This was our first visit. We went on Friday about 1:30pm. It was packed. We were told about 15 minutes wait for table but honestly it was maybe 5 min.wait. We were seated at a nice table and could see the TVs in addition to hearing the holiday music. My husband ordered the fish sandwich and sweet potato waffle fries. His fish was super hot and fresh. It had coleslaw and a Cajun romulade which I thought sounded odd but my bite was fantastic. He loved it. We both got the sweet potat waffle fries. They were amazing, and very hot and fresh. It was a very cold day so the really hot food helped warm us up. I ordered the gyro. It was great best one I have had since we moved down here. Tons of meat, with crispy edges like the meat should have. The veggies were fresh and sauce perfectly traditional. Hugerstreet ipa from Palmetto brewing was the beer my husband had chosen from the many on tap. I has soda and my glass was never near empty. With all the crowd our server, I should have gotten her name, was just as attentive if we had been her only table. There's a wide variety of menu options. The atmosphere is great with plenty of seating on the outdoor covered patio, as well as picnic tables and cornhole boards. The food was pretty good but I felt like each thing I got needed a little more. The Brussels sprouts said they had bacon in them but I had one tiny piece of bacon. The herb fries didn't have any herbs on them, and my mahi mahi taco needed more flavor. The server was friendly but never asked if we wanted more to drink, and both my husband and I were on empty (he ordered water). He got the big fish sandwich and fries and said he'd give the restaurant a 4 out of 5. I'd go back but try something different on the menu. read more

I visited the restaurant to celebrate my friend's birthday. The service was good. Our waitress Lacey was very nice and helpful. She helped make recommendations to us. The salsa and chips were good. You could taste that it was very fresh and homemade. We also had the redneck eggrolls as an appetizer. They were so good. I had the turkey burger and fries. The turkey burger was very good and juicy. Were quoted a 20 min wait time with call ahead seating we arrived 15 min later and no change in wait time was noted when we checked in. 1&1/2 hours later we left with no food after being told we were 3rd in line then 2nd in line and watching at least 9 other parties seated before us. read more

We've only visited Copper two times, and had outstanding food quality and service both times! Our latest visit was on a Monday where kids eat free. Both our kids loved their food and frequently ask when we can go back. We plan on going back soon! My oldest child ordered the whitefish and it looked great. She loved it, and I think I'll order it next time. We live in Lake Wylie and it is my family new favorite place to go out. Keep up the good work. We'll be back soon. read more

Atmosphere is fun and comfortable, inside is a nice pub feel. Lots of outdoor seating under roof and another picnic table area in the back with corn hole. Goof was good as well as pleasant service. We will definitely go back. The Lake Wylie area needed another dining option! read more

Arrived and checked in - advised there was a 30 minute wait. After 30 minutes, inquired about table. Advised there would be an additional 20 minutes to wait. While waiting the 50 minutes, 15 people left but no one was seated. At the one hour mark we left and went to a restaurant down the street. After a month in SC we finally found our new steakhouse. The ribeye was perfect and they have THE best garlic mashed potatoes! The buffalo wrap was just as good, not too spicy, but still a kick and we love their fries. Portion was too big to finish in one sitting but looks like I have lunch tomorrow. This place has always been busy and packed from the looks of the parking lot so we took our first time there tonight. Total disappointment. Ordered the special Southern nachos. The chips were glistening with grease. The loaded with pimento cheese was untrue. There was some but definitely not loaded. The barbq pork tasted old and freezer burned. Lettuce was sprinkled on top, maybe a part of a leaf worth, used most as a garnish. I expected much more. And the price for these nachos was over $11.00. We four adults, two kids and a baby stopped in for dinner on Father's Day. They were busy but we didn't have to wait long to get a table. We were delighted with the variety of food choices, the food itself and the service. There was something on the menu to please everyone. Staff is always friendly and the atmosphere can't be beat. Great to bring the kids and also great for a low key date night. The patio is the place to be with powerful heaters for when it's a little chilly. The yard with picnic tables and cornhole is fun. Tv's all around to watch a game and a great drink menu. The food never disappoints. My kids love the pizza and their salad selection is an unexpected delight. The chicken Cobb is loaded with veggies, cheese and a lot of flavorful chicken. The menu is so large it took me three visits to find something to my liking , however the gyro was pretty good. Service was below average in all 3 visits. They did an amazing job transforming the space and giving it a pub feel however, hopefully the service catches up. read more

Good food and good atmosphere. I had a pizza and it was very good but a little on the thin side. My son got the Whiskey Chicken Sandwich and he said it was one of the best he has ever had. My other son had the buffalo chicken sliders and he said they were really good. My wife had the pizza as well and hers was even thinner. We went back tonight 6/24/18 and I must say the woman manager was not very attentive. She spent the entire time we were there waiting on two couples at one booth. Several people in my party were drinking tea and she passed right by us to pour tea for the one booth. Our entire party got dessert and we noticed the ice cream brownie came with two dollops of whipped cream. The manger took the same exact dessert to the couples in the booth and they had 4 dollops. We were at the restaurant for about an hour and she spent at least 45 minutes with the one booth. None of the 6 people in my party were happy about the fact she ignored all the other patrons in the restaurant. I hope the owner corrects her behavior. Food was still great and the waitress was great. Just had to point out the manager treating one table special and the rest with no concern at all. read more

We went for our first meal at Copper Premium Pub in Lake Wylie, SC after returning from the mountains on our anniversary 12/24/17. First off the greeter was not friendly at all. Barely spoke to us. The waitress was very nice. When we saw a booth was open we requested to be moved because the tall table was uncomfortable. The waitress said "sure." The greeter came by our table before we moved, and said "I heard you want to be moved." I said yes we do. She just walked away and went to the computer. Very rude woman! My husband ordered a 6 oz. filet mignon ($21.95), and I ordered the shrimp and grits ($14.95). My husband was only given the steak, sauce, and mashed potatoes. No bread or veggie. He could only eat the steak, and the potatoes were not good. I partially enjoyed my meal. Some shrimp was cooked perfectly while others were over cooked. When we left no one even said a word to us like "We hope you will come back, or have a nice day." Nothing. We won't ever go back. This might be a good place to just drink and watch sports! read more

We were super excited to visit. It was packed as usual so we were put on a waiting list. Normal. We did wait about 20 minutes or so but once we were sat down there were plenty of tables available. Our waitress who rarely made an appearance at our table didn't introduce us with her name and when we needed to find her nobody else knew her name. Made things a little difficult. They never gave us silverware or napkins. When we asked for napkins they were thrown on the table. (3) only 3. We had 4 people. This happened twice. It wouldn't have been rude if the girl seemed to have any interest in us being there. Our app the egg rolls were soooooo hot we couldn't even eat them for the first ten minutes. And yet we still needed silverware to cut it open so the heat would cool down. Now it was time to order dinner. I ordered sliders. I received a very overly sauced hot sauce chicken wrap. When I held the wrap upside down hot sauce would pour out. Instead of the waitress apologizing and correcting my meal she informed me that she thought that's what I ordered. I told her no worries I'm so hungry I'll eat it at this point. We didn't receive any of our side sauces we requested while ordering dinner. Ranch and hot sauce. We asked her again for them. She brought back two ranch and BBQ. We just said thank you. The ranch looked like a finger had swirled in it. When I had mentioned to the waitress who dropped off the food for our waitress and informed her that the food was incorrect she told me I need to talk to the chef. Meanwhile the staff was then talking and looking out their dungeon hole staring at us. I guess we were a huge hit. It took forever to finally get the waitress for our check. With that she was not tipped well. I have worked in many restaurants. This place was horrible. Don't spend your .50 cents in one place. Thanks unhappy customer. read more
