Came across Corporate HVAC reviews. They were all great, so we gave them a call. 3 rings, and we were speaking with Glenn. He said he could be out in 20 minutes. Maybe 15 minutes later, he was at our front door. He fixed our problem and explained what we needed to do to try to prevent it from happening again. Unfortunately we have a unit that's close to dead. Glenn emailed us a no-pressure estimate on replacement, as well as a copy of our invoice. He was super respectful of our home, even taking off his shoes and carrying them around while walking inside. He worked on the inside and outside. We were very impressed with his professionalism and kindness. Glenn also called and texted us later in the night to make sure everything was working. I would highly recommend using this company.

If it were possible to give zero stars I would. We…read morecontacted G & G to replace a dead thermostat in our home. The technician came at 8pm the following the day and replaced it. We were told it was working but to give it 15 min for it to completely unlock. If we had any problems to give them a call. The air never turned on as the thermostat was displaying. We contacted them first thing the following day. They were supposed to return between 5-8pm that day to correct it. They did not come nor did they call & communicate they weren't coming. WECALLED THEM and they told us it would have to be the following day, same time. Again the following day no show. No call. WE CALLED AGAIN and they rescheduled to come the next day. Again no show, no call. This morning the outside temp got down to 30 degrees. We are without air or heat. 3 DAYS and they still did not correct the issue. They were called by our warranty provider this morning and they promised to contact us within that hour. We have passed that hour and no call. We have never been treated so unprofessionally by a service company EVER. This is beyond unacceptable. It completely contradicts what their About statement online claims- "It is G&G Service Group's goal to uphold an unmatched standard of customer satisfaction. Our motto is "if the customer is not completely satisfied that the job is not complete". The comfort of your home is our #1 goal. G&G Service group aims for perfection on every repair, new installation, and customer interaction." Based on a friends recommendation, I contacted Air Pyramid. The owner himself came out the very next day. He confirmed that the system needed replacement ‍. He was patient, informative and most importantly ON TIME! He provided options and comparisons on the different systems available, to include pricing and his strongest recommendation. Once I decided to work with Pyramid, I called him with my unit selection and a deposit. We agreed that he'd come out and install the outside unit and then the inside portion on the following day when i could take leave to be home. Get this..when I called the morning of the outside install to confirm his arrival time, he informed me that he'd already completed the install. it was 9am! The inside install was in my attic crawl space . It was 95 degrees outside and no air in my house. Mr. Cartledge went to work. My unit was 26 years old and the last install provided some unexpected removal challenges. He didn't charge me anything additional and maintained his same pleasant and professional stance the entire time sweat poured from his face. I could barely stay in the house, and can't imagine getting in that work space. To say that I recommend this company is an understatement!!! I'd invest my hard earned money if I could. The workmanship is excellent, the price was excellent, the customer service unparalleled. oh and he called me the next day to make sure everything was ok.
