There's a difference between being direct and making guests feel unwelcome. The fried chicken tasted old and microwaved making the texture very tough and arid dry. The Stromboli was not as stale, but still had a spot that hadn't been fully heated so it was lukewarm to cold. We won't be coming back, it's a shame because the place is cute. The service wasn't bad if you're oblivious, and it wasn't intentionally bad either, maybe they were just working with what they got, I can respect that. But then I can't justify the price we paid for 2 drinks a salad and an appetizer. The serving cheap champagne from a broken bottle was something I can't overlook either.
