In November of 2022, I came to Courtesy Jeep to get a new car because I had gotten into a bad accident and my previous car was totaled. The salesman that helped us, Ariel Hernandez, absolutely undoubtedly took advantage of me and my lack of knowledge on cars. He sold me a poorly made 2023 Jeep Compass that I have had nonstop issues with since I bought it almost a year ago. I'm paying $50 more a month than what I was originally quoted on the car. This car is NOT worth the unbelievable amount of money I am paying each month. The gas mileage is garbage. It takes $50 to fill my tank and I just barely get 200 miles. I completely regret purchasing this car. I always knew car salesmen were slimy snakes, but I'm appalled that they could so easily take advantage of a young woman just so they could get a good paycheck.

I had gotten warranty and other service from a jeep dealership just a few miles away and switched to Courtesy after countless issues I had with them. Courtesy has been amazing. I just got new tires and surprisingly they had the best price around! Richard, my technician was responsive and focused on making sure I was a satisfied customer. I can't believe the difference!

We have never owned or shopped for a Jeep, we love our new purchase! Our salesperson Teddy was the best! Super energized, informative and personable. He's just excited about our purchase as we are! Overall love our Jeep buying experience!

Omg I love this Jeep! It's only been 6 days and I can't believe what a great vehicle this thing is! It does everything! My salesperson, Chris Caban has made sure we have all the information we need to know how this beast works! Ask for Chris when you go to Courtesy Jeep. He's no pressure and gets to the point!

GO TO THIS PLACE,. From the moment we park our car and walked in, my wife and I where treated like Royalty. Edwin Puga is the best Car Salesman I have ever accounted. Never felt pressure and he took his time to answer all of our questions. Buying my wife Jeep from Courtesy was fast and simple. My sister n law references this place to me and I will tell all my family and friends to buy from Courtesy . Jeff Bonner and his entire staff is AWSOME !!!!

Our usual shop was bought out by Gemba Automotive, a group buying up local shops and rebranding…read morethem under their name. They did not keep our usual mechanic. Then we heard through the grapevine that our friend Gary started working at Shorie. We'd instantly trust any shop he worked at. Coincidentally, our vehicle began making loud noises and needed attention just about then. Perfect timing. Evidently, when cooling fans vibrate enough, they break off and cause severe damage to your radiator. So, we had our vehicle towed into the shop and had a rental for over a week because we had to help some friends in Yuma. Schorie was fantastic. They did all the work on our vehicle while we were out of town. It needed a few more things, so we authorized the additional work. The estimate was less than other shops had quoted us (for the front rotors and breaks). We came home, drove over, picked up our vehicle, and were super happy with the work that was done and the warranty terms. Aric was terrific to deal with the entire time on the phone and then in the office as well. The shop is run well, prices are decent, and they have a super warranty to back up their service on your vehicle. Highly recommend.

I'll be back as I felt they really paid attention to the details and we took a trip with no problems. This is going to be a really good new mechanic for us. Grateful.

I've changed my 1 star review below to a 5 star review due to the excellent customer service…read morereceived from the owner, Mike. Mike sent several apologies and went above and beyond what most business owners would do in a situation such as this. - He refunded me for the missed alignment and the cost of the new tire. To find this kind of honesty is rare and it proves that he operates his business with integrity. Knowing this, I would not hesitate to bring my vehicle directly to Mike in the future if need be. Mistakes happen, and he was quick to correct it. Thank you, Mike! ********************************************************* My husband brought my car over to AZ Automasters in February of 2024. We had never been there before, but I had just had new control arms and ball joints put in and since the tires were also brand new, my mechanic who did that work recommended an alignment. AZ Automasters kept the car overnight and my husband picked it up the following day. My husband stated that he asked the employees if the alignment was off and by how much, and that no one could answer his questions or seemed to "know anything about anything." But he did say that the employees working the morning he picked it up were not the same ones who were working when he dropped it off. He didn't leave feeling super confident but they said the car was done so he left and that was that. This car is kept in a garage, has not been in any accidents, hit any curbs or anything of that nature, and is well loved. I have put 8000 miles on the vehicle since the alignment. The other day we realized that the tires should probably be rotated and were horrified to notice that the outside of the passenger front tire was completely bald, the inside of the tire barely worn. We went over to where we purchased the tires as they are warranteed to 80,000 miles, but because they deemed it an "alignment issue", I had to purchase a brand new tire out of pocket. Not only did I waste $118.00 at AZ Automasters as they did not complete the alignment I paid for, I'm out an additional $145 for a new tire and still need to get the car aligned. I'll certainly be getting alignment, but it won't be at AZ Automasters. *Edit* I just had a front end alignment at a reputable shop where the employees actually care about their customers. They had to take a torch to the tie-rod jam nuts as they were totally locked up on both sides. This would NOT have had to be done had AZ Automasters done the work they were paid to do a year and a half ago. Also, this shop, who did the alignment using lasers, was able to show us via computer what they adjusted and how much, which AZ Automasters could not do for us. And this new place was cheaper! Lesson learned to shop around!
