering wheel, but it appeared a little on the body, but it's logical since the rear wheel have issue, which I'll change. I recommend this service. Went back to Concord Tire Center this morning for a used car we recently purchased. It's alignment was pretty off as it was veering right with the steering wheel being straight. After a quick turnaround time, they went over the results and I drove off. The job they did could not be more perfect! The car goes straight as an arrow with the wheel and logo straight. Great service! I called Concord Tire Center because I needed an alignment check since I had just purchased new tires at Costco. I was able to make an appointment within a few days to have it checked. When I arrived for my appointment, Jessica greeted me right away and explained that it would take about 20 minutes to check the alignment and about an hour to do the alignment if I chose to have it done. I waited in the waiting room and Jessica came back after 10 minutes and provided me with my results. I decided to go ahead with the alignment and after 30 minutes she came back and said it was done. Super fast and it was all done way ahead of the quoted times! Really appreciated the discount that Jessica provided me and also liked that the alignment came with a 6 month or 6K mile warranty on the alignment. I highly recommend this place! read more

Simon backed up my choice and gave me a great price on the tires. He even fixed a couple of tire pressure sensors that we had previously attempted to replace at the Honda dealership (and for a much better price). Tires look and perform great! Did is a good guy to deal with. I called to see if CTC could install some tires I purchased online (that CTC doesn't carry) and he said sure. Quoted me a price that was agreeable. Had my truck there in 30 minutes. Couple hours pass and he called saying the work was done. They even mounted a good tire that was being replaced on my spare rim. I started going here because I was referred by my brother - he actually did his research when looking for tires and called around for estimates. He liked their pricing and how straight forward they were. Since then I started giving them my business and so has my fiancé. I am even fortunate to have a brother in law in the auto-body business - sometimes I'll bounce price quotes off of him to make sure things sound right. I feel very comfortable referring my whole family here. I wish I could recall all the times they have helped with my car over the years. Let's just say my car is still running and I am a very happy customer. Just recently I had a string of bad luck - three flat tires in a month (one visible bolt, one visible screw and one unknown slash that damaged the actually tire). I am very lucky enough to have a full sized spare and I can just drop the damaged tire off first thing in the morning and visit usually pick it up during lunch. They'll do all the dirty work swapping things back the way they are suppose to be and even put my tire cover back. I am very sad to be moving away - because the idea of finding a new mechanic is very scary. read more

If they dont have they will get it within a day and get tou scheduled in and out. I like Costco but the wait for tires is always a bit on the long side. I needed an oil change and 4 new tires on my 2005 Mini Cooper S before a long road trip in February. Les Schwab quoted me $1200+ for all four tires, calipers, etc. I really only needed the front two replaced and they couldn't explain to me why they were quoting to replace the calipers! I happened across Concord Tire Center because they are right next to my work and my doggy's day care. I asked them what they would quote me for the same job. Simon came back with 3 different quotes for good, better, and best tires! I ended up getting 4 of the best tires (he saved the two good ones for me) and an oil change for MUCH MUCH less ... and with MUCH better customer service. Simon had already earned my loyalty ... but wait, we're not done yet. Today, I called to schedule new tires on our Chevy Tahoe. He remembered me, which gives me the warm fuzzy "small town" feeling! When it was time to leave work, my Mini wouldn't start. On a hunch, I called them to see if they offer some sort of "jump" service. Simon offered to drive to my car and jump it - free of charge! He asked if I wanted to drive over to his shop real quick and he would take a look at my battery. He quickly discovered that a connection was loose and fixed it. He also tested my battery. My first review of Concord Tire Center was 3 stars based on selection of tires for one of my cars. The review had nothing to do with the service at all. Since then I've had them do a lot more than just tires and I have really grown to like the shop. Oil changes on both my cars, had my brakes inspected, my light bulb replaced and the list goes on. The people who work here are always super professional, they always get the work done on time and I've never had any problems. I brought my 2007 Ford Taurus to them because the cabin fan only worked at high setting . I explained the issue to the team at Concord Tire Center and they diagnosed and replaced the correct part at a reasonable price. Their communication was great and timely. Communication excellence example: Simon and team saw that the first part they got from one of their vendors didn't look correct so they contacted me to let me know they needed to get the part for the Ford dealer instead and wanted to make sure it was OK if they had the vehicle a little longer. Most of the reviews I've read on Yelp are very accurate. This place is top notch. I arrived at 2pm on the day after Labor day, and a noticeably tired Simon was quick to come to the counter and take care of my issue. He walked with me to the car to examine the issue, discuss options, and make his recommendations. Once back inside, he worked with me on price and told me they'd do their best to have the car done as quickly as possible. Today i happen to get a flat tire about half a block from here, and so when i pulled right into the shop, i tried to buy a tire, but they were out of my price range for today, and so i asked if i could change it there, they said yes. The one thing that i did not expect was for a technitian to come out with a jack and a tork drill to help me change my tire. I will definitely get my new set of tires there next pay check.
