We made reservations for 11am and at 1pm, left without receiving any of our food. The server explained that there was a "system glitch", after WE had to ask the status of our order, and that our food was never put in. She then explained that we would be comped and our food would be rushed. After waiting an additional 45 minutes where our server avoided our table the whole time, we left without eating. Do not go here if you want even mediocre service, cause you won't get it. Can't speak for the quality of the food considering we never received it. read more

Cork & Craft was a pleasant surprise!! Bar staff were very friendly and helpful on recommendations and very knowledgeable. Patrons were very friendly and inclusive. It was a true neighborhood watering hole. Apps were unique and satisfying especially the steak strips. Cant wait to go back! Keep up the good work. read more

A solid 3 for me. The chairs at the table we were initially seated at, were not that great. So luckily we were able to move. The bad thing about the move is, when the live music started we could no longer talk to our friends. Maybe start music around 8:30-9pm or start it off a little softer for the dinner crowd. Our service was fantastic. I'm wondering why there's more appetizer than dinner options? We had the beer cheese and pretzel board, which was good. I chose the patty melt for dinner. 1 side of the rye was pretty toasty, and I did like the fries. They were crispy and the right amount of salt for me. My wife had the shrimp tacos and said she enjoyed them. We had a few beers and they were cold. I didn't like that we had to walk around the whole restaurant to leave. It seemed a bit crowded. Give it a shot, see what you think. I might be inclined to visit again if I'm in the area. read more

What a great restaurant! Nice venue with live music. Our Old Fashioned cocktails were excellent as well as the shrimp appetizer. The place was very vibrant. Love the energy of the crowd and the live band. The servers were tame but hey they were young and the customers and the live band members seemed a bit older so maybe they were out of their element. Food was fantastic. We had a party of 6 any everyone loved their meals. The drinks were a bit dissappointing. A typical Old fashioned was way too sweet and a Cosmo was just bland. Overall the place was fun as the Live band made the place jump and dance. The mix of songs kept everyone singing and dancing. Kudos to them. Work on those drinks and this place is a 5 star fun night out. read more

We stopped in after a show at the MAC. We only order appetizers and drinks, but they were very tasty. They had a band and a good number of people there listening/dancing to band, but still room for us to join at 9pm. Overall, great spot. read more

This place had horrible service! Ive been here three times and can never get a drink. We had a reservation and a server had came to our table once and took one persons drink order at a table of 4. We try to get a server any servers attention they never look our way or acknowledge us. When we finally get a servers attention after being here for 2 hours and they take our drink order then bring everyone else's but mine. I'm done giving this place a try! We had high expectations and looked forward to meeting our friends for dinner. The music was good but too loud to carry on a conversation. We had an appetizer and then ordered dinner. After about an hour one entree came out. We had to flag our server down about 15 minutes later to ask about the other two entrees. He said the ticket did not print in the kitchen and asked if we wanted our order to go. We declined and left without getting our dinner. Our server did try to make it right and did not charge our friends for their entree. Very disappointed to say the least. read more

Food was good,our server was a complete disaster. Four of us sat down and ordered drinks. 1 ordered vodka with lemon, the next vodka with lime,next a beer and last a whiskey sour, I specifically asked that the whiskey sour be in a whiskey glass on the rocks because a lot of people serve the other way with no ice and frothy she said" oh we only serve them on the rocks" I'm thinking ok great, she bring them and the drinks were fantastic except the one who ordered lime,,he never got lime after asking 3 times. So they were very busy and we did our thing,,the meal tasted god, basic bar food,but again any special requests were completely ignored by our waitress. We order another round,,he still gets lemon instead of lime AGAIN and I get a frothy sour whisky ( hmmmm but you don't serve this way) so I tell her you said you don't make them like this can I have it the same way I did the first time,,she was so bitchy about to the point I said and please don't bring me back that drink on ice, they have 2 different consistency's, so we all watch her got to the bar get a big ice cube pour my drink on it and bring it to me. I thought I'm not gonna make a big deal so I went to the bar and just got a cup of ice and she was there and went off on me how it's the same drink. I said we had the whole conversation at the beginning and you said they don't even serve them this way. Frothy with egg white YUCK! So I just said take it off the bill and walked away,,I go back to table and she comes rushing to our table arguing with me that what's the big deal it's the same and I mean arguing. Everyone at the tables mouth dropped. In all my life I have NEVER complained about a server,NEVER. At that point I asked for the manager. He came over was very nice and completely understood and even apologized for her rudeness. I told him have you ever sat somewhere for dinner had 2 drinks in an hour and they are completely 2 different drinks,,please train your bartender because it was the same guy who made both,,but my biggest problem was the attitude of your server..so, even though I thought food was good( not everyone was happy with theirs though) the server will be the reason I will never go back,,my jaw is still on the floor! read more

I had a reservation for 530pm and upon checking in was told that we would only have our table for 1 hour as ALL the tables were double booked for the night. Had an awesome night at Cork and Craft! The food was delicious, the server was very, very friendly, and the atmosphere is so much better after their redesign of the restaurant space. We had the salmon risotto and the fish and chips which were both top-notch. Excited to explore the rest of the menu! The only piece we weren't thrilled about was the spicy margarita. It taste like a sugar-free José Cuervo premade mix. Super dilute. Other than that one tidbit, had a great time. read more

This being right down the street and not hearing about this spot before, me and my husband decided to stop by for a quick bite to eat. The decor is upscale, and comfy leather chairs fill the entire restaurant. I was kind of blown away by how good their espresso martini was. As an espresso martini aficionado, I can say this is definitely one of the best ones in Chandler. Most bars around here have microwave slop; The food here is absolutely a cut above the rest. We had the empanadas and blackened shrimp tacos. Everything was delicious. This spot deserves more attention than it's gotten. Good service, good drinks, good ambiance. read more

The food 10/10... you can tell they have a chef in the back who knows what they're doing... no complaints whatsoever about the food.. this is why it's so hard for me to write this review... the service is 2/10...(they get 2/10 because the ladies that DID finally help us were very nice but we still felt forgotten about the whole time) this is the 2nd time we dined here and the first time had an identical experience w the service or lack thereof. Takes forever to be greeted at the hosted stand, once seated, sat with no acknowledgment from staff for at least 10minutes.. no one. To the point, ANOTHER patron noticed and went and got someone to come take our drink order. Once we placed the order and got drinks we had to get up AGAIN and ask if it was possible to get refills (after waiting very patiently). The food arrived hot and fresh thank goodness and it was delicious. We REALLY hope this place takes this review (and others) as constructive criticism because we REALLY want to see them succeed. The icing on the cake was when they didn't have anymore iced tea brewed so I asked for a Diet Coke instead. They had the nerve to charge me 4.50 for an additional drink in addition to the iced tea I got one glass of.. The place is beautiful inside, ambiance is nice and food is fantastic, but we won't be back soon (maybe never again) we're hoping to give them some time to figure out the importance of service. I visited this place last night and I think it has a lot of potential. The decor is cute, and the menu looked promising, we were excited for live music. However, the live band was playing at an excessively loud volume. As a result, people at other tables were hunched over, leaning in to hear each other. Yelling across the table. It was hard to hear yourself think. The service was also quite slow. I asked the waitress if she could do anything about the noise level, but she said she would partner with the owner, but nothing changed. Ultimately, we decided to head to the place next door, the parley. I think you have a great spot, but please re-assess the sound levels. The ambiance of the restaurant could be really great, but this was a few points off my rating. Hopefully you all listen to customer feedback. read more

My husband and I found this restaurant tonight when the one we were going to was closed on Mondays. We are so happy that happened because the atmosphere, the food and the service were above par. The restaurant has new ownership and it definitely shows. My husband had the burger and I had the grilled chicken sandwich. The chicken sandwich had so many flavors. I couldn't stop eating it. Steak cut fries were definitely one of the best we've had in a while. Isaiah and Travis made our dining experience even better. We will definitely go back here again! read more

Cork & Craft recently hit the scene and they are incredible! Food and drink service are unmatched. Their espresso martini is the best I've ever had. Anywhere. Rich espresso flavor with LOTS of foam. Their wedge salad drenched with the in-house made blue cheese vinaigrette is to die for. The perfect pair with the blue cheese crumbles and pickled onions. Go see Jason and Travis at the bar! They are amazing mixologists and the perfect personalities to match the environment. Miguel the owner is a pleasure to speak with and is ready to make your experience memorable.
