H O R R I B L E experience . My family of 3 came to dine in for a last min dinner at 545pm 2/1/25. Yes, I was greeted and seated... but from there on it was a "I WISH I WOULDVE KEPT DRIVING" moment waitress came 30mins later... prior to that 3 other tables were seated and I saw them serviced with their order and drinks. I immediately went to the greeter and asked what's going on, he stated "the waiters were not responding to his orders for the zones" I'm like okay no problem. Well well well, 30mins later here's my waiter.. I told her I wanted to speak to the manager after placing my order. She never told the manager anything, I saw him standing and asked "are you the manager" he gave me the DUMBEST BLANK STARE and I said, "what's your name" he hesitated and humped his shoulder looking away saying "Kevin" I knew at that moment my service was not appreciated... I couldn't voice my concern smfh The waiter returns asking do you want your order? I'm like of course why wouldn't I ?!!! Tilapia taste like it's being friend in chicken grease, eww. This place could have 5 stars in no time. I usually get the shrimp in the bag. The sauce was just amazing, and probably the best flavor I've had. The only minor problem is that the shrimp as stated previously was a bit overcooked, and that can make a difference in how good the shrimp can be. The food was so good! My friends and I tried to come here on their opening day and we came late so they ran out of food and couldn't seat us. Weeks later we still wanted to try it and it was WORTH IT. I really recommend the crab n spice and lemon garlic flavor when you order seafood. This restaurant was extremely upsetting and very insulting to my family. My family and I were celebrating my nieces 18th birthday. Upon being in the restaurant and spending over $500, the manager came and tapped me on my shoulder and told me that we had been there over three hours and we had stayed too long and told us that it was time that we leave. I have never felt so insulted and I have never been so offended after spending that type of money and celebrating a birthday for my teenage niece. Some things to know before coming here: Wait time was really short so that was a nice surprise. The food wasn't bad, they had variety in their menu. But be careful when ordering the mussels due to how many of them were actually empty shells without any meat to be found in the bag. However what really threw us off was the service. Initially, we had specifically asked for our calamari appetizer to be brought out first and our waitress agreed, however it was brought out after our main meal. Asked for water and they gave us mini cups and said for a full cup to get water was three dollars each, and server never came to check up on us at all during the meal. Compared to other seafood boil restaurants in the area where they give you great service, shellfish with actual meat, and full sized cups for just water, this place disappointed. I went on a Friday night. The wait time is average like all seafood. I ordered from the AYCE menu. We ordered a bag of whole shrimp, potatoes you get a cluster crab anything extra after the first order is $12 corn and sausage medium spice Lemon pepper fries and Cajun. Our first order was wrong the bag was filled with Mussels and Crawfish disappointed because the wait for your food does take a while after seating. The fries and no flavor and the sauce is basically oil and garlic butter no matter the flavor even tho we asked for the second to be spicer it all taste the same Onion rings disgusting the best thing was fried string beans. So if the waiter or waitress does not explain the AYCE menu like our Waitress you will be stuck with food and ask to pay $30 or by the lb of what you have left I should've took a pick of the pan after it sat and turnt into boil sauce of lard. Noted we asked the waitress to explain our tab and she was very rude and trying to argue back in regards not eating all the food and, Or wanting to pay to take it home due to her not acknowledging the price change if you don't eat all the food. One point my boyfriend and I went to this place 2 times in 1 weeks. I really love the all you can eat special. They provide a good amount of food for the value. Not the best sauce but it's not bad. And who can beat AYCE Seafood for $40/person. Last time I went through me off. I brought my kids. It was a party of 5. They wouldn't give us two trays at a time. I just wanted to split the food up so we all didn't have to reach over each other. They forgot to give us 5 clusters for the group (1 cluster each person) I told our waitress she brought more out. Her service was mediocre at best. She didn't keep up we had to wave her down a lot to get more food. At the end they charged me gratuity. I am a great tipper, every other time I came in. We would spend about $90 and I always tip about $40 & that was just for myself and my boyfriend. They forced a $50 tip on me which I wouldn't have mind if she was doing a good job & I probably would have given her a tip on top of that since we were a party of 5. But having to search for our waitress for more food to get the value of AYCE. I haven't been back since, will go back in the future but won't bring more people read more

Took my family of 6 last Sunday 2/23/25 at 12:45pm. We weren't greeted friendly, we were almost ignored just to get seated. Restaraunt wasnt even half way filled! My daughter and wife did not want the all you can eat since they already ate at church, but wanted some clam chowder and dessert. Manager said we couldn't sit together. I ordered a bucket of beer anyway, that never came out. I saw a table for 4 and a table for 2 next to it. Asked the manager if we could move there, and she said no one was working in that area, and we could absolutely not sit at those tables. Whoever owns this place, get a better manager!!! We walked out, and I'm a big spender at restaraunts, and even a bigger tipper when service is good. Had she not spoken to me with all the attitude, I may have even just stayed and had my daughter and wife sit in a completely different area. Placed an order in the morning for pick up at 4:45pm. Over $350 worth of food. When we arrived, I was told to go to the back to pick up the food. After being handed two bags, I asked if that was it or if I needed to do anything else. The girl said I was good to go. Carrying the bags out, I couldnt believe all the food was there so we opened the bags before leaving the parking lot. I was missing over $120 in food (whole dungeness crab and lobster tails). Took the bags straight back in. The girl at the counter said she tried calling me to let me know that part of my order could not be fulfilled. Why didn't they say anything while I was at the counter 2 minutes earlier and asked if there was anything else? Why did you charge me if the order could not be fulfilled? The message they left me they said they made a mistake and the food left behind was duplicative not for mine. Turns out it was the missing lobster tails. They refunded me for the crab. I paid $65 plus tax and the girl hands me $65. I had to asked why I was not being refunded the tax for the food not received. They couldn't answer me and eventually handed me some money in the ballpark. Check your orders. If I had not, I would have paid over $120 for food they didn't give me when I picked up and probably would have claimed I received since the message said the food there was duplicative. First time at the Crab N spice i recently went to boiling crab and that's one of my favorites. The service was pretty good just the food wasn't all that great. We ordered the garlic noodles and they really just tasted like bland garlic noodles and really didn't even taste like garlic and tasted like top ramen. We asked the lady for lemon pepper wings but gave us a sweet like churro seasoning on the wings and wasn't a big fan also took a while for the wings to come out the brought the food and 10 minutes later gave us the wings that weren't really that special . The rice was very mushy wasn't a big fan of the rice at all it's kind of hard to mess up white rice. Also some of the workers didn't even know what was on the menu so they couldn't really help us order lady thought the garlic noodles had crab in them since there was a crab logo next to it and she just didn't know at all about the menu so was kind of hard for her to help us. Overall I would give this Place a 3/10 I'd prefer boiling crab any day over Crab N Spice. read more

I met a friend here which she saw a post on instagram advertising this place. Honestly I think people are only hype about this place because of the $40 all you can eat seafood which will attract anyone in these days. I didn't go for the deal I went just to try out a new spot near me. The service was great as far as explaining the menu and just being attentive. The ambiance of the space wasn't bad but at 8pm at to have flies and gnats flying around isn't enjoyable. Now with the actual food, my friend and I ordered a seafood bag to share with a king crab added to our bag. The king crab were extremely hard the crack and it seems as though we were shorted a pound. The sauce was completely bland we order their sauce that has all of them included and the waitress stated they add coconut to the sauce which didn't make sense. Anyway completely nasty! The sauce taste like it had water in it. We ordered a bowl of rice and it came to the table looking like mashed potatoes, we communicated to our waitress regarding the unpleasant taste and quality of the food along with the rice being mashed and was told all of the rice was that way and we would have to make a new pot of rice. 0/10. If you seen a tiktok/instagram post from a "foodie" reviewing this place just know I'm positive some of them are being paid or given free food to give these reviews because it's no way they enjoyed this. read more
