I called them at 8:30 and they told me they would be here between 9 & 10, he showed up by 9:15 and by 9:45 I was back in my house watching tv and I could feel the temperature in the house drop! Our AC unit was not cooling the house properly. Last year we had the same issue and used a different company. That company said we would need to replace our unit this summer. Vixienne is honest, dependable and a true professional. Even though his office is north of Houston, he had no problem driving down to Pearland to solve my A/C issues. My home warranty company sent people to work on my A/C a few months ago and they somehow screw up the A/C.
