First time trying this coffee. Pleasantly surprised. It reminded me of another coffeehouse that did herbal infusions with their coffee. This one had juices added to the coffee. It threw me off, but, I was glad they had traditional coffee options as well. The ladies who were working the counter work fast, friendly, informative, and gave us their guidance on how to order from their kiosk. It was a fun space, it is definitely not for someone looking to sit and work. It has bench style seating with no tables, so it was a great place from me to catch up with a friend. The parking, is a little bit difficult to navigate if you don't know the area very well. There is parking underground, and in the back. Overall, for the price I will be coming back! Great spot for budget coffee! With their current deal of $0.99 on your first purchase it's pretty worth the dollar in my opinion. It's not good compared to other coffee spots especially if you're into black coffee because their coffee beans aren't great. Their lattes are on the sweeter side so the taste of coffee isn't strong but it's still tasty! Their coco lattes are popular and taste super coconutty and sweet like a coconut dessert drink with a subtle coffee taste. I also tried their brown sugar oolong oat latte with a free drink voucher as a part of a deal for posting on ig and I thought it was great for being free! Their drinks are sweet and I'd recommend it to people who like sweet coffee but definitely not for those who like black. read more

A new coffee shop popped up in the neighborhood, so my husband and I decided to swing by and grab some drinks to-go. I had the Coconut Oolong Milk Tea, and it was delicious--like if the tropics and oolong tea had a little baby right in my cup. My husband went for the Stardust Oolong Milk Tea, which was good, but I have to say, I preferred mine! We didn't try the coffee this time since we stopped by at night, but the space was bright, clean, and perfect for catching up with friends over a cup. One tip: don't make the same mistake I did by adding boba to the tea--it didn't quite work. Stick to coffee or tea as-is for the best experience! read more

New coffee shop on valley. I think they do a lot of coconut based drinks. I got a vanilla late hot and cold. Both was pretty good. A little better than I thought. The service was extremely slow. It looked like the workers were dealing with A LOT of orders and they seemed new. I get that you gotta take care of the orders as they come in. But it was just me in there and I waited close to 20 minutes for two drinks as they were just making the online orders. I was not expecting too much but was pleasantly surprised by my experience! Ordering through the app was a tad bit clunky though I guess the location itself can't do much about that. The staff was nice and the wait was reasonable given their popularity. There was also ample room to wait and it was nice and cool. I ordered the pampas blue coco latte and it was a good balance of coffee strength and flavor. The coffee ended up being a bit more on the stronger side but I actually enjoyed it and can't wait to try it again. I took a few sips, my friend tried it as well and thought it was gross. I asked if I could get something else they said no, did not offer a refund or exchange. Definitely will not be returning! Update: My friend came here so I tried it again. I got a matcha, and wow this drink was not good either. I also tried her iced latte and it just tasted like instant coffee. The San Gabriel area was much in need of some good coffee places. I was delighted to try Cotti Coffee when they first arrived here a few months ago. They offered promotions if you download the app, and you can get your first drink for $.99 and with 4 additional coupons for 30% off your drinks. In addition, if you refer a friend you also get an additional discounted drink! Cotti Coffee is known for their Pampas Blue Coco latte, so I decided I need to order that and try it. I must say that their Blue Pampas Latte is really good! I think it also has some coconut milk in there, which gives it some creaminess. The coffee is not American style like Starbucks, but rather has an Asian twist to it. It has a very appealing light blue color to it, with the coffee layer on top. In case you didn't know, Cotti Coffee was founded by a couple of people who used to work at Luckin Coffee, which is like the Starbucks of China. Their app also has a very nice UI, and is very easy to use. I can't say the same for their paper menu, which actually is a bit of an eyesore. But! You're there for the coffee, so definitely go try it! They also some fruity coffee blends, like grapefruit, but I've never tried them so I can't comment. Overall I would give this place a 4.5 stars, but I'll round it up to 5. They have a few benches that line the interior walls that you can sit on, but I wish they had some tables and chairs so you could hang out there with friends. read more
