I love country music but when it comes to line dancing I'm not coordinated at all lol. I've come here a few times and have always enjoyed the dance lessons on Saturday night at 7pm. Definitely would Say get there early so you won't be charged the $5 cover charge and to get a good parking space! It gets super packed for parking and for a table to getting there early is a great idea!! I didn't order any drinks but for water and shared some nachos with friends which was good! You can always find a dance partner as well. I do miss the the bull that you could ride pre pandemic lol. Bring that back yall!!

Sunday funday at Cowboy Country. A little line dancing never hurt nobody!

Cowboy Country is the perfect way to leave worries and stresses at the door. The overall vibe is so energized with positivity you can't help but smile. Drinks and food are delicious but what sets this saloon apart is it's tradition, respect to all country music and open dance floor.

Been wanting to make it out to a country bar and I'm glad this was my first one! Love that they offer free line dancing lessons multiple days a week so I was able to come out on a Wednesday and Saturday. The energy is always fun here and the line dancing lessons go by pretty quick. I've brought my friends and family out here and they had a great time! Drinks are pretty standard and the kitchen was closed when I tried ordering so I can't speak on the food. It's advertised they have a mechanical bull but I haven't seen it the times i've gone? Would love to try it if they ever bring it back!

When you cowboy country for the frist time last night . Omg we had soo much fun ! From playing pool to dancing. The food was good too and really good priced remember to bring some cash for the food . . The service at the bar was amazing you can get everything from a beer to an amazing mix drink the bar tender was soo nice and so professional .... And they even have a little shop where you can get shirts and jackets and stuff . Ps.. for pool don't for get some quarters !! And the place does get packed quick..

Atmosphere was great. Good live music and the dance instructor really knew what he was doing. I would love to check this place out again. Never knew this place existed but definitely glad we were able to check this little gem out. Decent food as well and they had pool tables upstairs. It was surprisingly popping for a Wednesday evening. Friendly crowd and the music was entertaining. What really stood out was the live music which was fantastic as well as the instructor that taught line dancing. I can see why so many people come here. If you do come bring cash. No cards accepted. Didn't check to see if they had an atm but bring cash just in case you want to partake in the libations. Cheers!

Ok so this was my first time here and I'm not gonna lie this is definitely not my kind of music or vibe but came for a coworkers birthday and It wasn't that bad they had 2 full bars and a kitchen the only bad thing it's cash only at the door and kitchen so that kinda sucks since they take card everywhere but the crowd and atmosphere was cool we did have a really good time .

Cowboy Country is such a blast! They have a mechanical bull--how fun is that?! Plus, they teach you how to dance from 7 to 8 p.m., which is perfect for beginners or anyone wanting to brush up on their moves. The place is packed with great people, good vibes, and nonstop fun. Definitely a spot worth checking out!

The hostess was quite sweet when we walked in. As we had our little fur baby with us, we were seated at one of the tables on the patio. It was still early and that in-between time so it was pretty quiet. A large party was set up next to us. Melinda took care of us and she was the sweetest. Happy hour was happening which we took advantage of. It was 4.00 off appetizer, 2.00 off draft wine and beer. Also, they made sure that our little pup was well taken care of as well. Food wise, an order of the poke wrap. Nice chunks of ahi with a scoop of rice, lettuce, avocado and wasabi sauce. It was good but a little messy. As it would be with all of the lettuce wraps. The steamed mussels which is a must. The broth was delicious and served with two nice thick slices of toasted bread. Decent size mussels cooked deliciously in the broth. A must try. Lastly the calamari which was tossed with jalapeños. Both deep fried and quite tasty. Nice crunch to it but not overly cooked. That was also served with two dipping sauce. Everything was delicious. Towards the end of the meal, Melinda noticed that a bug was in my wine which she was very sweet about and made sure to take care of it. The simple little gesture was greatly appreciative. The whole experience was excellent. Everyone was the sweetest and friendliest. Will definitely be back.

I stopped by for some lonche & I ordered their salmon bowl, hold the edamame. It comes with a piece of focaccia that I assumed was their signature thing .... But it was not that great. I think it is way too doughy compared to typical focaccia. I like my focaccia airy, with some bounce. This one was like a dense bread. Definitely not my forte for having focaccia. You're able to see in my attached photo just how thick and dense it looks. The salmon bowl itself was pretty refreshing. I think the dresssingggg was perfectly tailored to the bowl. Not too acidic, not too sweet, not too salty. It dressed the bowl up real nice. The salmon was tender, nicely cooked, not chewy-- I hate when I get cheewwwyyy salmon I want fish not gum. The rice and sweet potatoes were perfect! Absolutely a nice bed made for the salmon to lay on. I tried the Shirley temple it's way too sweet, more grenadine than anythang. I just optd for half unsweetened tea & half of their lemonade. It was average. The cranberry cookie was pretty good! Not something I usually lean towards but I was wowd to taste how good it was. Cranberry gave it that nice kick of tang on your tongue. Service was friendly, I ordered through the kiosk screen. It's clean inside and in the restroom as well. Plenty of parking in the plaza.

Finally made it out and they are about to close. :(…read more It was very busy when we arrived and we had to wait about 20 minutes, but after being seated, everything was smooth. Trying several items on the menu provided us a nice sampling of what they have to offer. We enjoyed everything we ordered. My favorite was probably the Brussel sprouts as they were cooked to perfection and not sweet like most restaurants serve them. A close 2nd was the chicken parmesan served over zucchini noodles. The final item ordered was a mushroom pasta with shrimp. The shrimp were fantastic with a light char and perfect flavoring. The pasta was good. It was a bit to spicy for me with the chili oil so I only had a small portion. The inside is simple yet inviting with an open layout. They seemed a bit short staffed, but every one was hustling and honestly we were well taken care of. Sad I won't have another opportunity to try more of the menu, but grateful to squeeze in this visit before they close in about a week.

It did look quite busy on the patio when we checked in with the hostess. We were informed that it would prob be about 20 minutes or so for a table and if we wanted to wait at the bar. Exactly what we did. Bar area had maybe 5/6 hi top chairs that look onto the bar. Gabriel and Francisco who were working was knocking the drinks out one by one. Sitting there and just watching them create magic for everyone, it was quite amusing. Seeing how it's made and presented with precise detail, it was an art. While waiting for the table we started off with the raspberry lychee martini and the spicy margaritas. Both were great. The right amount of kick with each sip. Gabriel was knocking them out one by one and man was he busy. Fransisco took are of us while we were eating which we ended up just having our dinner at the bar instead. The last time I remembered the chicken Parmesan which was excellent. So we started off with the grilled prawns as a starters. Five prawns in a skewers and grilled with a delicious sauce accompanied. It was tasty and quite delicious. Decent size and meaty for each bite. Entrees was a little mishap as our meal was mistakenly given to the party next to us which they enjoyed. Honesty mistake but we laughed it off. Kitchen was informed and a rushed was put on our order. We weren't in a rush so it was fine with us. They apologized and graciously offered us a dessert after dinner. Something simple but very graceful for the honest mistake. Entrees, the wild mushrooms pasta which was quite tasty and pretty decent in size. The cream sauce which wasn't too over powering the meal was great. Each bite was very tasty. Then there was the chicken Parmesan which why we were here and expecting. The last visit it was excellent with grilled broccolini, slices of tomatoes on top and mozzarella cheese and onto spaghetti pasta. It was great. Thinking it would be the same this time which it wasn't. This visit, it was just served with squash pasta and buffalo mozzarella on top. Honestly it wasn't what I expected, somewhat of a little disappointed. Chicken was good don't get me wrong. But the hot meat with sauce and then you have literally COLD squash pasta paired with it. It was a little underwhelming. Overall, we still had a nice experience. The place was pretty full and of course the lakers were on so it was fun seeing everyone cheering them on. Bar seating for a meal was great as we had fun conversations with both Gabriel and Francisco. Plus they were cranking them drinks out one by one. Excellent in what they do. The drinks were great, grilled prawns and wild mushrooms pastas were excellent. Chicken parm, this time was a miss. Overall, we enjoyed our meal and cocktails. Also the dessert, highly recommend the Cinnabon with vanilla ice cream. Wow, it went down very well. Hoping next time will outdo this.

Visually, the burger was impressive and looked exactly like something you'd want to dig into. However, the salt level was overwhelming to the point where I genuinely could not finish it. What made matters worse was that our server was not attentive with refilling our waters, and when you're working through an extremely salty dish, hydration isn't optional. I left the meal feeling dehydrated and honestly a little frustrated. The bright spot of the visit was the Brussels sprouts, which were genuinely well done and showed some real kitchen care. If I were to return, I'd probably stick to the vegetable sides. For a restaurant with a 4 PM lull and minimal table traffic, there's no excuse for that level of inattentiveness. A simple water refill and a quick check in would have saved the experience. As it stands, the combination of an over salted entrée and absent service made for a tough sell on the value. If you're in the area craving a burger, you might want to save your money and head down the street to Louis Burger instead. Ellie's may shine in other areas; I've heard good things about the pasta, but this particular visit missed the mark.
