Today was pretty much a repeat. Server was very nice but got flustered as the morning crowd trickled in. I ordered an omelette, and it took 40 minutes to make. The 8 person table really slowed things down, and the food that I got reflected a panicked kitchen. The eggs were overcooked, stuffed full of tons of farmers cheese and sourkraut. The kelbasa was grilled and had a good flavor, but was sparse. the pierogi on top was made in house but the seam was tough and the filling was dry. The home fry's were crispy and seasoned well, and the pickled beets were acidic and sweet. For the wait, the dish presented was lackluster. The price was a bit high for what I got as well. Was about 20 bucks for an omelette, which was ample on portion but not as great on the quality control. If anything, they are consistent. Go in expecting big portions of basic fare at a higher price point and a bit of a wait. It's okay, but it's lacking in quality
