    Cox is the best! It's easy to use and has super fast internet! We just returned from Washington State, and now that we're in San Diego, I'm hoping everything goes smoothly! Plus we still used our router.

    The daily TV go out the daily internet off and on and the landline only allowing out bound calls for 10 yrs!

    I hate this company it's always a problem. Internet gies in and out all day So kicked off work or sites TV the worst! Daily goes out had technician here yesterday and in less the 20 hours even worse! I am paying hundreds of dollars a month fir not 1 thing to work right! I would never advise anyone to buy your service cuz its not its a ripp Off. So as o have no TV I will start calling your replacement cuz you should been fired 1 st x 10 yrs ago!

    These comments are directed at this store, and not the call centers. Stopped here to return some phone equipment. Was told I had to have a mask or I would be refused service. The sign says "If you don't have a mask, we're happy to assist you outside. All I wanted to do was drop off equipment. It literally got to the point that an employee started kicking the phones out the door with their foot. And to think, this is how kids treat their elders. Kids

You're treated like a worthless waste of time here. They don't care whether they have your business or not. I went in on 1-1-26 with an unlocked phone. I was very bluntly told they couldn't do anything to activate the ESim because of the type of account I had. It would work with a regular ATT account, just not mine. I was told "go return it and get an ATT phone." Needless to say, I was a bit irritated as absolutely nowhere was this presented as a possible challenge. As I turned to walk out, the salesman sarcastically tried to sell me their fiber internet with a wry grin on his face. I went home that night and activated the phone with T Mobile. Went to T Mobile today and transferred my number and received EXCEPTIONAL service. I followed that up going back to this store to discontinue my phone line. I walked in and the employees asked what I was there to do and I told them I wanted to cancel my service. They took my information down and checked me in. 35 minutes later with my family waiting, an associate helps me. He immediately tells me they can't discontinue service in this store. I clarified that they can do everything here except discontinue a line, and he confirmed. He told me to call customer service and gave me a business card. I said it was absolutely unacceptable that I told the initial employee what I was here to do, and they made me wait 35 minutes to tell me they couldn't do anything. I said the customer service like this is why I'm leaving. The employee didn't care, offer an apology, or anything. He just told me well go online and cancel your line, it'll take 5 minutes. My family has a combined 80+ years and two retirements from ATT, and they're embarrassed and don't even use ATT services anymore and haven't for years. That should tell you something. When I told this associate this, he said that's ok, they can cancel too. Not a single care about losing 6+ customers, especially with a new fiber internet connection in our area. Absolutely pathetic customer service here and I wouldn't wish ATT on my worst enemy. I'd go without phone and internet before I ever signed up with them again. DO NOT come to this location and do not give them your money.

    Been a loyal Verizon customer for a long time. Always have had great customer service. That is no…read morelonger the case. I spoke with Verizon employees at a local store and they walked me through getting an upgraded iPhone. I turned in my iPhone, worth over $600 used according to them, and the remaining balance would be just over $200 for a promo deal. I paid the remaining off in deposits. I recently changed my plan with Verizon due to the bill being very high. The online support said I was good to go and that my new plan would only be $50. Perfect! I was charged the $50 the following month and all was well...until recently they changed my bill to now over $80 stating that I have not paid off the new device!!! That is NOT what the store said originally. Now I'm being forced to pay off the phone when the phone was paid off with the value of the trade in and the deposits. Customer service basically says "oh well". I will never do business with Verizon again. Officially changing to T-Mobile and I recommend EVERYONE to never use Verizon as they will lie to you to choose a deal that doesn't exist and then steal your money. EDIT: After chatting with yet another agent, they finally came up with a resolution to bring back promo credits that I was owed. I would give 5 stars but due to the week long headache this caused, and the fact that this resolution could have been made earlier, I can only give 4 stars.

    I am writing this review to report an egregious experience on 5/1/26 at approximately 3 PM. Two…read morefemale employees willfully removed me from the store when I clearly explained that I am a contract customer with current service and my phone is locked and unable to not only call their customer service, but no access to emergency 911. That is a violation of FFC laws as a utility. I will make it simple. Here is the email I have sent to the FCC, PUC and CA Attorney General Citizen complaint department: "Dear FCC,etc, I am a Verizon customer, and on May 1, 2026, at 9824 Mission Gorge Road, Suite A, Santee, CA 92071, I was denied essential service despite having a locked phone and being unable to contact emergency services. As a utility, Verizon has a duty to ensure my access. This failure put me at serious risk. As I walked through the store, several customers expressed confusion and concern, also unsure of what to do. Please investigate this egregious breach of duty." I hope this eliminates your egregious treatment of customers----my account dates back to 1992. DO BETTER. Adjust your attitude. You are NOT a privilege, you are a utility. Adhere to the rules! Share more
