Before Mike, I had met with 3 other contractors to compare services and quotes but what sealed the deal for me was the 3D render service Mike offered. Mike was able to get the renderings to me very quickly and made adjustments whenever we wanted to change something. Seeing the details of the renderings really brought what we were envisioning to life and helped with the design process. Fast forward to beginning of demo/construction, Mike's employees were impressively fast and efficient at their jobs, but what really impressed me was how clean they kept our property after each day of work. And that stated true throughout the entire process of our 7 month renovation. During construction, if there were any last minute changes, Mike would always try to cater to our needs whenever possible. Even if subcontractors made mistakes with anything, Mike would make sure it is fixed and perfect right away. Keep in mind, you can't rely on Mike for everything (as much as you might want to). Scope of work: remove all the carpeting in the house and install laminate plank flooring in those areas. The travertine flooring in the entry, kitchen and hallway had large craters which collected dirt and water residue after washing. I had the floor steamed, the craters filled and the whole floor resealed. I had a gasline installed in the kitchen and a new gas oven installed. I also had a complete bathroom remodel which included removing a huge jacuzzi tub and installing an elegant and safe walk in shower. A little backstory...My entire house had been under a massive reconstruction for over a year-and-a-half. During that time the water had to be turned off, killing all of the grass and most of the plants, and turning my entire yard into a dirt lot with overgrown weeds. It was a hot mess. I wanted new drought-resistant plants and artificial grass with a drip system instead of sod grass with a sprinkler system like I had before, but Roy also made some great recommendations that I hadn't even considered. The most significant was replacing my old concrete patio with a bigger patio made of sand-colored pavers. What a difference that made! I couldn't believe that the entire landscaping job was done in just five days, and Roy let me know he was also available afterwards for any questions I might have. Six weeks later, when I had questions about my new drip system controller and wanted to make sure my plants were getting enough water, Roy personally came back out to my house and walked me through all of it.
