And no matter how politely you ask to get by, they act rude and put out. The store is always hectic and chaotic. Every day is like the day before a big holiday. The employees are not friendly or helpful. The prices are not better than other stores, nor is anything of better quality. The parking lot is worse than trying to navigate DFW airport. It's just not worth it. I won't be going back and won't miss anything about it.

Not nearly as busy as Fort Worth location and it's really easy to get a tire appointment. Always shop at Costco as they are a good corporate citizen. It was busy, there was only a few gas pumps open at the time, with a few vehicles circling the lot. Staff was ok, busy and a bit stand offish. Tho they do get you in and out quickly. Almost robotic. Younger lady with curly hair and glasses was AMAZING and (personally think) he should be demoted or fired and she should have his position once she's well trained by someone with patience and kindness. I witnessed an environment with no safety, peace, communication, kindness, or self control. A humiliation and dictatorship. He rolled his eyes at every costumer and didn't greet them with more than a finger point at where to check out. When i asked how his night was i was met with "TRYING to be good" while giving a very young and new employee a dirty look because she wanted to know how to help clean up. This should be UNACCEPTABLE in ANY work environment and that man should be NO ONES boss, if he is. He's not wrong. LOL This is our go-to place and has been for 13 years. But today has changed my mind. My husband had his car in on Saturday (2 days ago) and had his tires rotated and balanced. On Sunday we found the tire weights laying on the garage next to his tire. So today he stopped in to have them fix their mistake. He arrived at 4:20 and it is now 5:25 and he's still waiting for them to even pull his car in. I understand that there were people there ahead of him but this is a simple 10 minute fix and should have been handled immediately. They have a don't care attitude and they're making him wait until all other customers have been seen.

An hour and ten minutes later, my car hadn't even been pulled into the shop. This place is extremely unprofessional and disorganized. I understand delays happen, but repeatedly giving inaccurate wait times and appointment expectations is frustrating and disrespectful of customers' time. To make matters worse, the women's restroom had no soap or paper towels. I won't be returning. I'm canceling my credit card here as well.
