That breakfast was amazing!
Alan C.

I've driven past this place so many times on my travels up and down sunrise Boulevard, I decided to finally stop in. Boy, I'm glad I did. The place is fresh and bright inside. my server was Jennifer, and she was very friendly and extremely helpful. I was interested in the hot links and eggs on the menu, and I asked her how spicy the hot links were. She said they had a good amount of heat. Pretty spicy. Instead, she suggested I try the linguica and eggs. I decided to go for it. I asked for fruit instead of potatoes, and since this is the name of the place, a half of a waffle instead of toast. The food came quickly, and it was amazing! When I first looked at the linguica, they looked like hotdogs. I wasn't expecting too much, but when I bit into them, boy, was I wrong! They were delicious! They had a good flavor to them, and they just had the tiniest bit of spice that I noticed. I imagine they tasted like the hot link would taste like, only without the extra spice. They were amazing! The breakfast came with three eggs, which were delicious, and I got a very nice bowl of assorted fresh fruit. The coffee was also excellent. The waffle was also off the hook! ! Large, fluffy, and it had a nice "malty" flavor. As is a bad habit of mine, I tore into the thing before I could get a picture of it. I need to break myself of that habit. I waddled away from the table, stuffed, but satisfied. The price was extremely reasonable as it was, and they also do a military/veterans discount. I will definitely be back. Thank you!

Came in today for a basic breakfast. Bacon and eggs. $17.25. Eggs have pushed the prices of breakfast up quite a bit. The bacon was good, but thin. Perfectly cooked. The eggs were excellent. The potatoes were on point as per usual. The pancakes were a little lite.

Swedish crepe, scrambled eggs, bacon, and fruit (instead of potatoes). Absolutely delicious!

This has been a stressful week so far. On my day off, I decided to treat myself to breakfast. I had been to Country Waffles once, a few years ago. Nice, nothing special. Today, it was very special. I had no idea they had Swedish crepes! Everything was just the way I always hope it will be. The scrambled eggs weren't runny, the bacon wasn't greasy, and the crepe was SO delicious! Kristina, my server, was friendly and kept the coffee coming. I came in after the breakfast rush, and it was just the relaxing, unrushed time I needed. I think I may have to make this a monthly habit, even if my week isn't stressful.

Firstly, the food was absolutely delicious. The pancakes, french toast, and waffles were all fluffy, but the real star was the fruit on top of the french toast and pancakes. The bacon was thick cut and fairly crispy. The price of everything was extremely reasonable ($12 for the French toast, 2 eggs, and 2 pieces of bacon, etc.). The service was great, very friendly and helpful, and everything came out quickly and got, though none of our meals came out at the same time. We will be back :)

The wait staff treats everyone like a regular. Most of them had their Halloween costumes on and it made the atmosphere fun and inviting. Our waitress Michelle was so nice and had a wonderful attitude. I had the Cinnamon Roll French toast breakfast and my husband the Fruit Rolled Crepes breakfast. First off the French toast and crepes were delicious as well as the country potatoes. Eggs were just eggs, just fine but the sausage texture was off, kinda mushy so we passed on them. Other than that, our coffee stayed topped off and all the staff was very nice.

Excellent again. Service is good. They're always busy on the weekends but the wait has never been long to get seated.

Slow on a slow day is crazy. Cold food. Assuming they changed ownership sad what happens when they do that. Go to CH grill much better.

The service was friendly and good. The food was below average and the cost was crazy expensive.

My daughter and I were in the area and hungry, I wanted to show her the restaurant I used to love. It's still amazing and the same quality and great service. Wait is a bit long, but worth it and the food comes out correct and quick. I had veg head omelette with sourdough toast and potatoes. My child had the Mickey Mouse pancake with fruit and eggs. 10/10 food and service. Thank you for making our brunch date out a smooth and delicious experience.

During that time, they served me a glass of water and I quickly ordered the BBQ Chicken sandwich - I had looked at the menu earlier - with a side of fruit. The sandwich was really great! They served the sandwich with the grilled, chicken breast, bacon, and BBQ sauce with the lettuce, tomatoes, and onions on the side. I'm not a fan of onions, so I did not have those, but it was nice to have the lettuce and the tomatoes have that nice taste when it hasn't been smothered in BBQ sauce or others as it's being cooked by the chicken like other places prepare them. I honestly left satisfied. This place really did live up to the recommendations and reputation it has. Our gym, Positive Impact Fitness always talks about this place and it was really worth it. I shall return in due time.

Honestly don't have any complaints it's a traditional American breakfast spot all the basic options…read moreI just don't see how they don't have hash browns what kind of breakfast spot does not have hash browns?? Pancakes were fluffy and large the portions with everything were actually huge we couldn't finish our food. Good customer service too! I wish the place seemed a little more inviting, it seems cold (not literally) the carpet remind me of an old school office everything is so open I don't know it lacks coziness

Breakfast of corned beef hash, 2 eggs and biscuit. Drank coffee…read more Plenty of food. Unfortunately not very satisfying. Biscuit particularly not good as it was doughy, wet , chewy and tasted of too much baking powder. I did like the big chunks of meat. The country potatoes were typical diner quality, but I just don't like country style breakfast potatoes. No substitution offered. Server was efficient if a bit rough around the edges. I sat at the counter. She made sure that I had everything I needed. That's okay, I'm happy enough, don't need a smile from some one who's bringing me food. Oh, yeah just like my old sourpuss mother. Now the value for the dollar issue... The breakfast was $22, the unremarkable coffee was $4.50. After tax and a $5 tip I was out the door for $33. I recently had a wwwwaaaayyy more satisfying breakfast at Mario's Early Toast for half that price. Hot off the griddle is a big improvement over a Denny's. But that's a pretty low bar for judgement. Sorry, no return for me.
