    Crabless Deviled Crab
    Liranda C.

I just ate at this place. The food was mediocre at best. The deviled crab were beautiful and looked delicious, but was mediocre at best, absolutely not one morsel of crab meat in the whole entire thing. I also had flounder that I swear was tilapia, it tasted okay but the corn I had with it was flavorless, cold and tough. The server was very sweet and responsive.

Delicious Crab legs, several fresh an fried seafood options. Several shrimp an muscle an oyster dishes to try. Nice an simple dessert selection, chocolate covered strawberries an macadamia nut cookies, cookies were a nice touch to finish meal. Service was good, fast seating an a nice waitress who checked on us frequently.

Brooklyn was very attentive and the food was delish! This was our first time and we can't wait to bring the family

To the left of our corner table. Had a while of a time!

Looking at the outside, there is a very colorful mural of undersea fancy, hand panted on the building exterior walls. Your first thought might be "wow, that's ornate and probably where the effort stops with decoration. Oh no, that would be seriously incorrect. Going inside the place is packed with ornate, large, colorful scenery that make you feel like you are sitting in someone's aquarium, complete with whales, sharks, octopus, huge crabs, lobster, okra, giant pufferfish , even penguins and a massive boat wreck. If that was not enough, the entire place is animated complete with sound. They startthe animation up every so often, especially when kids come in. It makes you feel like a kid again. The buffet is amazing. Not just fried fish, but broiled fish, ocean scallops, blue crab, crawdads (mud bugs), Alaskan snow crab, two types of steak, mounds of deserts. The spread is not only extensive, the food is made available with care to detail and presentation. An attractive buffet too. If you only went for the snow crab, the buffet would be worth it. It is the best, most tender snow crab I have ever had (and I get them regularly at seafood restaurants) Now remember, it is a buffet so the service isn't something you would normally expect to be great. Guess again! We had this wonderful young lady named Damilya who really outdid herself. Some of the best service we have had anywhere and this is a buffet place! In watching the rest of the staff, it seems you can't get bad service here. What a gem. A must stop for us for Myrtle Beach.

From the moment we walked in, we felt like we got a unique experience. The restaurant features animatronic sea life hanging from the ceilings, walls, and even the doors, making you feel like you're dining underwater. Grab a tropical drink and you'll feel transported straight to paradise. The servers were on top off removing shells from the table and keep drinks full. They can also make sure the animatronics run while you're eating (just ask)! The fresh crab legs were a standout sweet, tender, and full of flavor in every bite. The peel and eat shrimp were mouthwatering and the raw oysters were beyond fresh. The fried seafood was crispy, golden, and absolutely packed with flavor. For the ultimate indulgence, don't skip adding a whole lobster to your meal. My lobster was huge, juicy, and delicious! Make sure to save room for dessert which is homemade too. Whether you're celebrating a special occasion or just craving great seafood with a view, this is a fun spot. Highly recommend if you're in the area!

Wow! This place is phenomenal. What an amazing place to take your family and especially kiddos. The sea animals all around the restaurant are animatronics and they move around. It's so colorful too, and it's just a really fun themed place. Definitely the most fun seafood restaurant in Myrtle Beach! The staff and service is so friendly and attentive. And, the food is epic! The pineapple drink is a must order, and the prime rib, seafood is endless, and all the sides and desserts are awesome too. Add this place to your bucket list!

Our first and second visit consisted mostly of the same things: Oysters and Calamari to start, Seafood Mac & Cheese and Fish & Chips. I had the lettuce wraps, which are big, so share. And I had Crab Cakes. The wraps were good but they needed a better aioli in my opinion, because it became a sort of watery dressing instead of something sturdier. And the pico de gallo was not actually that. It was diced tomato, onion and had zero taste of lime, salt or spicy. It was fine but could have been killer. My hubby had the Clam Chowder, Pan Seared Grouper and the shrimp Po Boy. He loved the grouper, risotto and the chowder. The fish was flaky and seasoned well. The po boy needed more sauce but was really delicious. My daughter (16) needed a seafood break since she had the fish and chips the first visit and went with the Claw House Burger. She said it was seasoned and that it was indeed 1/4 lb. And Fish & Chips was the best she had had (which, she's had an incredible amount for her young age) -- not too much breading, nice crisp on the outside and juicy fish. The fries both nights were a little chewy but the flavor was there. And how can I forget. Even though on the second night we saw at least five tables start with the Crab Nachos we added a third item, Fried Clam Strips. Those were ridiculously good. I'm not a fan of tartar sauce so I ate it without and it was perfect on its own. Everything was fresh, they paid attention to detail in most individual elements and the location sent it over the top. Definitely worth a visit.

A table of 4 sat a few minutes before we did and a table of 6 sat probably 10 minutes after them. Our table and the table of 6 were served before the group of 4 who had to ask a bus boy for service. Yikes! Server was sweet besides the empty non alcoholic beverage glasses she did not fill when our food came out. She didn't come back to check in on us until my husband's 6 bites of dinner were already gone. I asked if the portion is usually that small (especially in comparison to the significantly cheaper - MASSIVE PORTIONS we saw being served all around us) and she politely said "yes. typically, sometimes a little bigger." As someone with a culinary arts degree & kitchen background I was very very very disappointed on the portion size of his entree for the price & sizes of surrounding entrees being served (that were cheaper or around the same price) and it literally ruined my entire experience. A smidge dramatic but the God's honest truth! Great view, beautiful patio, friendly service - just extremely disappointed. I planned to order both of us dessert and immediately skipped out & asked for the check when the server finally came over to ask how our food was. This review is hot & cold because my experience was. Would I recommend it? I'd recommend going for the best oysters in Myrtle and a clean, friendly facility - but that's about all I can say! PS - $3 "destination fee?" Clearly I'm not from around here, but it was the only restaurant from north Myrtle down to Murrells to charge us a fee for eating there as a tourist.

They must have updated the menu recently because it was a lot higher and didn't have some of the same items. I'm uploading the pics of the menu as of today. Lobster Mac and cheese was light on the lobster and scallops, but had a lot of shrimp. The lobster grilled cheese was much better. Shrimp po-boy shrimp was ok, but we had shrimp the past few nights that was much better. My MIL said the chicken pot pie was the best she ever had. We've been to three different places in the past few days and the thing that stood out here the most was the service. Our server was very sweet, but had too many tables. The other places we went to were bringing us refills before we had to ask. Our drinks were empty for a while here, and I know it wasn't that she wasn't paying attention. She had several big tables. We made a reservation for outdoors, but when we got there, they said they don't reserve for indoor or outdoor, which isn't want they said on the phone. We also were there for 1.5 hours with the reservation. I think maybe they were just understaffed. But there were also several empty tables which is unusual at 6:00 in the summer. So overall, it was good, but with so many options, we wouldn't feel compelled to go back.

I had the She Crab Soup followed by a nightly special, Red Drum stuffed with a crab cake. The soup was OK but I didn't actually find any crab in it and it was kinda bland. The Drum was just awful - I should have sent it back but being in a large group I didn't want to hold everyone up. The stuffed Drum was the most expensive thing on the menu. It was tough, dry and WAY overcooked. The top of the Crab cake stuffing was burnt black. I suspect the dish had been cooked a day or two ago and simply reheated. Our waitress was wonderful, fast, efficient and got everyone's order right. She even put the TV on the Atlanta Braves game for us. I would probably try this place again, but I'd just order something fried.
