By far one of BEST COOKIES I've had. I started ordering her cookies back in 2020 when she posted on the FB group SGV eats. First order was actually the mini mixed bags for coworkers as their Xmas gift. Packing was on point. Trust me~they look great and taste even better. From then on, I've tried several other cookie shops and they don't even come close in comparison. I also never got around to reviewing because the baking is done in a residential place and I didn't want her address to be all over the internet, and I'm lazy....but since this page is up now...here I am. lol Her cookies are so awesome because they're thin, soft and chewy. They legit stay chewy for days! None of the hard, crumbly cotton mouth stuff. They're also not super sweet to where your teeth itch. Take one bite, you'll be reaching for more. You technically can't go wrong with any flavor but IMO the best ones are: UBE w/ TOFFEE, CHOCO CHIP, RED VELVET, MATCHA & WHITE CHOCO. Another thing to note is that shes very flexible with mixing and matching flavors and she even does deliveries within a 10 mile radius I think. This is an awesome Asian owned business that are serving up flavors from my childhood. I literally cannot pick a favorite -- they're all so delicious. Top three include the ube cookie, pandan cookie, and the cornflake ube brownie (the name escapes me). Recently, I've ran into her business at Dash Coffee bar in Pasadena and AK coffee inside the Blossom Market Hall. If you run into her cookies somewhere, buy them! Cookies Chaos I am not a cookie person but I LOVE their cookies! The texture and the sweetness are just perfect . Not too overly sweet. I recently purchased about 40 something box of cookies for school staff (teacher appreciation week) friends and family. Lots of them told me how much they love the cookies and I love to see the smiles on their faces. They are located in South Pasadena and you can pick up at their location. Or if your purchase is over $36 and you are 10 miles within S Pasadena and the deliver is free. New flavor expresso toffee cookie is their new flavor and it's soooooo good! O.M.G! Let me tell you about cookie chaos!!!!!! Hands down the BEST COOKIES I have ever eaten. I first tasted their cookie at Dash Coffee and was super intrigued when I saw the flavors. They had ube white choc chip, mango pandan, red velvet, & matcha at the time. Of course I had to try one of each flavor. They are so moist, and so freaking delicious. I don't know how she does it but it is amazing!!!! My ultimate fave has to be the mango pandan. It's pandan flavored cookie with dried mango bits. Don't get me wrong I LOVE THEM ALL, but this is my ultimate fave. They also have the most addicting brownie called ube cornflake caramel brownie and man oh man! Literal piece of HEAVEN in every bite. I have gifted their cookies and brownie to friends and they all have the same response as me when I first tasted them. Drool! You can find their delicious products in certain stores but they also deliver within a certain range I think. They are based in Pasadena so lucky me! I love Patricia! Super efficient and super friendly and great communication. I had a last minute event and wanted to do a special order and she was able to 100% exceed my expectations! Also special shout out to her husband for delivery as well! Since I live a bit far from her pick up location, she has been so flexible to deliver to my mom's house which works out perfectly when I visit. I would include pictures of the delicious goods but the pictures would not do it justice. Absolutely delicious and the pandan coconut cookies,ube cookies and the ube brownies are AMAZING. I have not had anything like those with the perfect crunch on top. Be aware that it is dangerous as you want to keep eating them! Cookie Chaos sold their wares at my son's school for the winter fair, and I have to say I am hooked. In addition to their unique, original flavors and combinations, what I love best about all their baked goods is that they are not cloyingly sweet. So many dessert places, especially the more successful ones (for cupcakes or cakes or cookies) that become chains are always way too sweet for my tastes. These are sweet but not too sweet, so you can really enjoy a few at a time without your teeth hurting or tastebuds being overwhelmed. Great cookies. You can't go wrong with any flavors. My favorites is a coin toss between Ube, Matcha, and Pandan cookies. I am sure the other flavors are just as good. I just wanted a different twist on the flavors. Very soft and not too sweet. If you think the cookies are good, wait till you try the Ube Blonde with Salted Caramel and Ube Cornflake Caramel Brownie. I discovered Cookie Chaos through a Facebook page and I placed my first order back in 2020. These cookies are SO good! I love how there are so many Asian inspired flavors and classic flavors to choose from. I'm obsessed with all of their chunky cookies. The texture is perfect. I love the Ube flavors too! I had to open the box before I got home. I made it all the way to the stoplight and busted it open. I believe I've ordered almost the entire menu and I've been a fan of it all. Discovered Cookie Chaos at a pop up event. The cookies are great but if you want an amazing experience go with the Ube Blonde with Salted Caramel. I usually don't like cookies, but I tried these since they seemed like interesting flavors and I saw them at a pop up! But boy, are they good! They use high quality ingredient, and you can really tell! The matcha cookies are so rich and delicious! The pandan with mango is so unique and yummy! The uber and toffee crunch was such a great pairing! And i loved they had oatmeal with choco. My favorite!!!! I gave these to some friends and coworkers and they absolutely loved it and even asked where I got it from, and they got some on their own. Haha. Literally THE MOST delicious cookies! A coworker brought these to work one day and I nonchalantly picked up an Ube cookie and took it back to my office. The best cookies around! I have become a huge Ube fan because of these cookies. If you have never tried Ube, then do yourself a favor and order the toffee ube cookies. Or even better yet get the ube with caramelized corn flakes on top. Seriously the best treat ever! Red velvet, matcha abd chocolate chip cookies shouldn't be overlooked either. I am editing my review here based on the owner's customer service plus trying their other two cookies - the Ube toffee crunch and Matcha with white chocolate. I ordered from the food hall at the 3rd street promenade at Santa Monica. I had tried one chocolate chip cookie first, and was not a fan because I thought it didn't have enough chocolate chip to my liking. My husband had also ordered the other two cookies but I didn't taste it until some time later. The ube toffee crunch and matcha with white chocolate that he ordered were indeed very tasty. I didn't expect such sincere customer service from the message they left me, and especially was touched by their kind gesture. I would definitely try all their other cookies (since they have other flavors). That one chocolate chip cookie I had was just a one- off and doesn't reflect the good quality and taste of their cookies - which is evident by all the other 5 star reviews. read more

Joe was totally game to take on my design requests (orange and white roses with vines; Chinese character for double happiness) and even offered to open up the bakery early on Saturday morning so we could pick up the cake and deliver it to our venue nearby in Pasadena (note: you must arrange for your own cake pickup). We ordered a vanilla with strawberry sheet cake for our guests (fed 75 guests with plenty leftover) and a single layer 7"inch vanilla with mango cake for us to display/cut. The cake was as delicious as expected and a huge hit with our guests. I was more than happy to eat leftover cake for breakfast for a week and look forward to celebrating our wedding anniversary with a vanilla mango cake for many years to come.
