It was one of the most frustrating customer service experience I've had with a contractor in the 25 years I have lived in Phoenix. They didn't complete the job in the time frame they promised. They damaged the faux ceiling in the kitchen, they drilled holes and didn't repair them in the bedroom. They left marks on the ceiling in the living room, where they marked to cut a hole and then didn't. Which told me they installers were not skilled or professional. Called Cross Mechanical and the owner jumped on the phone, said he had already told the landlord he wasn't sending any more guys out to do patchwork and that the landlord needs to get a new unit. However, I realized that manual FAN ON did not work, neither the fan delay was not working. I contacted Lee Collin to verified installation of the blower motor. They send another technician. The senior one. This technician diagnosed that a fan relay was not working and possibly a timer delay relay could also be faulty. I received an estimate for this new repair for $270. I had no reason not to trust them so I changed both relay, although after replacing both relay the system did not work. I was surprised so I requested further investigation with another outside technician and it was revealed that relay were not at fault but that the first installer had not positon the white wire from the blower motor to the proper prong on the contactor, after moving the white wire to the opposite side of the contactor the fan system started to operate normally. I am a bit disappointed that 2 technician of Lee Collin could not find and rectified the problem. I understand that error do occurred but when you are paying per hour labor and expensive parts it is not want customers want. Respectfully.

We got three different quotes and recommendations for a replacement 5 ton unit, and Honest Air Care's knowledge, transparency, flexibility, and price once again caused us to choose them. They offered several different models we could choose from, spanning the spectrum of discount and premium traditional heatpumps as well as newer inverter models (one of which we ultimately selected) with a couple different price/efficiency points. They were really the only one to do that, the others seemed to have their old school model and brand they liked and wanted to stick with it (which is entirely reasonable, but not what we wanted). They also communicated pretty well, answering an emailed question and responding on the phone. They replaced our rooftop unit, redid the connector and roof integration to account for changes in form factor, and added three new vents into our bedrooms to account for the additional air flow required (and improve night time cooling effectiveness), all in one day. They cleaned everything up nice and repaired any damage they'd caused. Really a top notch operation.
