We have come here since its opening and I always love their service and food. Chicken strips and Barnyard Special pancakes are my favorite. Today, Jacqueline took real good care of us as we delighted in Chef's Salad, Chicken Strips, Roast Beef Deli Sandwiches with deli pickles, and Barnyard pancakes. Places is clean, spacious, well lit and air conditioned . We had a great lunch and food came out fast so we had time to relax before heading back to work - enough time to write this review. I was pleasantly surprised that this was a chain restaurant. Take it, this place just recently opened. But the manager and waitress we had was exceptional. I go to Corky's almost everyday and I love the place and it's employee's. I give accolades to Shift manager Nicole"aka" Nicki and her staff of waiters/waitresses. Their names need to be mentioned so here they are: Anyssa, Maddy, Jose, Kyle, Scott and Simon these are my usual servers at the times I go there and they are the best. I am positive the rest of the staff are great too but because of the time I go the aforementioned are my usual servers. I really like the food and I must also say the food preparers do a great job too. I'm glad Corky's came to town and I will keep going there knowing I will get the best food and the best of service. One last thing to mention, the restaurant is always clean and this includes the restrooms. The only negative comment I have is they only have one restroom for the men and one for the women, I wished they had two or three which would make it more convenient for customers during the busy hours. Was craving a comfort style meal and me and wife decided to go to Corky's.. Greeted with "Welcome To Corky's" by a few staff members. We were seated and our server came to our table right away. Maria introduced herself and her kindness was appreciated. We ordered the meatloaf and turkey dinners. Our dinners were perfect and were surprised at the portions.. We went to this Corky's location for the first time last Saturday and it was great! Our waitress Cristina was Friendly and Helped us make great choices. Cristina made our breakfast extra special and even though the restaurant was packed full (with people waiting outside) Cristina checked-in with us often. I had the Pancakes, a side of Bacon, a Biscuit and Hot Chocolate. The Pancakes were delicious and the Bacon was perfectly cooked. The Biscuit was large and fluffy. The Hot Chocolate is a must have - really rich Chocolate flavor that is topped with Whipped Cream. My friend had an Omlette with Hash Browns and Bacon. He said the Omlette was one of the best he'd ever had and the Hash Browns were light and tasty. The restaurant is bright and airy. The chairs are really comfortable and the tables are not crowded next to each other. We can't wait to go back to Corky's in Highland. Bravo Cristina! read more

My husband and I went for dinner on 6/1/2025 at the new Highland location. Our waiter was Francis who was very nice and got us everything we needed. The food was great, and served to us very quickly. We sat outside on the patio to a beautiful view of the mountains to the east at the time of sunset. Just very relaxing atmosphere. My husband and I went today around 11am with are 2 year old granddaughter the place is very clean and well staffed. We had a little hiccup with my order (cheese burger) but the 2 female managers were very nice and made things right which I appreciate.
