We came in to eat as my stepson loves cookout but he can't get it in Maine. The server was good and clear. Ambiance is casual with hard tables and booths. The food was ok but bland. My stepson loved his burger although it took a long time to come out.Cookout has a varied menu but taste wise their are better places.

"Went in for a chili dog, left with a live-action soap opera at the drive-thru." At 1:58 AM, I brought an elderly couple to Cook Out for a simple chili hotdog combo. Instead, we stumbled into what felt like an episode of 'Kitchen Nightmares: After Dark.' The cashier greeted us with all the charm of a tax audit, and before we could even explain the order, two more employees joined in like a tag-team roast battle. My passenger was spoken to with open hostility, I got called a name I can't repeat in polite company, and the whole thing was less "fast food" and more "fast feud." Management -- your hiring process needs some serious quality control, and your dress code? Let's just say edges should not be moonlighting as eyebrows. Cook Out: now serving drama hotter than the grill.

I don't come to cookout for the food, just for the shakes. The Oreo and snickers shake to be exact but my friend swears by the white cheddar bites. So I decided to order the white cheddar bites along with a shake and y'all they were SO GOOD! Cheesy, gooey goodness! Try them out next time you go but make sure you eat them while they are hot because they are not good cold.

Normally I have a great experience here.. I visit often! Food is always hot, fresh, and they always are fast! Service is always fast and accurate.

Usually a pleasant visit to Cookout Snellville, but this visit was a bit uncharacteristic and I hope it isn't the new normal. The line was wrapped around the building (more than usual during a peak time) and it looked like some employees were finishing their shifts. We waited a good 10-15 minutes before we finally made it to the intercom (really need to upgrade this thing - too much background noise) to make our order. We ordered three cookout trays with shakes versus drinks. We had to yell and repeat our order, but we were finally able to proceed to pickup window. Once we get to the pickup window, the lady takes our payment and another proceeds to hand us the wrong shake (thank goodness they call out what it is when handing it out). Longer story short, they misheard our shake orders and made us pull to a spot at the front of the restaurant (never been through this at Cookout). Once we waited about 5 minutes, the young lady from the drive thru brought our trays and shakes to the car. And thank goodness...all three trays were correct! We checked before pulling off. Short notes: Fix the intercom Manage shifts better (or train on off peak times) Get a tad bit faster

Staff were happy and welcoming, helped us take our order and had it out fresh in less than ten minutes. The food was amazing, I wasn't too sure because of the price but they make much better food than five guys for that high price. For a place as art and creativity centered as Snellville the AI generated art on the wall looks scary and out of place. Makes the place look cheap and low effort when you walk in. Full review: Don't let the decrepit and rundown look of the plaza fool you. It's too bad Burger World is located in somewhat of a rundown area, and i almost turned around when Google Maps directed me to a nearby shop instead of right in front of the restaurant. However, the customer service is friendly and the burgers are quite good! Greeted by a guy who seemed like the owner, i was pleased with his immediate description that the burgers are grilled fresh, never frozen, and that the fries are hand-cut. My order consisted of two cheeseburger combos (incl. small fries and a small drink) and two bbq burgers, for a total of about $30. Not a bad price for a meal for 4, but the fries were thin, oily, and just okay. The burgers really stand out with fresh ingredients, and it's a shame the fries aren't more robust @ that price point. Besides the fries, this biz could improve on the following: - having a more precise address on Google Maps w/ better signage - Employees who wear masks (esp in these times as the flu and Covid are rampant) - Thicker fries, maybe crinkle cut - Switching from styrofoam containers to paper-based ones (styrofoam is unhealthy & doesn't do these great burgers justice) - An overall cleaner presentation (the counter near the cash register could have been cleaner) - A sturdier carrier for drinks - my two small drinks spilled on the way home. Overall: Definitely recommend. The bbq and cheeseburgers were sooo tasty. Maybe skip the fries and drinks.

The staff was nice and the establishment was clean. At the time we went it was not a lot of people there but they slowly started coming in. Ordered some wings and fries and a 5 pc tender dinner. They both were good. I did like the fact that they sell whole wings. Even though they were small they were enjoyable. There was a lot of talk about the restaurant across the street (JJ's) I believe that is Fingez new competition. The talk was mostly from an employee, I think he was not happy with them moving over to their location. Maybe at some point I will visit them only because the employee was not happy with them. Based on what he was saying it was like they did not care about the customers and Fingerz does care about their customers. So I guess in time we will see. I think the pricing was the normal charge for meals like that. The chicken tenders were good, not to crunchy, not too much seasonings just right actually. The dipping sauce was ok too. They have lots of choices for the dipping sauces so I did like the choices. Generally speaking the food and service was ok but it is not a place I would run to for a meal. If I am in the area and in the mood for some chicken I might stop by.

As I pulled up, the banner caught my attention. Mentioning the type of food, location, and hours. As I walked in I was immediately drawn to the cleanliness of the dining area. There are bar tables and 2 booths. Maybe 20 ppl can dine inside. There is seating outside. Customers were eating outside. Only 1 table w/umbrella. The service was spot on. I did not get the cashier's name but she was nice. I ordered the plain fried whole wings. You can order 4 or 8 wings with fries. I had 4. They were cooked to order actually all are. Nothing frozen. Fresh food! The wings were medium-sized with a hint of seasoning. I really didn't taste any and if any it was very subtle. If you want Tabasco sauce or any sauce, there is a fee. I found this out after I had placed the order. The fries were fries. Hot and tasty. The fried okra was okay. I would not order again. My husband ordered the chicken Philly cheesesteak. I tasted a piece of the chicken and let me tell you it was delicious! Seasoned very well. It has a hint of spicy flavor but you taste it after the fact . It's not overly spicy but you taste it. The peppers, onions, and cheese all melted together for a delicious sandwich. Bread was fresh and soft. I ordered the Mango Lemonade and oh my! The lemonade is one of the popular drinks if not the best drink. If I'm not mistaken you have another choice of cherry/grape. The mango has 4 peach candy rings at the bottom of the drink! So so good! This drink will set you back $5.50. It's worth it They have daily specials... I do apologize for not taking as many photos as I usually do but I got distracted in the sauce . I will try to upload a video later and if my husband has photos I will upload them Now go ahead and give these folks a try! You will not be disappointed BTW, you may want to order ahead bc they cook to order.

As we approached the place on this rainy Friday afternoon, I noticed there was a small shared parking lot up front and a sign pointing to the rear for additional parking. I was lucky enough to find a spot on the far end of the lot in front. We took the short walk over, cut through the side covered patio and entered. It was what I expected, feeling like a dark Dive Bar (in a good way). We saw a sign that said "Seat Yourself", so Wifey picked a high top close to the wall of beer taps. As I sat down a smile came across my face because of all the choices they had available. We sat there a few minutes and then our server, Alyssa, arrived with menus. She greeted us warmly and gave us a minute to look over their extensive extensive beer selection. By the time she returned we asked if they did flights. They did not, but she said we could get three samples for the table. Wifey picked two and I ordered one Three Taverns stout called Slay the Psychonut. For food; I ordered the Chicken Cordon Bleu sandwich with Tater Tots and Wifey ordered the Spinach Chicken sandwich with sweet potato fries. Alyssa, quickly brought over our samples. My stout, which I realized I had before, was delicious but I decided to order the Parrish Ghost in the Machine. Wifey ordered the Bell's Oberon Eclipse wheat. As we waited for our beers and food I looked around and noticed TVs everywhere, even lined up at the bar. This place would be perfect to watch a football game. When we were cutting through the patio, before we entered, I noticed a Vegas Raiders poster board so I am not sure if this is a Raiders bar. I also noticed a room labeled "Game Room" so I had to check it out. I peeked in and it was smaller than I expected. There were only 2 people in there and the only games I saw were some electronic ones all the way in the back. I was really expecting a pool table or something. Our beers arrived and Alyssa informed me that my glass was the last in the keg, so it was free. I never heard that rule before and she also said she would swap it out for me if I didn't like it. Initially, I said I am gonna keep my free beer but as I kept drinking it, it tasted a little flat and I swapped it out for another beer from Parrish. Soon after, the food came out and looked OK. We started digging in and my sandwich was good but the tots tasted like old frozen tots and were not crunchy at all. Wifely enjoyed her Chicken Spinach sandwich and sweet potato fries. I stole one of the fries and they were not crunchy either. Overall, I enjoyed my 1st visit to Summits. The extensive beer selection and the friendly, attentive service we received from Alyssa were the highlights. Her service bumped my rating up from a 3.5 to a solid 4. We will definitely be back to try some of their other beer offerings.

From the moment my daughter her friend and I walked in, we were treated like we were a burden instead of paying customers. The attitudes from the employees were rude, cold, and completely unwelcoming. Nobody seemed happy to help, and the entire atmosphere felt miserable. After waiting 10-15 minutes for our food to be "freshly cooked," I expected at least hot food. Instead, I was handed a turkey burger that was barely lukewarm and french fries that were cold, limp, and already wrinkling like they had been sitting forever. To make it worse, the fries looked like nothing but the tiny leftover scraps from the bottom of the potato bag. It honestly felt like they just threw together whatever they didn't want to serve anyone else. We sent the fries back, and when they brought them out again, they were only slightly warmer than before -- still not hot like fries should be straight out of the fryer. What's even crazier is that the manager brought the food back to the table and STILL never apologized. No concern, no accountability, nothing. That alone says everything about the customer service at this place. Whatever happened to quality food and decent customer service? Customers are paying hard-earned money and deserve hot food and respectful treatment -- not cold leftovers, terrible attitudes, and management that acts like it doesn't care. Extremely disappointing experience, and I will definitely think twice before ever coming back.
