First time ordering here and there are a kazillion options on the menu that peek my interest. I got the Buddha bowl - it was a little spinach heavy for my preference - but was easily the healthiest (and quite tasty!) quick meal(s) we have ever ordered from a restaurant. We rarely have time to cook and unfortunately ordering takeout is a regular occurrence for my family - it's just easiest. This hardly ever results in a "healthy" meal - unless we're ordering salads and even they can be loaded down with "unhealthy" ingredients. Will be ordering here when we're looking for a tasty and guiltless meal that doesn't require any effort from us!!

I love the food at CoreLife! The meal options they have here are a lot healthier than many other fast casual places in the area and they definitely have a lot more variety in the meal options. I would come here a lot more often if it wasn't for how expensive everything is. I love all of the different "healthy" drinks they have in the fountains (healthy is in quotes because they all have a good amount of sugar in them). I came here for my free birthday bowl via registering their rewards app, which is by far one of the best birthday deals for fast-casual restaurants. I also recommend ordering in person vs online. For some reason my online orders take so long but whenever I go in person there's rarely a line and I'm able to get my order in under a minute or two.

Doubling back, right before they close and service still 10, sandwich still a 10. The parm crisps are just so good. This is restaurant is becoming one of my favorites.

Stopped in to an old Yelp spot recently, and was glad I did. I think we attended an event at CoreLife Eatery a year, or maybe 2 years ago. We remember it was a great meal and had been meaning to get back there, but time just passed by too quickly. Walking in, the smells reminded us of the great meal awaiting us. We got to the counter and had to make some tough decision. I decided to go with a bowl and got the BBQ Ranch Chicken. Going down the line we had the option to customize with many fresh ingredients and sauces, but I left it the way it was on the menu. I'm glad I did, and I'm glad I picked what I did. This bowl was packed full of amazing flavors and was absolutely perfect. Great portion size and very satisfying, especially knowing this is probably a healthier option than many of the other restaurants in the area. There were a few other options I wish I'd had the opportunity to try, but gives me all the more reason to go back much sooner this time. I highly recommend, my wife and I both loved our meals and we'll be back soon!!!

I was craving a wrap, so I decided to order a Chicken Caesar Wrap at CoreLife. I ordered through their app to be prepared immediately. It gave me an estimated time of 20 minutes and it was ready exactly then. However, the wrap wasn't very good because the dressing gave an odd aftertaste. My receipt (attached to the bag upon pickup) said it was Greek yogurt Caesar, but that wasn't advertised in the app. I do not like Greek yogurt, so if I would've known that, I would've ordered something else. Hopefully this is something the company can fix in the future so people know exactly what they're ordering!

Stopped in for lunch today. One of the freshest and healthiest menus in town! Love the large covered patio outside and the colorful vibrant vibe inside. Service was friendly and quick at their counter ordering area. Food ranging from salads, bowls, and wraps to fresh tacos and soups. They even have a kid friendly menu. What stands out compared to some other salad/bowl places is that there are 2 different sizes for all bowls and salads. Many places have one size, which may be too small or too large for each individual person. I had the tuna poke bowl, which comes with fresh tuna, purple grain rice, miso sesame ginger dressing, avocado, cabbage, pickled jalapeños and a spicy fire sauce. Talk about flavor! Something this good shouldn't be this healthy honestly. And the colors of this plate just pop. Only negative today, which doesn't take away from the 5 star experience, was that their public internet was down. This type of place isn't known for a sit down and work environment like say a coffee shop. But many times I enjoy bringing my laptop and working during lunch at a counter order spot where I'm not taking up a table or time from a server or other patrons. Definitely will make this place a regular stop for tasty and healthy food!

So as a whole I absolutely love core life and I know they are a healthier food option which is amazing but I need seasoning. Their food is delicious once you bring it home and add a little salt or seasoning. Like I said I get it, they are a healthier option but healthy doesn't mean seasonless. The bowls are my favorite thing to order and I usually get the Korean bbq pork bowl but the pork can sometimes be a little overcooked and dry. I love that you can get a bowl with greens or grains or both. The service is great they are super kind and if they mess up an order take full accountability and correct the error. If the meat was consistently seasoned and consistent they would get 4 stars. Also I do hate the bowls because if your item has liquid of any kind I don't feel like it holds up. I had an egg on mine and it cracked and the yolk started leaking out

I had my first experience at core life for a Yelp event and I've been pining to come back ever since. I figured since I ran a 5K at pig pounder yesterday, a light dinner would be perfect so I stopped by. I am literally obsessed with the food here. The bbq chicken ranch bowl is something I could easily eat once a week for the foreseeable future. All the ingredients are extremely fresh and there's just something about mixing a bunch of stuff that goes together and eating it that's comforting. I also tried the roasted sweet potatoes yesterday and would definitely order again. Their berry juice with apple cider vinegar is unmatched - I want to bottle it so I can drink at home every day. Their staff is always so friendly and accommodating as well. It is a seamless assembly line once you make it to the front. The only reason I deduct a star is because the wait has been extremely long both times I visited. I waited in line yesterday for 20 min with only 2 people in front of me. It seems like they put all online orders above customers in line so it may be wise to order online beforehand if you plan on visiting.

1st time here . We got the Greek wrap and Thai Chicken salad (trying to eat healthier) to go. Great service, fresh ingredients, clean store.. I am surprised we've never been here.

Love all the healthy choices available! Salad, bowls, soup. You can choose several options of ingredients. You can literally customize your own meal- or choose one of theirs. I had the steak and blue cheese salad bowl. It was very fresh and delicious. The juice and tea options are also amazing! Can't wait to go back and try the tuna bowl!

I love the healthier options and the food was great. It's a cool space with really high ceilings and old building vibes. The lines were pretty long.

There's a reason there is a long wait when you are in line waiting to decide what you want to eat. This is a subway/chipotle style way of ordering your food only I believe the are still working on how it should flow. Not sure if there is a lot of turn over or what? That being said they have a lot of great choices when it comes to eating healthy. I tried their Greek chicken bowl. It had a lot of things you can add to it. My only gripe was that the chicken was in the dry side. They offer a customizable bowl or wrap if you can't chose from their large menu. The staff was very polite and helpful. The whole process just took some time. I wasn't crazy about the guy at the register handling the food press and then the money even though he wore gloves. All in all it was a good experience. Will be back.

Great healthy food, nice options of bowls and nice dining area with an option of external area. I love the bbq ranch chicken and tuna poke fire. The service is super nice and kind. They also have a fidelity membership in the app.

After hearing so many great things, my family and I finally decided to try it this weekend, and all I can say is... WOW! What an incredible experience from start to finish. First, let me say that Zee, the owner and chef, is one of the most welcoming restaurateurs you'll ever meet. He not only prepares amazing food but also takes the time to personally greet his guests, making you feel like family the moment you walk in. We started with the Hummus and Fresh Flatbread, and it was absolutely outstanding, fresh, creamy, and full of flavor. Next came the Börek (Ground Beef and Feta Cheese). Think of it as the best, most flavorful "egg roll" you've ever had, but with authentic Turkish flair. Simply delicious! I had the Bugu Kebabi, served in a clay plate with red onions and tomatoes. Sealed with baked bread. I'm usually not a lamb person, but when Zee explained that the lamb is marinated for hours in an onion-based broth, I decided to step outside my comfort zone. I'm so glad I did! The lamb was incredibly tender and packed with flavor. The presentation was also unique and memorable, with the delicate thin bread cut open right at the table. It was more than enough for my daughter and me to share. My wife ordered the Beyti Kebab, is a Turkish dish consisting of ground beef, grilled on a skewer and served wrapped in lavash and topped with yogurt sauce and butter sauce. Every single bite was bursting with amazing flavors. Another outstanding dish! All the desserts are to die for, many are imported from Turkey. Before you leave, don't miss the opportunity to enjoy an authentic Turkish Coffee, Turkish Wines, or a Turkish Beers to complete the experience. If you're looking for a restaurant that offers healthy, authentic, delicious, and very reasonably priced food, Zeeyum Kitchen should absolutely be on your list. The service is exceptional, the atmosphere is warm and inviting, and there's plenty of convenient parking. Highly recommended! We'll definitely be back!!!

FRESH and slightly crunchy on the outside, with the perfect amount of chewy, and pillowy yet dense on the inside. The BEST bread on a sub that I've found in NC. The Marinara on the sub is authentic Italian marinara with just the right amount of cheese, but those MEATBALLS...I've never had a meatball quite like theirs and they are homemade, delicious with the perfect seasonings. The food and drink recommendations she made for the table were great, and the onion rings are definitely the best ones we've had in the area since relocating here. Both sandwiches we had were great. The Chicken Philly had a little bit of a kick to it, which made it a nice change from usual Philly sandwiches and the Cuban was different from a traditional Cuban as it had some barbecue sauce on it. I decided to get those last night, and the fish was two good size thick cod filets, fried and breaded perfectly. The fish was flaky and tender, the remoulade it came with really elevated it, I'm glad it was not plain tartar sauce (gross). The appetizer favorite here is the pulled pork nachos for me, otherwise, we usually just get meals. If I had one small complaint, it's that the tea is usually brewed pretty weak. We opted to get a few more drinks with dessert, and both were also very good. The bartenders are not stingy in their pours! We also split the butter cake for dessert and I will say that Paula Dean would have been proud of that cake. It was melt-in-your mouth richness paired with a slightly tangy fruit sauce, fresh berries and a tasty vanilla ice cream. The restaurant as a whole was well set up, with multiple types of seating and a large bar area. Decor was well placed and there was enough room to walk through without feeling crowded, despite how busy it was. We will absolutely be back!

And everything was clean. They were extremely vigilant about the place being clean. The bathrooms were clean too.

Stopped in for lunch. Ordered the salad bar. Went up and got my plate and went through the line…read more All the lettuce was frozen so I opted for spinach. Added my toppings and dressing and sat down to eat. Very pleased with my meal and the chocolate mousse was excellent. Went for round two and was dismayed to see they had not properly cleaned the tray and had left food particles on it. Not a huge deal because I was putting my food on the plates, but it's the little things. No complaints on food for round 2. Got more mousse and was able to get lettuce this time. An employee had been working on stocking the salad bar while I ate my first plate and continued during my second. While I ate my second serving someone I assume may have been a manager of sorts came out and was giving the employee stocking feedback. I then watched the manager start filling containers by ADDING THE REFILL ON TOP - no rotating, no changing containers, just adding on top. Not acceptable. Seating is and always has been cramped in here. I had to weave around tables to get to my seat. We also saw someone have their sunglasses knocked off their head by someone exiting to the patio because their table was that close to the door. The gentleman picking up trays and plates was smiling and quick. It was nice to see!
