It tasted like most of the flavor stayed on the outside rather than soaking into the crawfish. If they let the crawfish sit in the sauce longer, I think it would make a big difference. The fried catfish was solid, and the whole wings were good. Regular wings were just okay. Prices are pretty reasonable though around $10/lb normally, and they are running a special of 5 lbs for $45. Overall, a decent spot with potential. If the crawfish were juicier, I'd definitely come back because the sauce itself is actually pretty good!

The Pasta Rosa dish had sliced Parmesan strips on top of penne with shrimp, crawfish and sausage for the protein with mushrooms and a tomato cream sauce. This meal initially tricked me. My first impression was that while there was plenty of protein the taste of the tomato cream sauce was lacking some flavor. I expected more. However as I kept eating and getting beyond the top layer of the food the flavor increased significantly. I think that the proteins caused the sauce in the lower half of the dish to create more punch. This dish got better and better and I changed my mind.
