Uneaten, $17 piece of COMFORTI'S lasagna. April 4th 2025. Female manager hung up on me when I called

Shameful Business Practice... Service was good. Food was fine. Ambiance was appropriate. Overall though, I'll NEVER go back and I will NEVER recommend anyone to them or suggest them because for $8 that they were aware of they CHOSE to deceive and steal. I ordered two pieces of lasagna and they took one piece and separated it into two. My friend had two layers of pasta with cheese on top, i had two layers of pasta, no cheese on top. It was obvious. Then drown with sauce to hide the pathetic con job. I asked my server to ask the manager that instead of full price for each, $17, that I'd pay half price each. They vut the price in half for one piece, the one without cheese on top aka the bottom but charged full price for the top. I NEVER ever give reviews but the short-term quick buck attitude of whomever made the rip off decisions last night was exceptional.

    Whole Steak Hoagie

Let me tell you - if you are hungry go here and get a whole hoagie! We got an Italian and the steak and the amount of meat on both is impressive! I love spicy stuff so I wish they had a spicy Italian but that's here not there. The cost of a whole hoagie was definitely worth the price! I had lunch and dinner the next day and lunch the following day! The staff was extremely friendly and even offered to help when I had my daughter with me realizing that the two whole hoagies were a hand full on top of making sure my daughter walked safely to the car. I highly recommend going here as they also have seating like a restaurant plus they are conveniently located near big name stores Target, Kohls, Walmart, and Sam's club to name a few. See pictures below of the whole hoagie for size... picture taking skills aren't the best.

    Mini Italian hoagie!

Not sure what my deal is but I have easily driven past this clearly displayed restaurant on Route 30 a thousand times. Absolutely never thought about stopping in until I needed to purchase a gift card for a friend. Apparently this is one of her favorites. After my first visit, I think I will make it the same. I had no idea they had a very cute, and inviting dining area. From the outside, it looks like a typical pizza and hoagie spot so it was a nice surprise. Menu looks terrific, prices are quite reasonable for the size of orders. They also have a cooler with a nice assortment of beers and other beverages. Service was quick and friendly.

Amazing place!!! I'm originally from PA and love the pizza so decided to try this on my Christmas trip. Omg the pizza was GIGANTIC!!! And awesome!!! Soooo tasty. Our waitress was quick to take our order and we were served drinks in a flash. Next up was our cheese pizza and it was amazing!!! Awesome tomato sauce and lots of cheese. The crust was so very tasty too!! All this for $22? Unheard of!! I'll be back!!!

Pizza was loaded with ingredients and perfectly distributed which was excellent, crust was a bit soggy for my liking however overall it tasted good. Hoagie served on Italian loaf of bread filled! Definitely get your moneys worth.

WOW This pizza is giant size!

Best pizza in the Pittsburgh Sports Nation area. Our pizza was enormous. Then we heard a guy & his lady friend order a hoagie. Then the waitress said that hoagie will feed 3 to 4. So he got the half sized hoagie instead. When it came out, it was still to big for one person. It feeds up to 2 people. WOW! You will definitely get your money's worth. Same happened for another couple ordering salads. Enormous! Everytime we visit Pittsburgh, we will be at Conforti's first night, for sure.

It is not just a menu item here, it is the star of the show. Everything tastes like it was made from scratch that day, because it probably was. I had the house made fettuccine and it was on another level. Perfect texture, rich sauce, and portions that actually leave you satisfied. Even the bread and appetizers felt elevated, not like an afterthought. The atmosphere hits that sweet spot too. Upscale without feeling stuffy. Great for a date night or just treating yourself to a quality meal. Service was sharp, attentive, and knew the menu inside and out. If you are looking for authentic Italian that does not cut corners, this is one of those places you keep coming back to.

I really enjoy that the pasta is fresh and the menu isn't 40 pages long. It's straight to the point and you know what you're getting based on what is listed under the pasta shape. My short rib ricotta gnocchi was good but I do wish it had a bit more salt to bring more of the flavor to the front. The gnocchi texture was perfect and pillowy. The short rib mixed in nicely with all of the pasta and the sauce. My spouse enjoyed the cannelloni, which was pretty much their lasagna but also wanted a bit more salt. Our server was very nice and walked us through the menu options as well as told us about the seafood special for the night. The bread came out first and was delicious. The salad was also good and I don't usually like arugula. You could tell the ingredients were fresh and I enjoy that they take the time to do that. The space is very cute and you can't really miss it even with it being in an executive building. It's a smaller area but it can seat a good amount of people. We noticed they had a pasta making class so maybe next time we're in town, we can do it. The red sangria had a great balance where it wasn't too sweet. We didn't do dessert but we did enjoy the digestif at the end with limoncello and my spouse ate the amaretti cookies as I couldn't.
