Their pool had been problematic since they moved in and Armando and his team came in, identified all the problems and got the pool working and looking better than it ever had. We are snow birds so we hired Coronel Pools to maintain our pool while we were are of state. His communication and effort was outstanding, sending updates and pictures of the pool weekly after each service. I plan on using Armando for all our pool needs and would highly recommend him to anyone. Our pool was green and we had an upcoming event. We took care of it over the winter and needed help. This owner didn't even respond to my concerns about my pool being green after me being out of town for 2 weeks. This has been my pool guy since the pandemic began. And this is the second time this kind of crap has happened. what kind of pool company doesn't back wash a pool they are servicing! They didn't add algecide, nope just left it to get worse. It's one thing to not have quality help a totally different thing when you don't respond at all when their is a problem. Ps I had an appraisal coming to see the house the next day! Deck was framed and poured, but to have it stucco to match the rest cost an additional $1500. Then came the installation of the mini pebble in blue, it was splashed all over everything, A/C, utility trailer, grass and other cement areas. Filled pool, but realized that the pop ups were not working, called him over to check em, they all need to be replaced, which is going to cost another $900. But the kicker is they still do not work, so we had to buy a robot vacuum to clean the pool. The bottom line is we won't be using them anymore. read more

Poor quality pool service, not thorough at all, only adding chlorine, not brushing or vacuuming pool. We had a pool service for years with NO issues, but since they sold out to Coronel it has been constant issues. Very disappointed. read more

Do not! We were out of town when our old pool company sold their customers to Coronel Pools. We didn't think much of it and just kept paying the bills assuming they were doing their job as our last pool company had done. We got home to a green hot tub and after testing the water in the pool as well we were informed we had to drain our 40,000 gallon pool. The pool company then proceeded to tell me it wasn't their fault and he would charge me $150 to drain it and $450 to clean the walls.After an insane water bill the pool was refilled and "balanced" for our daughters birthday party. When the kids climbed in they all said owe my legs are stinging so we went to test the water again and the pool supply store told us to immediately remove the kids from the water and our only choice with those readings was to drain the pool AGAIN. Armando came back to drain it for the second time and then we got a nice little $140 invoice. Needless to say he never tried to help out or work with us for things that were clearly his mistakes but he was happy to charge us for all his mistakes. read more

I don't like giving bad reviews but with so many pool companies to choose from I feel as though I need to at least post my experience. At first, Armando was very receptive and sounded like he was knowledgeable about pools. I have owned this home for over 30 years and probably 2 times since I have owned it has the water turned green. Due to previous issues we did have him drain the pool and refill. Pool turned green. Then I had my sand changed out, pool turned green (also when sand was changed out, the old pile of sand was left in a pile vs. being taken away and also a handle on part of the pool pump was damaged and not put back on). Armando came out and made some adjustments after calling him and texting multiple times, then the pool turned green again! There are only so many moving parts in a pool not sure what was going on. Found out that when the sand is changed out the pool should be backwashed often which was not being done. Had another company come out the next day after Armando serviced the pool and found that there were leaves and debris in a part of the drain system which was not allowing the water to move, hence turning green. Needless to say I needed to move on. Not a pleasant experience to say the least. Also his before and after photos on the last day he was there showed the pool being green without any explanation or concerns - just photos and taken as far away as he could to not show how bad it looked.
