Detergent fell all over the front of my 2021 LG 3400 washing machine, which had otherwise been working fine. I found Edgewood through the LG service website, and Cameron at Edgewood was able to send Ned to me the same day to evaluate my machine. Initially Ned thought it could be repaired and he ordered the parts. A few days later when the parts came in and Ned installed them, It turned out that the detergent had done more damage than he thought and that it would be more cost-effective for me to go with a new machine. He didn't charge me for the parts, and instead priced out a replacement machine (I ended up going with the LG4000 since they had it in stock and it has a sanitize function and wasn't that much more expensive than the 3400) and told me that he would be able to install it for me the next day if I wanted. Ended up being the day after, but Ned kept in touch to make sure I was ok with the delay. Cameron also stopped by to help Ned carry the machines around since the staircase in my house is tricky. I like the new machine, and I am happy.

It could use a different business name or something. I posted the screenshot below. 1. The machine is having board issue due to you bypass the safety check on the machine without permission. And you broke the machine, now it is not only could not spin dry, but also could not wash. The machine is totally damaged at this point due to your work. 2. For the first visit, you did not provide the estimate 30 mins before the appointment. The fact is that we waited 1 and half an hour since the appointment time. And get no calls or messages. Then WE called your office, then find out he could not attend the appointment due to the previous work was stilling on going. Then we rescheduled the second appointment. So there is 30 mins before notice or anything for the first visit. For the second one and third one, WE called 30 mins before the appointment to make sure, since we did not get any calls. If you believe your company is doing what it is doing, then you need to do a better job on employee training. 3. Up to the third visit, you could not fix the machine, and it is normal to challenge your diagnostic work plus you totally broke the machine at the third visit. During the third visit, the technician tried to blame the failure on "overloading" a load that literally consisted of 2 shower towels and 3 regular towels. Thank goodness for the experts at The Bar-B-Que Barn - they saved our BBQ this weekend!…read more I have an extremely old Skyline Series Weber grill, and when we ran out of propane the new tank didn't fit the hose on the grill. A trip to Home Depot yielded an adaptor that didn't fit, and with 3 hours till BBQ time, I was getting desperate. I called The Bar-B-Que Barn and spoke with one of the guys there, and when I described the problem he knew exactly what I was talking about and how to fix it. I ran over to their store in Arlington and in five minutes he had produce the piece that I needed to convert the hose on my old grill into one that would fit a standard propane tank, and even put some sealant on the piece so it wouldn't leak when I installed it. He gave me a quick tutorial on how to perform the minor surgery needed to install the new piece and told me to invest in a 9/16ths wrench and I was on my way. After arriving home, I was able to fix the grill in less than five minutes, and thanks to The Bar-B-Que Barn, when 20 guests showed up for dinner the grill was cookin'! If you live in Arlington, Cambridge, Somerville, or anywhere in the surroudning area, I highly reccomend a trip to The Bar-B-Que Barn to fill or exchange your propane tank or stock up on grill accessories! They might even offer you a hot dog fresh off the grill while you are there :)

I was able to get thru by pressing the number if I was calling from Canada. You are now sent to a scheduling service only. I have had them escalate this issue 3x now with zero response from Mr. Appliance their answering service say they have no other way to help and we have been forced after over a month without an oven to have another company come in and pay another 350.00 diagnostic fee and a 800.00 repair bill to finally get our oven fixed. We are also still out our original 350.00 with no way to contact Mr. Appliance corporate (so much for customer services). They are part of the neighborly company and their slogan is "It's Not Done, Until It's Done Right!!" Never trust this company, they have actively set their system to give customers as little customer service as possible. They closed the location with total disregard for their customer, leaving us and I'm sure other's out of pocket and with their repairs not completed.

After discussing with my wife, we agreed to get the washer repaired. He had the part with him and got to work to replace the part. In addition to making the repair well, he spent time to check that the washer worked after replacing the part and that it did not leak before closing the washer up. He then moved back the washer in place even though I am the one who moved the washer in the first place. He gave me a 1-year warranty on the repair as he used a genuine LG part.
