Absolutely love this place! Service is always good. Had Adrienna as my server this morning. Was quickly acknowledged and my order taken. Had a few special requests like a fruit bowl and avocado on my omelette. Food came out quick and tasty. I've been a customer of this Corky's ever since I moved to Corona 6 years ago and you'll usually find me at the front counter. Kayla the manager keeps the kitchen on focus. I ordered a cheesecake for my wife's birthday because they are her favorite and I order one every year. Once we cut into it we were very disappointed. There was only maybe 1 inch of actual cheesecake. The crust was over an inch thick and so hard we couldnt even cut it. the rest was whipped cream topping. Corkys cheesecakes used to be about 3 inches thick of actual cheesecake I basically paid almost $50 for a rock hard crust and whipped cream. We were all very disappointed that they raised the price only to get WAY less actual cheesecake. I doubt I'll ever order one again because it ruined my wife's birthday. read more

Went to the Corona location on this particular visit. I find myself impressed at the consistency across locations. They obviously have a good training program. Food is always excellent, nice portions, good value, service is great. For the most recent visit, I had dinner, but I'm a big fan of the breakfast menu as well. I hope they can eventually expand back to 24 hours, like pre-Covid, but I know Covid killed a lot of businesses and many had to scale back hours in order to even survive. My husband requested a coconut cream pie for his b day. I said where can I get one since they closed our Marie Callender's yrs ago. Polly pies & Corky's came up for pies. So I ordered the pie from Corky's since it is local to me. It looked fabulous. However, as soon as we cut a slice & plated it my daughter said why does it look like hello, referring to texture. I said let just try it. We tried it and we all said it did not not taste like coconut at all. Matter of fact it had no flavor not even like a vanilla cream. The texture off too. Very disappointed. Corkys usually hits the spot for a hearty breakfast. The servings are huge and the pancakes are pretty large too. I tried the Corkys klucker but spicy, and it was too messy to eat but my husband took over for me. I recently also ordered their breakfast burrito, decent. Not a fan of the extra hash brown in it though. Their croissant breakfast sandwich is ok. My bacon came in burnt. I ordered their banana creme pie for thanksgiving and that was total hit! Really delicious and perfect balanced with flavors. Obviously based on my review I am a fan of Corkys and their menu. My last visit while I waited for a table the young lady at the counter Clara mentioned they also have great dinner items and said the patty melt was out of this world! Finally got to try this place out on a Wednesday evening. We were seated and received our drink orders quickly. We started with the nachos for our appetizer. They give you a big portion and I liKe how they give you a good amount of sour cream and salsa on the side. I hate how at more upscale restaurants, they give you like a pathetic thimble size amount of dipping saice that's supposed to be shared amongst people, because that makes a so much sense right? For my main dish I got the mushroom burger because I saw that it is made with grilled Parmesan sourdough bread. The bread tasted even better than it looked. I wish they served that bread as an appetizer it's so good. Overall, the service was great, the food was delicious and portions were perfect I would say. The decor is what you would expect for a diner, and the value they give you more then enough for another meal its like 2 in 1 and the staff are so so welcoming and customer service friendly also. We went there yesterday I think they were having an OFF day every tiime we have gone there as I have been there plenty of times for breakfast lunches n din din, and my family there as well, have tried pretty much ALL their dishes. This time not so much it was not the waitresses or staffs fault, the cooks were having an off day my order got messed up, no meat on the nachos, (last time i checked nachos has meat on them? maybe I am wrong. The cornbread jalapeno muffin was all smushed, I did not get my sides with my meal, overall, the food was bland and had no taste. The concerns were addressed quickly and taken care of. CORKY'S is still an AMAZING PLACE to gather and enjoy!!! So, 1 out of 10 I give Corky's a 8 out of 10.
