I would be the first to say I am not necessarily a steak connoisseur, but I absolutely loved every bite we had here! We went with the Butcher's Feast, and each cut of steak was absolutely delicious. We also got the Wagyu add-on for a bit of an extra charge, and honestly I would say it is worth it. I loved how you could completely customize each and every bite. All of the steak was soooo flavorful, and all of the vegetables were crunchy and flavorful. One of my favorite parts of the meal was also watching them cook the steak for us right at our table. Just tell them what kind of cook you want on your steak, and they will take care of the rest. As far as the approachability of this restaurant, I found it very welcoming and a really great hospitality team. Having never tried a Michelin Star restaurant before, I was worried I would be out of my element but I felt very comfortable here. They tell you how to make your bites of vegetables and recommend different flavor combinations to try. This is an AMAZING place to come on a special occasion, and the price of the meal reflects the high quality of the aged steak, and the attention to detail on each dish. Highly recommend the Butcher's Feast and a trip to come visit this restaurant.

12/10 experience! We had a seamless lunch here, starting with the super convenient valet right outside. The staff was incredibly welcoming & had no problem accommodating our stroller. Plus, as a parent, I was so impressed to find a changing table in the bathroom, not always a guarantee at a Michelin star spot! For a Korean BBQ restaurant, the ventilation is amazing. There was zero smoke in the air, so you don't leave smelling like the kitchen lol Everything we ate was outstanding, from the soup & salads to the full banchan spread. Having the staff cook everything at the table made it so relaxed. The drinks were also a highlight, the espresso martini & the coconut mocktail were both excellent. We will 1000% be back!

4.5/5 stars rounded ups Came highly recommended and didn't disappoint. We've been to other Michelin stars and service was overall good but felt quite rushed. This is also Miami where ppl linger so it felt off. Plus we didn't see our main server David for most of our meal but everyone who rotated in was nice... some more charismatic than others. Did the butchers feast with the Wagyu add on (so worth it!) and everything was good. The Wagyu was so buttery and soft! The egg soufflé is amazing, wish the server told us how to eat all the accoutrements but when we asked we were walked through it. Drinks were solid - old fashioned, the gold standard were nice and boozy and the logo ice was a nice touch. Vibe was good and would go back for that Wagyu and soufflé alone.

This restaurant is significantly overpriced for the experience it delivers. Our party of three all participated in the Butcher's Feast menu, and the total bill came to well over $400. For that price point, we expected a much higher level of quality and service. While some of the meat was flavorful, many of the cuts were excessively fatty to the point that we left a significant portion of them uneaten. When you're paying premium prices at a restaurant of this caliber, you expect well-balanced, high-quality cuts--not plates filled with more fat than meat. The sides were even more disappointing and, in some cases, downright unappetizing. In fact, the best side we had was the white rice--and it wasn't even fresh, which says a lot about the overall quality. The drinks were also overpriced and ultimately forgettable. Even dessert was disappointing. A simple cup of vanilla ice cream felt unimaginative and underwhelming, especially considering the cost of the overall dining experience. For a restaurant positioning itself as a high-end destination, the meal lacked the creativity and refinement one would expect. Unfortunately, the service did little to improve the experience. Our waiter, Geraldo, appeared visibly annoyed whenever we asked questions about the menu and seemed frustrated that we weren't interested in ordering excessive amounts of alcohol at what is supposed to be a fine-dining establishment. Overall, this was a disappointing experience, and I will not be returning. I'm not sure what qualifies a restaurant for a Michelin star, but based on this visit, this certainly did not feel deserving of that distinction. Between the excessively fatty meat selections, mediocre sides, overpriced drinks, uninspired dessert, and poor service, the experience simply did not justify the price. Hard pass on COTE.

This place is amazing! If you like KBB (Korean BBQ) this needs to be added to your list of places to try and near the top. Place is an experience with everything from the ambience, service, and of course the food. Plenty of options and definitely will go back to try more. Started with a wedge salad which may have been the greatest wedge salad I ever had. Wife and I did the butchers feast which was. Perfect sampling of meats and was more than enough food. All in all, will definitely be going back anytime we are in Miami.

Great food and service! Our 1st time here and was lunch super delicious! We had the wedge salad which is the best we've had and would def come back just for it. Then we did the Butchers Feast for $82pp and it very yummy, the chefs choice of 4 meats were on point and all the sides were delicious and more than enough for us both! The service was great, they explained the meats background and grilled for us, everyone was super helpful and kind. We will def be back

What stands out most about COTE Korean Steakhouse is the experience. Incredible service, amazing food, and great vibes all around. I love AYCE Korean BBQ, but having everything cooked perfectly for you hits differently. No leaving smelling like smoke --just enjoying every bite. Definitely somewhere I'd come back to. Drinks: Lychee Martini -- one was plenty for my lightweight self, but so good. Food: We did the tasting menu (highly recommend) with the A5 add-on. The Sendai Wagyu was melt-in-your-mouth perfection. Highlights: ** Oysters with uni to start -- creamy and rich Korean "bacon" (smoked pork belly, pickled jalapeño, Korean mustard) -- fatty goodness; I could've eaten just this Unlimited sides, all delicious (because yes, that matters) Egg soufflé -- perfectly fluffy Tofu soup -- easily could've had five bowls Vanilla soft serve with soy sauce caramel -- unexpected and amazing Bonus: They accommodated for my gluten free friend! Come hungry, leave happy. Definitely a must-try.

I came here for happy hour the other day, since I noticed the bar when I came here the first time for dinner. It's from 5-7pm at the bar as soon as you walk through the doors. There are no chairs, so please note that this is a stand up happy hour. The menu has a great selection of $8.88 cocktails, wine, and bites. There is also a shrimp stuffed chicken sandwich (what?? And yumm!) and the best dessert ever - the famous Cote soft serve. The Casanova's cocktail was beautiful and tasty, and the Korean chicken nuggets are a must get! The sandwich was creative and had nice authentic flavors with pickled vegetables on the side. I highly recommend the bar for a nice happy hour or for a drink before or after your meal!

Cote Miami is better than the NYC location that I have been to. The service, vibes, and the food are all top notch. My girlfriend and I ordered the butchers feast and we had a few cocktails. The service was great and our server cooked the meat to perfection. I highly recommend going here... but remember that it will likely ruin KBBQ for you since it's such an amazing experience with meats that are full of marbling. I recommend making a reservation and ordering the butchers feast if it is your first time.

Usually come to happy hour here which is great but this time we were able to snag a table last minute. I wouldn't recommend this as it's a tough reservation to get last minute but you can always try. Atmosphere is a bit louder than average with music playing. It's lively I always enjoy it. Anyways, we wanted to try a couple cuts of beef and a side so we tried the hangar steak and the filet mignon. They cook for you so you don't have to worry about ruining your steak and you'll get it exactly how you want. The filet was super tender, great quality. And was perfect when cooked rare/med rare since it's so tender. A+ The hangar steak was a big more marbled and thus we opted to have it cooked medium. This steak was also good, with a bit more of an iron/meaty flavor. I'll give it a B. For our side we ordered the COTE Bibimbap which I'd describe like a moist rice with some veggies and an egg mixed in. It was good I'd give it a A-. Great service as you'd expect as well. Great for a special occasion or if you feel like splurging. Enjoy!

Great service, everyone was very warm and friendly. The ones who serve for bbq, they will explain everything on the menu and order. Restaurant isn't very big, seems they can seat no more than 8 people as a party, recommend to make a reservation before you go. Food was incredible, we ordered butcher feast x2. Way more than enough for us. Every meat cut was delicious.

Not as good as Nubiani in NYC, and more catered for the Miami party scene. Banchan selection was mediocre; the green onion side dish was smothered in a thick, sweet sauce that my korean boyfriend said reminded him of Panda Express orange chicken, but for kbbq. Butcher's Feast for two was $200 after mandatory 20% gratuity. Overall did not blow us away and was honestly subpar in terms of meat quality and side dish variety. Service was just OK. There was a whole menu with a lot of pages dedicated to cocktails and drinks, which are made at the bar in the center of the restaurant. It's dark and clubby inside. Definitely prefer other alacarte korean bbq places over COTE. This experience was not enticing enough for us to try their other locations unfortunately.

The best Korean bbq worth every penny. I promise you will not regret coming here. They had the best atmosphere, the staff goes out of their way to ensure you have the best time. The food will absolutely blow you away, quality is top tier. 10/10 would recommend

Is the banchan and egg souffle, and softserve only included with Butcher's Feast? If I order specific cuts of meat, what comes with it?

yes with the butchers feast! and you can order other cut additionally

Magic Hour took place only at the bar, but there aren't any chairs at the bar, correct? Is it a standing event?

Correct, there are no chairs at the bar

Pets are allowed? I have 2 small puppies

lol ! Keep them at home , puppies should be home not at a restaurant

    What's the parking situation?

Pretty good! I suggest the easy and affordable palm court garage, it's a short walk. They also have valet throughout the area or street parking. One of the better parking locations in Miami.

Are the banchan dishes replenished like real Korean restaurants or do they charge you like fake Korean restaurants?

They replenish without additional charge. The service at this restaurant is one of the best, if not the best I have experienced in Florida in the 21 years I've resided here.

Are all of the beef cuts for the BBQ, dry aged?

Everything is dry aged USDA Prime--top 5% of American cattle--or above, and American Wagyu (a crossbreed of Japanese Wagyu and American Black Angus). Website has a guide explaining each piece.

    Is a reservation required?

Yes, via OpenTable. They go reallyyyy fast so its hard to get but totally worth it!

Do you guys have any options for vegetarian guests? (Egg and milk can be consumed!!) Asking because…

The egg souffle has no meat. I think one of the soups is meat free, it's got tofu. The scallions salad, the grilled mushroom.

    What are the vegetables called?

Banchan, which mean "side dish" in Korean... and it's all the small side vegetables you see

Hi what is included in the Steak Omakase as the menu doesn't go into to detail about it?

As it's an omakase, they change it as they wish. Omakase basically means that it's "up to the chef," but you're guaranteed to receive the best of the best for it. When I went they gave us the steak and eggs (wagyu with caviar), and their best wagyu… Read more

First of all, the vibes were immaculate. We sat outside and it was so peaceful at first because I think we were literally the first people there for happy hour/lunch. It felt like we unlocked a secret level before the crowd came. Perfect weather, great energy, good music, cute scenery... very "main character with a discounted cocktail" energy. Now let's talk FOOD. Every single dish we ordered was SO flavorful. Like somebody in that kitchen actually believes in seasoning and I just want to personally thank them for their service. Even the fries??? And let's have a serious conversation because not all fries deserve rights. Especially those thick overly battered fries that feel like you're chewing on drywall. These fries were thin, crispy, flavorful, perfectly seasoned... exactly how fries should be. No unnecessary jacket on them. Just vibes. The tuna tartare was AMAZING. Fresh, flavorful, light, addictive. I could've ordered another one and acted like it was "for the table." The calamari was cooked perfectly too. Nice and airy, tender, not rubbery. You know how some calamari fights back when you chew it? Not this one. Peaceful calamari. The edamame with the chunky sea salt was weirdly one of my favorite things. So simple but SO good. And the Korean wings??? BABY. Those were "cancel your evening plans and order another round" wings. We don't say "to die for" anymore because positivity, growth, healing... but let's just say I would dramatically think about those wings again later. The drinks were great, the prices during happy hour honestly felt fair, and our waiter was SO sweet and attentive the entire time. Overall, I would absolutely come back. We started with the bone marrow appetizer, and it was truly outstanding -- incredibly balanced, rich without being overwhelming, and so good we couldn't stop talking about it. We ordered the steak and eggs. The crunchy brioche, earthy mushroom purée, and beautifully sliced steak came together perfectly, and the saltiness of the caviar tied everything together in a really thoughtful way. The picanha was another standout! incredibly tender and full of flavor. We paired it with the broccolini and wagyu fat potatoes, both of which were absolutely delicious. To finish, we shared the ube cheesecake empanada. We were a bit hesitant at first, but it turned out to be the perfect ending to an already fantastic meal. The cocktails throughout the night were also excellent. We enjoyed the restaurant so much that we brought friends back later the same week. That visit was just as impressive -- we ordered the tomahawk steak, garden salad, bone marrow (again!), steak and eggs, truffle fries, broccolini, carrots, and tried all of the desserts. Once again, everything was delicious across the board. The only area for improvement would be the service. Everyone was kind and attentive, but at times too quick to clear plates and not proactive enough with the next course. At a restaurant of this caliber, I'd expect the dessert menu to be offered immediately after plates are cleared, rather than needing to track down a server. We booked a 6:30 PM reservation so we could grab a happy hour drink before hand. I think the cocktails at the happy hour bar are different from the regular menu. I had an apricot gin cocktail that I didn't love, but was decent and a slow slipper and my husband had a campari cocktail that is great if you like campari. The bartender was accommodating and overheard me asking my husband if he knew how to spritz the lemon peel like she did but he hadn't been paying attention so she did it again. For dinner, I spotted the table next to us dining on the rolls and Caesar salad and decided I wanted both. The server mentioned that salad is one of their most popular. The rolls were light and fluffy, and very large with sweet and savory honey butter. The Caesar salad was good. It comes out as large leafs of romaine, which is a nice presentation but I do think that leads to breadcrumb and dressing distribution being uneven. It was a very good salad dressing though, not too tart or heavy but still creamy and zesty. For our entrees we had the cavatelli with duck ragu which was my favorite. There were both crispy and tender elements to the duck and the pasta just melted in your mouth. We saved a tiny bit of it to take home because we couldn't stop nibbling on it, and it was great the next day too. They brought our steak out after our pasta. We should have specified we wanted them at the same time. By the time our steak arrived we were pretty full. The steak was served tender and juicy. We got the Prime Hanger. I appreciated that the server mentioned their two less expensive cuts were very popular instead of trying to upsell us on their pricier options, as we were very happy with this option. We had some steak leftover as well which was delicious the next day too. As it was perfectly medium rare, we were able to heat it up on a skillet without it overcooking much. We ordered the Bernaise sauce with our steak, but it was not necessary and I probably would have skipped it. Service was good and pretty efficient. They made sure to check on us frequently but the meal was good without any additions. I don't remember if when booking I requested an outdoor table but their patio is quite hot in summer. I think they need some outdoor fans to help with the heat as I was shvitzing a bit. If I were to visit again in the summer I would make sure to specify the need for an indoor table, but I'm sure it's lovely in the winter months. There was also the occasionally fly near our food which did kill the mood a bit and some table fans might help with. There is a gravel parking lot next to the restaurant. When we arrived there was only one spot available so it does fill up.

From the moment we arrived, the service was impeccable--attentive without being intrusive, knowledgeable, and genuinely warm. You can immediately tell this is a place that takes hospitality seriously. The wedge salad followed, crisp and refreshing with just the right balance of richness and acidity. For the mains, the experience really elevated. I had the tomahawk steak, and it was outstanding--perfectly cooked, deeply flavorful, and easily one of the better steaks I've had in Miami. My wife ordered the lobster ravioli, and this dish deserves special mention: it wasn't just ravioli with a hint of lobster--it actually featured generous, large pieces of lobster, which made it feel both indulgent and well worth ordering. The ambiance strikes a great balance between upscale and lively, making it ideal for both a special occasion or an elevated night out in Brickell. Now, to be clear--prices are definitely on the higher side. But in this case, you truly get what you pay for. Food-wise, everything we ordered was good but some dishes felt overpriced for what they were. The beef carpaccio,l was overwhelmed by oil which dulled the delicacy of the meat. The wedge salad was similarly heavy-handed: fully tossed and drenched in dressing losing the crisp that makes a wedge shine. That said, the filet mignon was excellent: well-cooked, properly seasoned, and easily the standout of the meal. It was the dish that felt most worth its price. Overall, Miami's Dirty French is a great choice for a sexy steakhouse night out with a lively atmosphere and solid food.

I took advantage of their 4 course $60 dinner special (not listed on their website but offered every day, including weekends) and went with the Caesar Salad, 14 oz skirt steak, fries and flan. Each dish was very good, the steak was cooked a perfect medium rare, the fries were crispy and good, and the flan was probably the best I've ever had. I enjoyed a very good glass of Malbec reserve with my meal. La Cabrera also offers a $39 lunch special. Ambiance was charming and the service was also very good. Far superior choice, food wise, to Chop.

A restaurant that still comes to mind months later is usually doing something right, and this visit confirmed what we loved about our first experience. We made reservations without any issues a couple of days before. The restaurant was clean, bright, and had not filled up yet with the busy Sunday family crowd. Upon being seated, we were provided with the regular menu and the Miami Spice Lunch menu. The Miami Spice Lunch, which has now become a daily Executive Lunch special, is a standout value. The portion sizes and the quality of the Argentinian steaks speak for themselves. As a group, here's what we ordered: Starters - Ham and Cheese Empanadas - Morcilla - Grilled Provolone Each starter delivered exactly what you'd expect from an Argentinian steakhouse. The empanadas were warm and flaky, the morcilla was rich and well seasoned, and the grilled provolone came out bubbling and perfect for sharing amongst our table with the restaurant's complementary bread basket. Entrée: - New York Strip Steak, 12 oz This was the only cut of steak we ordered. It was cooked to each of our desired temperatures and seasoned simply, letting the quality of the beef speak for itself. It is clear why La Cabrera has a reputation as one of Latin America's best restaurants. Sauces on the side, which included a BBQ sauce, and a chimichurri, were left for our choosing and were used for the side dishes more than anything. Sides: - French Fries - Jasmine Rice Both sides complemented the steak well. The fries were crispy and large in size. My father-in-law, a cuban man who's very serious about his rice dishes, thought the jasmine rice was very good. Dessert: - Dulce de Leche Ice Cream with Cone - Dulce de Leche Pancakes The ice cream was smooth and rich, while the pancakes were finished with a sugary powder coating that was impossible to resist. This lunch reinforced why La Cabrera continues to be stand out in a crowded field of steakhouses. Between the consistency, generous portions, and the value of their daily menu specials, it's an easy recommendation whether you're bringing family, hosting someone from out of town, or simply looking for a great lunch in Coconut Grove.

They are all running and gunning here for customers. Nice atmosphere , but tight seating, if you're okay with that. Very nice menu, but typical high end steak house format. I ordered the 14oz NY strip, medium. It was great cut. I had Gorgonzola butter added. They have a nice selection of butters and sauces to choose from. Very nice selection of sides. I had the Scalloped Parmesan Potatoes and Grilled Asparagus. All very nicely done and quite delicious. For dessert, I ordered the warm apple cinnamon crostata! This was probably the best dessert I ever had! Large portion, hot, sweet and heavenly. You've got to try it! Overall, a place you need to try. Many celebrities and wannabes love Prime One Twelve, but it's also great for those of us who enjoy quality food and great service. Valet parking available. Street parking could be challenging.

We had an early reservation and were seated promptly, but from that point on the experience went downhill quickly. The hostess was extremely misleading, telling us she would "show us to our table" and asking us to "follow her outside for a moment before heading back in." At no point did she explain that we were actually being taken an entire BLOCK AWAY to a SEPARATE BUILDING used for private events. Had this been communicated honestly, we would never have agreed. Instead, we were blindsided. The off-site space felt like a cheap banquet hall completely devoid of the energy and ambiance the Prime brand is known for--especially unacceptable on New Year's Eve. Despite feeling MISLED and UNDERWHELMED, we felt trapped given the night and the circumstances. To make matters worse, we had clearly requested two high chairs in the reservation notes. Only after ordering drinks, paying for valet, and walking a block to this separate building were we informed that no high chairs were available for our 1- and 2-year-olds. This lack of preparation and communication, combined with the lackluster environment, made what should have been a special evening an outright MISERABLE EXPERIENCE. One star as our waiter was very professional.
