July 2026: summer in full swing. Quickn930am visit during executive hour, so warehouse relatively calm and easy to navigate. Premier protein drinks at $8 discount was a nice surprise.

Just used my 2% *Reward* certificate at Costco! My order was $99 - only had to cough up $15 for this trip!

New Collaborations With Online Vendors! SITREP Over the last few years, I have begun to rely on more online vendors for my food purchases. THE SETUP Ever since COVID, I have had practiced success in winnowing through many online food sources - these have included, for example: * MILA which sells some of the most spectacular Chinese-style dumplings (Pork, Shrimp, Beef, Turkey) and Gyoza and Dan Dan Noodles, and various varieties of some of my most favorite condiments (like Chili Sauce); and, * FOURSIGMATIC Mushroom coffees (FOCUS); and, * POPPI Probiotic Soda (most based on an Apple vinegar-foundation) which is really good for gut-health, an reduces the needs for chemicals, additives, artificial sweeteners and food coloring. * And many other varieties of food stuffs! COSTCO NOW SELLS THEM! Imagine my surprise when I go shopping more frequently at Costco to see more and more of some of my favorite items now being carried by Costco. As one example, one bag of FOCUS coffee at Costco is twice the volume for the same price I was paying online from FourSigmatic.Com (And I don't have to pay the $9.95 shipping fee now either!). THE LOWDOWN For anyone who has cultivated a talent of sourcing much of your food and drink stuffs from online websites, I highly recommend you check the aisles of Costco and see if you can find some of your favorite items there.

Racial Profiling after self-checkout (several times) and tire issue while they blamed American Tire. Every negative experience happened in this Costco. Segregation, a bit obvious. Started noticing since 2019.

This isn't my usual Costco, and honestly... it's not my favorite. But it's getting 5 stars because of Susana. When I first pulled into the lot, it was chaos... which, fair, it's right before Christmas. While walking in, I found a gold bracelet in the parking lot and decided to turn it in. I went to the staff member at the entrance to hand it over, but she was too busy chatting with coworkers to acknowledge me. Cool. I walked off and gave it to someone else, but it left a sour taste in my mouth. Shopping itself went fine. The store was fully stocked and I found everything I needed (and a few things I didn't). After checkout, I grabbed my See's gift cards from the customer service center and headed out. Here's where Susana saved the day. At the exit, she caught that I had been overcharged, pulled me aside, and immediately got a supervisor to process a refund right there. no extra lines, no hassle. She was professional, quick, and genuinely helpful. She turned a frustrating start into a solid experience. Shoutout to Susana for being the kind of employee that makes a difference.

How many numbers do I need to call to order pizza? The one I labeled was (916) 563-7000 & it dropped after 3 mins!

Why in the world would I want a $10 pizza for a company pizza party? Well it's cause it's cheap and great quality. HOWEVER How can I order 3 full pizzas if YALL DONT PICK UP THE PHONE? I called the every extension trying to talk to a live person and the call ended multiple times after ringing for 5. I called 4 different times total, each equally taking 5 mins of just ringing before the phone drops the call. What the F*** this is the absolute WORST Costco I've ever been to. The parking lot is a mess, carts are never taken back to the front of the store AND NOBODY answers the MF phone when you try to place a whole pizza order. I am absolutely dumbfounded by this. Now I'm sitting here having to wait for the pizzas to be made which, so far, has been 20 mins. Clean it up. Answer the phone. This is 2025.

Most prices are saving you money. It depends. I did more research today. The produce is similar to grocery outlet with some items a better deal and vice versa. I like to make all my own food but, it's nice to see so many pre-made items. If you want samples, they have plenty. Lots of options. You're bound to find something for everyone.

Excellent service and wonderful staff, but this Costco location is just too busy and chaotic, it's impossible to enjoy your shopping experience. Parking is a nightmare, but once you park half the battle is done. The inside of this Costco is well organized like all Costcos and clean. The staff are friendly and helpful. Selection at this Costco is not the most well rounded but has the essentials and a few good snacks. On weekends there would be a lot of sample stations. I would recommend avoiding right before a holiday cuz it is just packed. On a regular day it's manageable. I like the value I get at Costco but after every visit I feel drained haha.

This is a yummy pan of Costco Mac n Cheese in the deli pre packed food section. Just take it home and bake

My wife and I needed a quick lunch, and we were down the street. By stating in the most non-elitist way, I have been to Costco many times, but never actually ate there for a meal. So...why not? Life is for new experiences... I ordered the chicken bake and a slice of cheese pizza. My wife got the pepperoni pizza, hot dog, and soda. I think we spent less than $9, so can't beat the value. The cheese pizza was....actually not bad. It tasted better than some pizza delivery chains. For less than $2, yes, vert good. The chicken bake was....interesting. Not bad, not spectacular....it does its job of filling you up. Short but sweet review, but cheaper than fast food, and with the pizza slice, tastier, too

I patronized this Costco for its gas station service years ago. We figured to check out the warehouse anticipating a crowded house but were surprised at the ease of parking. This Costco's food court is located outside, unlike the other stores in the Sacramento area. It's always nice to discover merchandise and food items not being sold in our local Costco. During this visit, we purchased Pork Lumpia and Kirkland Signature Sous Vide Pork Belly. And no, we are not vegan :).

Came into Costco to shop a little first off I like that they give samples try before you buy lol. Always has great deal and friendly people, they have a vending machine for 25cent waters never could go wrong with water. They have everything you need from food to tires, and don't forget their food court prices or wonderful cheap food but good quality stop by.

I was told over the phone that it was acceptable to do so. I have been a customer of Pucci Pharmacy for over a year and have had my compounded hormone creams filled there through my healthcare provider. Although I live in the Natomas area and the pharmacy is not close to my home, I have continued using Pucci Pharmacy because I had never experienced any problems before this incident. On May 8, I went to the pharmacy with a bag containing old prescription medications for disposal. After waiting in line, I placed the bag on the counter and explained that I was there to dispose of the medications. The employee assisting me responded that she did not think they could accept them. A younger employee went to the back to ask someone for clarification. During this interaction, I became increasingly uncomfortable. I was already feeling ill because my stomach was upset and I urgently needed to use the restroom. In addition, the employee's tone made me feel embarrassed and uncomfortable. As someone on the autism spectrum, situations involving confusion, confrontation, or inconsistent communication can be especially overwhelming. The employee then asked whether I knew when my garbage service collected my trash and suggested that I remove the prescription labels and dispose of the medications myself. At that point, I said, "I'm sorry, I need to leave." As I walked away, I heard someone yell, "You can't leave this here." A male staff member then called me. He seemed frustrated from the beginning of the conversation. I explained that I had only brought the medications because I had been told over the phone that it was acceptable and that the pharmacy needed better communication between staff so customers would receive consistent information. Rather than trying to understand my concerns, the conversation became argumentative. I told him I was becoming frustrated because I felt I was being treated as though I had done something wrong, despite following the instructions I had been given. I asked what we could do to resolve the situation. He responded, "I'm not going to take this," and then hung up on me. Afterward, I called back and spoke with a manager. She was kind, understanding, and professional. I explained that the entire experience had been triggering for me because I am on the autism spectrum and that I believed the pharmacy needed better communication and greater sensitivity when interacting with customers, especially those with disabilities. The manager apologized, and I believed the matter had been resolved. However, on June 30, when I called Pucci Pharmacy regarding my prescriptions, I was placed on hold for an extended period before speaking with someone who identified himself as the owner. He informed me that, because of my previous visit, the pharmacy had decided they would no longer fill my prescriptions. I asked why this decision had been made, especially since I believed my conversation with the manager had ended on good terms and I had been a loyal customer for over a year. The owner stated that he had watched the security video and claimed that the staff had tried to help me, but that I simply walked out and left my "trash." I explained that I did not leave trash. I had brought old prescription medications because I had been told by the pharmacy that I could do so. Yes, I left the pharmacy because I felt overwhelmed, but I also stated that I was leaving. I did not intend to abandon anything improperly, nor was I trying to create a problem. Unfortunately, the conversation with the owner also became argumentative. I told him that I intended to file a complaint because I believed I was being treated unfairly as a person with a disability. He responded that the decision had nothing to do with my disability. I am deeply disappointed by how this situation was handled. What began as a misunderstanding caused by inconsistent information from the pharmacy ultimately resulted in me being refused service after more than a year as a customer. I believe the situation could have been resolved through respectful communication rather than confrontation. I also believe businesses serving the public should ensure their staff receive training on effective communication and appropriate interactions with individuals who have disabilities, including those on the autism spectrum.

It would've been helpful if they told me when they ran my insurance and then give me a choice whether I still wanted to go through them to fill my Rx and get only 30 days of meds and then have to come back 2 more times in the next 2 months to get the rest of my full script of 90 days or to go somewhere else. I'm not sure if it's same cost to fill a 3 months script split over 3 times or not, but the inconvenience factor is a consideration for me. When I found out and the cashier explained why, she was not friendly about it. She was kind of curt and borderline rude about it, like I should've known (things could change even with the same health insurance every year) and that they have no responsibility to let me know ahead of time that they can only fill 1/3 of a 90 days script now. Anyways, they also started charging a surcharge for credit card usage and this wasn't always the case. It's only 25c for $10 charged for example, but it's the principle of passing on costs to customers when it's really the overhead that a pharmacy that's quite established should expect. Or only accept cash, but I imagine that would turn away many customers. In any case, I may have to find a new pharmacy now, unfortunately. Even though I want to continue to support a small business, the customer service piece should be as good if not better. We walked around a bit afterwards and although the gifts they sell are different and unique, the sticker shock was unreal.

Since that first referral I have been regularly getting medicine for one of my pets there, and have even requested another pet's prescriptions be sent over to them. The staff and pharmacists are exactly who you want on your side when you are dealing with the complexities of medicating pets. And what is cool about this pharmacy is that they don't just cater to pets, but they compound for humans AND animals. After my experiences with them, I would definitely request prescriptions for myself, or my family, to be sent to them, too! They have gone above and beyond, to help me get the right type, and quantity, of medication for my pets. And because of that professionalism and care, I will continue to go to them for my guys' compounding needs. For some context: for years, I had tried to use pills for my guys. I'd give them whole pills, placed them in edible pockets, crushed them up, mixed them in with wet food and broths -- it didn't matter. It was ALWAYS a hassle. And while yes compounded medication will cost a little more than buying tablets directly from the vets. Remember: you are paying for a professionally made solution, designed to taste appetizing for your pet (if given orally) or to be easily administered externally (transdermal). The price is nothing compared to avoiding the likelihood of unintentionally traumatizing your pet, and yourself, when you try to do it on your own. Make it easier on them and on you, it is worth paying a little bit now to save everyone on the chaos in the long-term. And if you have a pet that has a chronic condition, you're going to want to make medicine-time as smooth as possible, because it's going to be a regular part of having them in your life. In the end, there is nowhere else I would rather go. If I were to move out of this area, I would still have my guys' medication sent to Professional Village Compounding Pharmacy, they are worth the drive. They are worth your business. If you need something for your pets or your loved ones, or yourself, this is where you want to go.

This type of "medication shaming" in regards to frequency can negatively affect someone who is struggling with medical conditions and would rather not be taking medications to begin with. It did not feel like a friendly comment like "have a nice day". It was way too personal like I'm being tracked or judged. I do not feel like going to this location if these types of unprofessional comments will be the norm from this pharmacist lady. Next thing you know she'll start commenting on my medical conditions.
