We went here the other night and itwas relatively dead, got seated right away but then sat for over 20 minutes and couldn't find a single person to serve us. We ended up moving to the bar to try to get better service and the bartender looked at us and turned back around to continue his conversation with his coworkers. Ended up leaving bc wtf?? I came here with my friends because we wanted to try this new tacos place out. We had some guacamole and chips and then a friend and I ordered the nachos. The guac was good but one of my friends said it could use more seasoning which I agree with. The chips were perfect though. The nachos had a ton of good corn salsa. The only thing I would ask is to have more cheese on it! It was definitely lacking on some good queso. The wait staff was really nice. Overall, I give it 3 stars for the lack of cheese and and lack of seasoning on the guac. read more

Love the location and size of the restaurant. Ordered chips and queso. Chips were little cold and some were stale. We let the waitress know and she replaced the basket. Still a little cold but queso was good. Ooey-Gooey and Blue Dream taco were very tasty! Margarita flight was a great options and you could barely taste the alcohol but definitely could feel it! We came here with some friends because we had a hankering for tacos and margaritas. And this place did not disappoint! I got a frozen marg with pineapple and a tajin rim. Perfection. The worst place I've been to in Charlotte. City is full of good spot's, this place is terrible. Let's get started with the first 15 minutes I was there, or not because we didn't see a single employee. Service, that's key in any industry, unfortunate display by there staff. The chips were the worst chips I've ever had. I can't explain, it's like going to Cava or another Mediterranean restaurant and, hating the fact that you just ordered a pita. I mean they were harder than me on a Sunday at 1 PM when Scott Hanson comes on tv. Let's move on to the booze. Margarita's we're alright so we decided to go with Coronas next. Boy did we mess up. Corona served in a mason jar with no lime should be a crime. Let's jump to the tacos. Kraft cheese just tossed on top of these "fancy" tacos. I like Condado a lot. The tacos are good and I have romantic feelings for the prickly pear margarita. I hosted my birthday there (~15 people) in August 2022 and my vegetarian friend was also really excited about the protein alternatives they offered. I would prefer them to take reservations or at least utilize an online waitlist. While I know they're going for a more casual vibe, it seems really outdated to walk up and have no idea how long the wait is (can be upwards of 45 minutes). I also would love to see 1 or 2 more specials rotate on a weekly basis. read more

It was just terrible. I can't describe it. We had 3 tacos and didn't finish any of them. They put a bunch of junk on the taco with minimal meat. Even the Shrimp taco was below average.
