I would be the first to say I am not necessarily a steak connoisseur, but I absolutely loved every bite we had here! We went with the Butcher's Feast, and each cut of steak was absolutely delicious. We also got the Wagyu add-on for a bit of an extra charge, and honestly I would say it is worth it. I loved how you could completely customize each and every bite. All of the steak was soooo flavorful, and all of the vegetables were crunchy and flavorful. One of my favorite parts of the meal was also watching them cook the steak for us right at our table. Just tell them what kind of cook you want on your steak, and they will take care of the rest. As far as the approachability of this restaurant, I found it very welcoming and a really great hospitality team. Having never tried a Michelin Star restaurant before, I was worried I would be out of my element but I felt very comfortable here. They tell you how to make your bites of vegetables and recommend different flavor combinations to try. This is an AMAZING place to come on a special occasion, and the price of the meal reflects the high quality of the aged steak, and the attention to detail on each dish. Highly recommend the Butcher's Feast and a trip to come visit this restaurant.
12/10 experience! We had a seamless lunch here, starting with the super convenient valet right outside. The staff was incredibly welcoming & had no problem accommodating our stroller. Plus, as a parent, I was so impressed to find a changing table in the bathroom, not always a guarantee at a Michelin star spot! For a Korean BBQ restaurant, the ventilation is amazing. There was zero smoke in the air, so you don't leave smelling like the kitchen lol Everything we ate was outstanding, from the soup & salads to the full banchan spread. Having the staff cook everything at the table made it so relaxed. The drinks were also a highlight, the espresso martini & the coconut mocktail were both excellent. We will 1000% be back!
4.5/5 stars rounded ups Came highly recommended and didn't disappoint. We've been to other Michelin stars and service was overall good but felt quite rushed. This is also Miami where ppl linger so it felt off. Plus we didn't see our main server David for most of our meal but everyone who rotated in was nice... some more charismatic than others. Did the butchers feast with the Wagyu add on (so worth it!) and everything was good. The Wagyu was so buttery and soft! The egg soufflé is amazing, wish the server told us how to eat all the accoutrements but when we asked we were walked through it. Drinks were solid - old fashioned, the gold standard were nice and boozy and the logo ice was a nice touch. Vibe was good and would go back for that Wagyu and soufflé alone.
This restaurant is significantly overpriced for the experience it delivers. Our party of three all participated in the Butcher's Feast menu, and the total bill came to well over $400. For that price point, we expected a much higher level of quality and service. While some of the meat was flavorful, many of the cuts were excessively fatty to the point that we left a significant portion of them uneaten. When you're paying premium prices at a restaurant of this caliber, you expect well-balanced, high-quality cuts--not plates filled with more fat than meat. The sides were even more disappointing and, in some cases, downright unappetizing. In fact, the best side we had was the white rice--and it wasn't even fresh, which says a lot about the overall quality. The drinks were also overpriced and ultimately forgettable. Even dessert was disappointing. A simple cup of vanilla ice cream felt unimaginative and underwhelming, especially considering the cost of the overall dining experience. For a restaurant positioning itself as a high-end destination, the meal lacked the creativity and refinement one would expect. Unfortunately, the service did little to improve the experience. Our waiter, Geraldo, appeared visibly annoyed whenever we asked questions about the menu and seemed frustrated that we weren't interested in ordering excessive amounts of alcohol at what is supposed to be a fine-dining establishment. Overall, this was a disappointing experience, and I will not be returning. I'm not sure what qualifies a restaurant for a Michelin star, but based on this visit, this certainly did not feel deserving of that distinction. Between the excessively fatty meat selections, mediocre sides, overpriced drinks, uninspired dessert, and poor service, the experience simply did not justify the price. Hard pass on COTE.
This place is amazing! If you like KBB (Korean BBQ) this needs to be added to your list of places to try and near the top. Place is an experience with everything from the ambience, service, and of course the food. Plenty of options and definitely will go back to try more. Started with a wedge salad which may have been the greatest wedge salad I ever had. Wife and I did the butchers feast which was. Perfect sampling of meats and was more than enough food. All in all, will definitely be going back anytime we are in Miami.
Great food and service! Our 1st time here and was lunch super delicious! We had the wedge salad which is the best we've had and would def come back just for it. Then we did the Butchers Feast for $82pp and it very yummy, the chefs choice of 4 meats were on point and all the sides were delicious and more than enough for us both! The service was great, they explained the meats background and grilled for us, everyone was super helpful and kind. We will def be back
What stands out most about COTE Korean Steakhouse is the experience. Incredible service, amazing food, and great vibes all around. I love AYCE Korean BBQ, but having everything cooked perfectly for you hits differently. No leaving smelling like smoke --just enjoying every bite. Definitely somewhere I'd come back to. Drinks: Lychee Martini -- one was plenty for my lightweight self, but so good. Food: We did the tasting menu (highly recommend) with the A5 add-on. The Sendai Wagyu was melt-in-your-mouth perfection. Highlights: ** Oysters with uni to start -- creamy and rich Korean "bacon" (smoked pork belly, pickled jalapeño, Korean mustard) -- fatty goodness; I could've eaten just this Unlimited sides, all delicious (because yes, that matters) Egg soufflé -- perfectly fluffy Tofu soup -- easily could've had five bowls Vanilla soft serve with soy sauce caramel -- unexpected and amazing Bonus: They accommodated for my gluten free friend! Come hungry, leave happy. Definitely a must-try.
I came here for happy hour the other day, since I noticed the bar when I came here the first time for dinner. It's from 5-7pm at the bar as soon as you walk through the doors. There are no chairs, so please note that this is a stand up happy hour. The menu has a great selection of $8.88 cocktails, wine, and bites. There is also a shrimp stuffed chicken sandwich (what?? And yumm!) and the best dessert ever - the famous Cote soft serve. The Casanova's cocktail was beautiful and tasty, and the Korean chicken nuggets are a must get! The sandwich was creative and had nice authentic flavors with pickled vegetables on the side. I highly recommend the bar for a nice happy hour or for a drink before or after your meal!
Cote Miami is better than the NYC location that I have been to. The service, vibes, and the food are all top notch. My girlfriend and I ordered the butchers feast and we had a few cocktails. The service was great and our server cooked the meat to perfection. I highly recommend going here... but remember that it will likely ruin KBBQ for you since it's such an amazing experience with meats that are full of marbling. I recommend making a reservation and ordering the butchers feast if it is your first time.
Usually come to happy hour here which is great but this time we were able to snag a table last minute. I wouldn't recommend this as it's a tough reservation to get last minute but you can always try. Atmosphere is a bit louder than average with music playing. It's lively I always enjoy it. Anyways, we wanted to try a couple cuts of beef and a side so we tried the hangar steak and the filet mignon. They cook for you so you don't have to worry about ruining your steak and you'll get it exactly how you want. The filet was super tender, great quality. And was perfect when cooked rare/med rare since it's so tender. A+ The hangar steak was a big more marbled and thus we opted to have it cooked medium. This steak was also good, with a bit more of an iron/meaty flavor. I'll give it a B. For our side we ordered the COTE Bibimbap which I'd describe like a moist rice with some veggies and an egg mixed in. It was good I'd give it a A-. Great service as you'd expect as well. Great for a special occasion or if you feel like splurging. Enjoy!
Great service, everyone was very warm and friendly. The ones who serve for bbq, they will explain everything on the menu and order. Restaurant isn't very big, seems they can seat no more than 8 people as a party, recommend to make a reservation before you go. Food was incredible, we ordered butcher feast x2. Way more than enough for us. Every meat cut was delicious.
Not as good as Nubiani in NYC, and more catered for the Miami party scene. Banchan selection was mediocre; the green onion side dish was smothered in a thick, sweet sauce that my korean boyfriend said reminded him of Panda Express orange chicken, but for kbbq. Butcher's Feast for two was $200 after mandatory 20% gratuity. Overall did not blow us away and was honestly subpar in terms of meat quality and side dish variety. Service was just OK. There was a whole menu with a lot of pages dedicated to cocktails and drinks, which are made at the bar in the center of the restaurant. It's dark and clubby inside. Definitely prefer other alacarte korean bbq places over COTE. This experience was not enticing enough for us to try their other locations unfortunately.

This place is fire! The food was outstanding! We branched out, broadening our pallet We enjoyed the dim lighting and music! And the service was out of control amazing! Delighted with the experience I had at COTE. Absolutely no complaints/suggestions about this place and here's why.. From the moment we walked in, we were warmly welcomed by a friendly hostess who made great small talk as she guided us inside. Small detail, but it set the tone for what was an exceptional night. Our server greeted us right away and took the time to walk us through the menu thoroughly. We ordered the Butcher's Feast and the Paella, which turned out to be a lot more food than we expected. The meats were juicy, tender, and cooked perfectly. Our server explained each cut. The sides that came with the feast, like the egg soufflé and soups, were also delicious. The absolute star of the show is the Kimchi Wagyu Paella. You can come here just for that and be completely satisfied. As expected, the food was amazing, but what stood out the most to me was the service. I paid close attention to how they operated, and the attention to detail was flawless. There wasn't a moment where more than 2-3 minutes passed without someone checking on our water, plates, or the grill. As soon as we mentioned we were finished, three staff members came within a minute. One took the food we wanted to take home, one cleared out what we didn't want, and one cleaned the table. I mean what more can you ask for? This experience is very much worth it. read more
There's a couple of scenes in Season 1 of "Pachinko" where they make a big fuss about the white rice that comes from Korea. The grandma character says, it tastes "nuttier" and it's "chewier" than the variety found in Japan. I'm not sure where Cote gets its rice, but it's quite good for being possibly the most humble component at this haute steakhouse richly inspired by the Korean bbq tradition. The sentiment behind each dish and the care with which servers deliver each course reflect a similar thoughtfulness captured in the TV series. I've been to Cote a few times in the past couple of years, and it is always consistent. The Butcher's Feast is a good deal with its accompanying banchan. It's plenty of food for three people, especially when paired with said rice. The standouts are the marinated kalbi, the hanger steak and the rib eye. We selected a decently priced Malbec to go with the meal, and it was so good we ordered a second bottle. I enjoyed putting the grilled beef on a leaf of lettuce, adding a bit of kimchi from the banchan and topping it with the nutty sauce that comes with it. I learned this from my Korean friends in New York, and it's like a healthy wrap to temper the richness of the meal. To top us off, the banchan also included a nice egg dish that's a cross between a souffle and a soft scramble. Since we're all into having more protein nowadays, it's a welcomed addition. The decor is gorgeous. Black banquettes provide a cozy privacy so your friends can dish the dirt about the week's happenings without neighbors overhearing too much. The sexy entrance is futuristic and feels more like it belongs to one of the nearby, high-end boutiques than a Korean eatery. This is a special occasion place that is worth the splurge every time. Grandma would be happy to celebrate a life well lived here. read more

The service was excellent, managers kindly made space for our infant. Got us beverages while we waited on the rest of our party. As well as showing us exclusive Japanese whiskey bottles they had available for tasting. Staff was super kind and tentative to any of our crazy requests. For instance My sister ordering 5 extra kimchi's because she's pregnant ,they helped with a smile lol. All the beef was perfectly cooked and served to us. Nice to get the full experience that matches the flavor. Highly recommend if you're new to Korean bbq ! If your a vet and just want someone catering to your every need , this is definitely my new go to spot. Thanks guys! read more
A wonderful, high end experience from the moment you walk in! I love the aesthetics in this place. As someone who doesn't usually go to Korean steakhouses, I am clearly missing out! The service is top tier and they don't leave you waiting for more food/drink. I loved what felt like never ending steak with side dishes that complemented to the steak well. My only issue was having to use chopsticks because it is a skill I am sadly still learning. This is a wonderful spot for work lunches, date night, etc.! read more
Fantastic experience. Food, service was all amazing. I've been wanting to go to Cote in NY for years and finally was able to in Miami. We had the butchers feast which was all fantastic cuts and comes with many sides particularly loved the ribeye and galbi. This is such a staple, and the vibes are always high. read more

Hands down the best Korean BBQ restaurant I've ever been to. Absolutely the best service from greeting me and wife and our 2 friends at the door, to a nice complimentary cocktail at the bar after dinner courtesy of the manager. The food! Wow! Started with the Steak Tartare. Expert level grilling and service. Multiple people stopped by our table to tend the meat. We did the Butchers Feast. USDA Prime Hanger Steak, Dry-Aged Ribeye 45 Days, Wagyu Flatiron, then the house marinated short rib. We also did an A5 Japanese Wagyu add on. A ton of sides, rice, kimchi, veggies, etc. Spectacular! Delicious Korean custard for dessert. The drinks were made to perfection; dirty martini, espresso martini and a Negroni. Highly recommend this place if you do a fun night out with friends or a nice casual date night with your significant other. read more
This is the Miami location of the only Michelin star Korean BBQ restaurant worldwide. First location in NYC. Upscale and good area in the design district. Food (4.75/5) - this was easily the best Korean BBQ I've ever had. Enormous menu of meats and side items including some higher end items like Wagyu A5. Everything was high quality and tasty. Had the Butchers Feast which is a nice mix of options and sides including American Wagyu. I added the Japanese A5 to my meal. - Hanger Steak, Galbi, Ribeye, Filet Mignon, American and Japanese A5 Wagyu were all excellent. - lots of sides and I didn't even eat all of them but the two that really stood out were the Savoury Egg Souffle which was excellent and the Spicy Kimchee Stew. Great mix with rice. Service (5/5) - top notch service all the way from the hosts to the main server and secondary ones. Main server explained everything and options in depth and also primed up the cooking of each meat on the grill. Secondary servers would come by every 30-60s to check on the grill and turn or take meat off. Unlike most Korean BBQ restaurants you do not do any cooking here. Atmosphere (4.75/5) - nice upscale layout and the tables are clean and well padded booths. Beautiful bar area and dim dark vibey feel to the restaurant. Overall (4.75/5) - easily the best Korean BBQ I've ever had and one of the top overall restaurants experiences too. Some people commented it's not worth it... I thought it was very reasonably priced for the quality. A definite repeat and will try the NYC one too for sure. read more
COTE (=Flower) Miami is a hidden gem in the area. COTE also has locations in NYC's Flatiron District and Singapore, with an upcoming expansion to Las Vegas. We made reservations about three weeks in advance of our desired date. I recommend booking early to visit this upscale Korean BBQ restaurant. It is a Michelin-starred and James Beard Award-nominated Korean steakhouse. There is valet, street, and garage parking available, as the restaurant is located in the Design District. I highly recommend using Uber/Lyft or opting for valet! Upon entering the restaurant, you'll pass through two doors before stepping into a dimly lit, upscale central bar. There are about 20 tables surrounding this bar, some of which are connected, so you may be seated next to other guests with ample space between parties. Before being seated for your reservation, you'll wait in the center area, where you can order drinks. Their happy hour ("Magic Hour") takes place around the oval bar daily from 5 PM to 7 PM. This is a great opportunity to try some of their specialty drinks and appetizers, though the area can get packed on weekends. FOOD: Butchers' Feast includes four selected cuts of USDA Prime and American Wagyu Beef with Korean side dishes and soups. You can also order a la carte if you want to or do not want to partake in the Butchers' Feast. There is also steak omakase with wine pairing (AKA the grand tour). There are several meat cuts you can try as well. The one cool aspect about this Korean restaurant is that they cook the meats for you (instead of you doing it, which is typical in most Korean BBQ restaurants). 1. USDA Prime Beef (5/5): Prime Rib, Ribeye, Wagyu, and Hanger Steak. All were heavenly and delicious. You're in for a treat, especially wrapping the meats within the lettuce and sam-jang paste with a touch of scallion salad. 2. Scallion Salad (3/5): Good. Nothing to say. This pairs well with any of the meats. 3. Side Dishes (Ban Chan, 4/5): There were about 3 side dishes (spicy radish, pickled cauliflower, and cream corn). The first two tasted great, as they were ripe! 4. Red Leaf Lettuce with Sam-Jang (Hot Bean Paste, 3/5): Average, similar to the other ones at Korean BBQ restaurants. 5. Kimchi Stew (3/5): Average. 6. Savory Bean Paste Soup (4/5): I loved that there were anchovies within this! Good flavor. 7. Soft Serve Ice Cream (4/5): Good. An interesting twist that was not too sweet. We had wonderful service, with several staff members stopping by to chat and assist with cutting the meats. The manager also gave us a friendly visit. Would I come back? Yes. read more
AMAZING. DROOLING JUST THINKING ABOUT IT. My friend had a server friend that made our selections for us - believe his name was JAY. The entire food experience blew me away. From the drinks, to the beef tar tar, to the oysters, to the KBBQ, the mushroom EVERYTHING. They are very valid for being recognized with Michelin Stars. I definitely recommend a date night here. The inside is dimly lit, has a small circular bar section and then many seating areas. Fine dining indeed. read more
We decided to go here our first day in Miami since it was highly recommended and had a Michelin star. However, we were severely disappointed. The interior was beautiful and was well decorated. We decided to get the butcher's feast since we got to try different meat cuts and have some of their savory meals. Our server came to cook our meats, but didn't even ask how we wanted our meats cooked. He added way too much salt for the first cut, causing it to be so salty, we couldn't eat it without some lettuce. The second cut of meat was so tough and not good at all. I don't know why they added it to this course meal. The third cut and fourth cut (marinated rib) were good. But our server was nowhere to be seen during the cooking of the third cut, so it burned on one side but was eventually flipped because another server noticed and came over to do so. I will say the side dishes were pretty good. We especially liked the green onion salad especially paired with the meats. The egg soufflé and the stews were delicious as well and tasted just like how they do it in Korea. That was the only saving grace at this restaurant for us. Everything was wildly overpriced and so not worth it. The highlight was the final ice cream with caramel sauce drizzled on top. That was really good and sweet. Our server was not the nicest. He wouldn't come over and would say he would clean up our table and then leave for ten minutes while we just sat waiting around until another server came to help us out. He was not attentive at all and barely explained our dishes to us. I wouldn't recommend this place as it is overpriced and overhyped. read more

We ordered the butcher's feast. I'm not an expert on steak,but the beef was cooked to perfection, tasted amazing. I've been to 5 star restaurants steak house but Cote was the best of all. The side dishes are also very delicious . Service was outstanding. They won the Mechlin award 2025 so it's very high quality expensive dinning experience. read more

This was my first experience at a Michelin-starred restaurant, and it absolutely exceeded my expectations. From the second I walked in, the service was incredible. All of the staff were extremely friendly and welcoming and seemed to enjoy the work they were doing. Once my party was seated at the table, our water cups never went empty and servers were constantly checking in to make sure we didn't need anything. For food, our table opted for the butcher's feast which offered cuts of wagyu, hanger steak, and rib eye and was an absolute 10/10. The meat was so flavorful and tender I could cry. The meal was capped with a refreshing homemade icecream topped with soy and caramel that was delectable. The restaurant itself was sleek and clean and definitely gave a grown and sexy vibe. Perfect for a date night, a corporate meal, or a special event. I have to shoutout our server, Jay, whose impeccable service really was the cherry on top to an already perfect dining experience. He was extremely personable and had wonderful recommendations. This might be one of my new Miami staples for special occasions! Absolutely recommend. read more

Solid upscale experience for KBBQ. Service and food is top notch. I can understand why a Michelin Star was awarded. I would say if this is not the place to go for getting a la carte items because it will add up real fast. However, if you get the Butchers Feast, it is worth it because you can split with 4 people and it is more than enough to keep everyone happy. You also get the benefit of trying most of their signature items. Ambiance is a key part of the restaurant, making this a go to place for the special occasion. If you are looking for an affordable KBBQ experience, there are other places to go to. But if you are looking for a place to to for a celebration, keep this as an option :) read more
Came here with reservations for lunch on a weekend and we were seated pretty quickly. The space felt super clean and modern along with pleasant lighting and great service which was a nice first impression upon sitting. The menu had a good selection of dishes with tons of variety and our server was friendly and nice enough to suggest food based on quantity. Food came out pretty quickly and we were even lucky enough to get the initial cup of soup twice by accident. We got one of the meals and the quantity of food was honestly too much on top of the bibimbap, but I'm glad we got to try it all. Drinks were great too, ingredients were fresh and tasty. This felt very much like elevated Korean barbecue which is what was sort of advertised. The meat was super high quality, but the soups were not particularly special unfortunately. I did enjoy everything though and found it to be tasty, with its price point though I'd hope so. I loved the ice cream after as well - the caramel was a nice touch. Overall, we had a great time. I'd recommend maybe just getting meat in the future since that was definitely the star of the show, but the other dishes were fine and tasty too. Just not as worth the price in my opinion. read more

Love Cote! There's something about Korean bbq that's just so delicious! All the fermented pickles and the incredible pieces of meat. I honestly prefer a more traditional Korean bbq restaurant but I like the fancy-ness of it, it makes it special. The drinks are delicious! The service is always great. And recently I've been loving ordering take out from them! They offer some great bowls. read more
4.5 stars. The restaurant is more of a trendy ambiance and is complemented by the great service and food. Also loved the bar area when walking into the restaurant. The kimchi wagyu paella was a bit too rich and buttery for me. Also didn't love the scallion salad...was too vinegary (I prefer traditional style with sesame seed oil). But the BBQ meat, stews and other sides were pretty good for the most part. Just wish I had a bigger appetite to finish everything! I will try the NYC location next. read more

You are in for a real treat while dining at COTE Miami. And for so many reasons. For starters, a reservation is absolutely recommended and almost necessary as this is one of the hottest spots in Miami. Our table wasn't quite ready upon arrival so we made our way to their beautiful center bar because why not. The decor was a bit dark giving off speakeasy type vibes. We were greeted with excitement and top notch service that did not go unnoticed. We were explained the menu and were provided with recommendations and suggestions. We almost went with the butchers until we were rerouted for good reasons. The Korean bacon, steak and eggs, short rib (my ultimate favorite), wagyu paella, prime rib and everything in between (wedge salad, ceviche, mushrooms) were all *chefs kiss*. Is it pricey? Yes. Is it worth it? Every penny. With 20% gratuity already being included. I can now say I get the hype. Well done COTE. read more
Was treated here for my first time on my 37th birthday, and it was worth it! We started off with some drinks at the bar while we waited for our table. Mine was the Esteban and it was great, no bite afterwards and very smooth. Ambiance was lively but not too loud, which is perfect for dinner. Once our table was ready, we were given the table I had my eye on *without asking* and it slowly got better as the dinner went on. I let my friends take the wheel and we got 2 orders of the "Steak & Eggs" along the Butcher's Feast, which honestly is a solid choice and I think its just the right amount of food (it was 3 of us). We tried all the cuts several different ways, as suggested by the folks cooking our meats, which gives you a well-rounded variety of ways to enjoy the feast. We absolutely killed everything and didn't leave hungry, which is important at a place like this. Exceptional service all around, we enjoyed chatting it up with the different folks who came to our table. Would like to thank our new friend Bram Spohn for extra attention, we ended the dinner laughing it up with him all the way up to the door. This place is an absolute MUST, don't miss it! read more

My sister kept raving about this place so of course we just had to check them out. We arrived right as they opened and were immediately followed by a line of people also waiting. The theme is almost entirely black with some warm light and metals throughout. You can even admire the dry aged cuts of meat to and from the bathroom. The Tuna tartar was light and refreshing served with this airy fried seaweed sheets. I found both the Fermented soy stew and kimchi stew to be heavily seasoned. The kimchi stew was almost too pungent and I love me some over pickled kimchi. But it's nothing a little water to dilute can't fix. The steamed eggs were light and fluffy. I liked the sides of kimchi, and kimchi daikon, pickle daikon. I especially loved the scallion salad. To rank my favorite cuts of meat to most to least, I'd say A5 wagyu (2 tastings), Grand Galbi, & NY sirloin wagyu. But they were honestly all cooked perfectly with a slight caramelized char. It's not what we expected. The best one we had are the steaks. The rest, and even the banchan are salty; it's something you wouldn't expect in a Michelin-starred restaurant. One of my favorite meals in recent memory. We each got the Butcher's Feast, which was more than enough for for 2 people. The standouts from this meal would have to be the meats, the scallion salad, and the egg soufflé. Everything was excellent, though. The stews were a nice side to the meal and I enjoyed finishing off the whole thing with the soft serve (not sure where the soy sauce was in the caramel, so it was a bit less adventurous flavor-wise than I was hoping). I enjoyed the bone broth to start the meal as well. The service and ambiance was great! We never felt rushed, everything was timely, we always had someone to eat, and everyone we interacted with was friendly. It wasn't too loud inside and neither too dim (always dislike when it's hard to see your food) nor too bright. No notes on that front. Definitely get a reservation if you can! read more

Amazing service with amazing quality! I was fortunate enough to try Cote in NY and now in Miami, and I definitely liked my experience in Miami more. Our server was Burak, who was so knowledgeable and kind and I will come back next time I am in Miami because of his service and hospitality. We opted out of Miami Spice and got the butchers feast since we wanted to add a la carte items , but figured the butchers feast had everything we need. The banchans are always my favorite , a mix of fresh and pickled selections, the stews were great and the steamed egg soufflé was yummy mixed with rice. As a self proclaimed korean bbq expert, I must say, COTE exceeded and continues to surpass my expectations, high as they were. I have now dined in 3 times, 2 of which we went with the pre-selected Butcher's Feast, and the third most recently, we felt adventurous and went a-la-carte. First, the atmosphere and vibe was impeccable. Ambience is definitely 10/10. Next, service. This was excellent. 12/10. The entire staff was attentive, and most importantly, perfectly grilled our selection of steaks. On our most recent outing, the waitress overheard we were celebrating so offered complementary shots! She also saw how much we LOVED the COTE salt, and gave us 2 containers! Lastly, THE MEAT. Now, i've been to KBBQ approximately 145 times in my life, ranging from AYCE to extremely high quality in my hometown of Los Angeles (looking at you Quarters!), and COTE definitely held its own. With the Butchers Feast and added the steak tartare, which was absolutely worth it. The Feast is what it sounds like, more than enough to satisfy two people. Comes with 2 stews with rice that are actually stews and not flavored powered in water like most korean restaurants in Miami. The banchan (side dishes) were also included, as were 2 bowls of rice, a bone broth, and we ended with their House special soy sauce- caramel ice cream. If you decide to go a-la-carte like we did recently, the stews and the eggs do not accompany the meal, but honestly, the ability to choose your favorite cuts of meat, in my eyes, overshadow what you lose with the stews. Bone broth and ice cream are still included complimentary. Overall, COTE (pronounced COAT) exceeded the expectations of a korean barbecue aficionado. And if you are in the mood for a little treat, I highly recommend! I had my birthday dinner at Cote, marking my first visit to the restaurant. We arrived an hour before our reservation, hoping to be seated early, but that's not an option here. The place is so busy that seating before your scheduled time simply isn't possible. We spent the wait at the bar, where I quickly realized how fridge-cold the restaurant is--definitely bring a jacket if you go. Once seated, we ordered the Butcher's Feast, which I'd say is the best way to explore the menu. It includes four cuts of meat (two slices per person), served alongside an impressive array of Korean accompaniments. The meat was fantastic, as expected. Some of the sides were incredible, while others were a bit too unfamiliar for my taste--but that's part of exploring Korean cuisine. We left completely full, even with about a third of the sides untouched. There was, however, a small service letdown. My boyfriend had asked the waiter to bring a candle with the dessert as a birthday surprise, but the ice cream arrived without it. He mentioned it to me afterward, and while it wasn't a major issue, it did take away a little from the experience. Cote offers high-quality food and a sleek dining experience, but it didn't quite leave me eager to return. read more
This was my first visit and it sure did not disappoint! We had a reservation and started with some nice champagne at the bar to open our appetite to the amazing meal we were going to have! We let our server make the food selections and he sure delivered. It was a lot of food and we left stuffed! We had the Legend of the Seven Seas, Steak and Eggs, Caviar, Steak Omakase, Wagyu, their sides and we wrapped up with something simple but packed of flavor, the vanilla ice cream with caramel soy sauce! What an incredible place. I've been to COTE a couple times now and it really never misses and is always well worth the price. The food is on point from the appetizers to the Korean barbecue itself. Everything on the menu is delectable. The service is a 100 out of 10 every single time and on our most recent visit we were treated so incredibly well. Ambience is awesome as well and truly adds to the experience. I love COTE in both Miami and NYC - keep doing what you're doing, you're absolutely killing it. read more

Pretty good! I suggest the easy and affordable palm court garage, it's a short walk. They also have valet throughout the area or street parking. One of the better parking locations in Miami.
Are the banchan dishes replenished like real Korean restaurants or do they charge you like fake Korean restaurants?
They replenish without additional charge. The service at this restaurant is one of the best, if not the best I have experienced in Florida in the 21 years I've resided here.
Are all of the beef cuts for the BBQ, dry aged?
Everything is dry aged USDA Prime--top 5% of American cattle--or above, and American Wagyu (a crossbreed of Japanese Wagyu and American Black Angus). Website has a guide explaining each piece.
Is a reservation required?
Yes, via OpenTable. They go reallyyyy fast so its hard to get but totally worth it!
