Dropped in to Conrad's in Foxboro . Sign said seat yourself. Found a table with utensils on it and sat down . Noticed crumbs and dirt , table had not been cleaned. Waiter came by with menus, he was close to six feet in height , a few pounds over , young , and long gold necklace. Asked if someone could clean the table , his responses "There are a lot of dirty tables , you have to find a clean one!" He then walked off in a huff . My family and friends get together every year on Thanksgiving weekend and have a family hockey game and this year we decided to go to Conrad's after the game to celebrate and enjoy some cocktails and delicious food there was 38 of us and we filled the high top section including an 18 seat island it was the perfect choice!! The Bruins game was on and everyone of us were having a great time socializing and enjoying the delicious food (especially the steak tips and specials)! Our waitress Tatiana was outstanding, very sociable and efficient and now we will be going there every year from now on it was simply the best!! read more

Went last year 2020 when the restaurant was only able to do take out. I got steak tips that had a very strong vinegar taste. I didn't like them. I chalked it up to the pandemic. I gave them a break. Went again this week on my birthday. Place just opened. Most customers were at the bar. Sign set "seat yourself" We did. And we waited and waited. Another couple came in and sat across the room from us and got waited on. I got up and approached two staff people and as I said "excuse me" they walked into the back. Another waitress saw us and walked away. She finally returned 5 minutes later. Evidently she was our waitress. Wasn't pleasant. Eye lids droopy. Looked like she needed to fall asleep if you get my drift I ordered fried scallops with rice pilaf and cole slaw. The scallops were good. The rice pilaf was dry and the outside greasy. Tasted microwaved. And then I found something in the rice. Not sure what it was. Didn't want to dissect it. The cole slaw had no taste. My friend ordered Baked Stuff Filet of Sole with crabmeat stuffing, white rice and asparagus. $24.99 They're not kidding about crabmeat stuffing. . The inside was all stringy dark crabmeat. No breading. And some odd seasoning that made the crabmeat taste like it was gone bad. Our waitress was disinterested in the fact that my friend didn't like or eat the fish. She said "I tried to find the manager but I couldn't" My friend only ate the rice and asparagus. We paid and even left her 15% tip. Won't go back and waste my money. read more

We went to Conrad's in Foxboro for the first time with 2 other couples before a concert. It was the first time for the 6 of us. The food was fantastic, drinks were top notch, the waiter was excellent and the prices were VERY reasonable! we have gone to Conrad's for a long time and the service has gone down hill since 2023. we've had to wait 20 mins before we were even asked what we wanted for a drink and even tonight my husbands birthday we got out main meal before the appetizers and such a long wait to even get the meals. wasn't a fun experience at all. don't think we will be going back anymore. read more

We held our son's graduation party at Conrad's today and it was fantastic! We opted for a luncheon. Veronica was our very attentive server. She offered help to set up and was great about making sure everyone had drinks or whatever else they may need. For our main dishes we chose the steak tips, chicken marsala, & stuffed shells and we also had roasted potatoes, salad, and rolls. Everything was delicious! The steak tips melt in your mouth. We got so many compliments on the food from our guests and saw many go back for seconds. We had teriyaki chicken skewers and a platter of cheese & crackers for appetizers which were both so good. We brought our own cake, but our hostess kindly cut it all up and set up a nice dessert station. The price was reasonable, I got to enjoy the party, and no clean up! They made it all so easy. I highly recommend Conrad's. They did a great job! Just wish I had thought to take pics of the amazing food spread, but I forgot all about it since I was actually enjoying the time with family. I regret giving this place another try. The Pastrami Melt was one note: SALTY. I know Pastrami is a salty food, however that was all you could taste. The cheese and sourdough bread were dry dry dry. Meh. No mustard? No condiment of any sort? The side of Potato Salad was very bland, again no seasoning and too wet. At least it wasn't salty! With so many conflicting reviews on here, you'd think management would do something beyond apologizing on here and hope people come back. Love the fun ambiance of Conrads. Try to come here at least once a week.Great draft beer selections, clean lines. Food very good, burgers are great, steak and chicken pizza excellent, nachos grande good app choice, steak and turkey tip combo very good too. They do some times get swamped with customers but thats a good sign, be patient play keno and order a pitcher. Some very good wait staff too ...sammy, sumner and recently had dylan promoted from bus boy and he too was great. Food is good...large menu. Problem is that when you hire inexperienced or less-than-stellar interior designers, they don't understand the need for sound baffles or sound absorbing fabrics. We sat in a separate room from across the bar and the noise emitting from the bar was unbearable. Loud laughing and yelling that was so loud we could not have a conversation at our corner booth--furthest point from the bar. Please install draperies or ceiling sound baffles. We had a nice meal outside in the patio this afternoon. Very friendly and attentive waitress who didn't rush us at all. We shared a loaded Steak Tip sub with onion rings and a bottle of Argentine Malbec. I recommend eating outside when the weather is nice because the inside can get kind of loud. I know a lot of people love Conrad's. Just know that it is noisy and packed with televisions. If that's your jam, great. Get the pastrami melt. The sourdough bread is drizzled with olive oil and grilled on a grill, making it slightly charred. The char adds an interesting edge to the sandwich, something I've never tasted before. I was sitting on the edge of my seat, waiting for the next bite. I am guessing Conrad's wants to cater to a younger audience than those of us in our 60s. We stopped by Friday night for a drink and couple of appetizers and played a couple games of keno. It is very hard to guess what a bartender is really thinking or doing but ours seemed more focused on other people than giving good customer service. She was one of four bartenders on, luck of the draw we got her. We are guessing if we were younger and a guy, things would have been different. When we finally got her attention, I made a comment about finally getting some service. She seemed put out by that and refused to cash my Keno ticket. She actually gave it back and said I'm not going to cash that. Oh well, one bad bartender doesn't make Conrad's a bad restaurant we would just hope for better screening or training. read more

This is our second Sunday dinner visit to Conrad's (Foxboro). The first visit was several months ago. Each time, the waitress seemed disinterested, as if she did not appreciate us being there. This time, the waitress also appeared to be some combination of distracted, overwhelmed, and/or overtired. My wife's salad had to be exchanged for the correct one, for which the waitress apologized. She also said she would bring us rolls, which she did not do. After reading other reviews, lackadaisical service and questionable food are too common. The fluffy clam chowder is the main attraction for me. What would've made the main course perfect if the mashed potatoes were garlic and if they left the hint of bar b que out of the meat. Even though this place has quality food and a great menu with many options to choose from, the service was subpar to say the least. We received our appetizer and within two minutes, our main courses had come and we barely even had a chance to touch our appetizer. During our meal, our server did not come to check on us once to see how everything was or if we needed anything else. To make things worse, when we had finished our entrees, we were interested in ordering a dessert/dessert drink. However, our server dropped the check and left without giving us a chance to ask for anything else. Our dinner felt extremely rushed when there was no need, especially since it was a Saturday night with empty tables. The only reason that this review is getting two stars is simply because the food was decent. Other than that, the service was disappointing to say the least. Conrad's is an excellent restaurant. We were loyal Norwood customers for years and were very happy when they opened a location in Foxboro. We went to the Foxboro location recently and I had the mixed grill, as I frequently do, but whatever they are using for teriyaki sauce on the chicken, they have the wrong formula. Way too much vinegar (and possibly not even rice vinegar). Either way, I will not be having that again. Service was adequate, though not friendly. We have eaten here numerous times. As I'm sure every review says, the steak tips are outstanding! During covid we got takeout and found the quality and quantity slipping week to week. It got to the point we could no longer justify the cost for the size and quality of the meal. Got some great takeout here. Steak tips did not disappoint. Everything was packed in foil/separate so it didn't get damaged in transit. I love their steak tips- they live up the hype. My husband said it was busy on a Saturday night so I'm glad we got it to go. There was a short wait but to be expected. It was easy to place a phone order. This could have been prevented if the server had put in the apps first. We told the server we no longer wanted the apps. The food was not good at all. The baked pasta with sausage and chicken did not have favorable reviews the chicken was not editable. The bacon cheeseburger arrived without the bacon and the penne with chicken and broccoli had no taste. The only editable entree was the Cal burger. First time I went back to correct a simple mistake and when I explained I was told "What do you want me to do about it" with an attitude. I said nothing and left. Today didn't even bother.
