This place has fresh seafood with great prices. We've bought seafood to go at other spots in the area, but this is our favorite by far. The soft shell crab sandwich is massive and comes with 2 huge pieces! The oysters are also a great price and they shuck it for you (extra fee). You can also BYOB to enjoy with your food.

Crabs To Go is a favorite lunch spot when I'm in OCMd. This restaurant is open all year and has both cooked and uncooked seafood options. You order at the counter and they call your name over the loud speaker. I love the outside picnic tables in the sand. The food is made to order and usually comes out in a reasonable time. The fried flounder is fresh and crispy and the old bay fries are spot on for a beach day. I love their crab dip!!!

Very interesting spot for fresh and cooked seafood. You can enjoy your meal there but mainly take TOGO. There are outdoor picnic tables in the area and some free parking spots are available. (next to gas station) This place is quite casual but service is nice and fast. Food is great and good quality.

As you walk up, you'd think that this little spot was just an everyday seafood market. It's rustic and nautical. It feels as if you walked right onto the ocean shore. Everyone is kind and knowledgeable. Everything is fresh and delicious! It's a little pricy. But, it's worth every penny. They have outdoor seating. So, if the weather is bad. Be ready, to take it to go. Every time we're in town, Crabs-To-Go is our go to spot. We've ordered crab cakes, cream of crab soup, and plenty of other sides. The cream of crab soup is my favorite. It's creamy, flavorful, and rich. You will get a bite of crab in every spoon full. It's sweet, flaky, and delicate! Pure heaven. Make sure to stir it if you're sharing. The crab falls all to the bottom. Cream of Crab Soup- This soup is smooth, rich, and velvety. It is made in house the potatoes are soft and creamy, the vegetables are soft and flavorful, and the crab melts in your mouth! If you love crab, this soup is made for you. It has so many layers of dreamy, delicious, seafood flavors. It's very rich. So, don't eat too much, lol. Try your best to control yourself. Maryland Crab Cake Meal-This meal is a little bit pricy is cost $45 for two crab cakes and two sides. But, it's worth it! The crab cakes are crumbly, and crispy on the outside. And, light and flaky on the inside. They're briny, savory, and delicious all in one bite I like it with just a touch of freshly squeezed lemon juice. It adds that fresh pop of acidity that ties the whole dish together. Onion Rings- The onion rings were crunchy, crispy, and chewy on the outside, and juicy, sweet, and succulent on the inside. They were cooked to perfection! One of the best onion rings that I've ever had! FRIES The fries were crispy and crunchy on the outside while being creamy on fluffy on the inside. They were pure heaven! And, they had a zesty salty seasoning on the outside that made them pure perfection! All in all, from the minute that you walk up to the second that you walk out. Everything is absolutely perfect! If you come here, you'll definitely have a new favorite spot to come. But, most of all. You'll have a heavily meal. No mater, what you choose to get. So, stop by for some fresh seafood. You won't regret it!

Hands down the best quality crabs!! Always stop by when I'm in town. Highly recommend

I ordered a fresh tuna platter. The platter sounded large, so I took it despite the relatively high price tag of $40, because I reasonably thought the portion size would make up for it. I was unpleasantly baited into buying a piece of mid tuna about the size of my fist. It came with 2 sides, which tasted better than the supposedly high quality fish and were included with the dish. Don't come here.

If you've been to OCMD, this place is sort of easy to miss yet impossible to miss. On one hand in the immortal words from the B-52's - "Funky Little Shack" definitely describes it well as it is little but at the same time of the two main roads to get in and out of town, Crabs to Go is well placed along Route 50 in Berlin. 1. crabstogo.com/market-pricing/ 2. crabstogo.com/menu/ The above pricing is really all you need to know. #1 would be if you want to do it yourself and you just need to buy the product from them and #2 is if you want them to make it for you. You either call and place your order in advance (recommended) or in principle you can just show up and wait in your car/next door gas station or in their outside seating area until your order is ready. Maryland Crab Soup - Cream of Crab Soup - Crab Cake Platter - Broiled Scallop Platter It's pretty hard to bang on anything here. I mean sure I could nitpick over a few technical flaws like the size of the crab cakes being a bit on the small side or the consistency of the corn bread being very sticky but overall, the food is excellent in terms of the quality and in the preparation. The pricing here is definitely on the steep side but, it's also very, very good. No brainer next time we're back in the OCMD area.

Small crabs- go early to get the larger ones!

A crab shack on the side of the road next to a gas station....yes, let's try it...lol That was a good decision! Unfortunately we went late in the day and all the larger crabs were sold out. We were lucky enough to get a dozen small. The crabs were steamed with just the right amount of seasoning...meaty and sweet. We also got steam Shrimps and broil scallops. Both were finger licking good. The scallops were perfectly cooked! It was so good, we got another order to go. The only thing Mediocre was the hush puppies. Think they were different from what we are used too..they were too sweet for our taste. I would definitely go back to get food when I am in the area.

When you're in ocean this is a must visit spot! The food is so fresh and delicious! The crab cakes are the best!! You can tell that they are fresh and don't use many fillers. It's perfect and amazing. The food is simple but well seasoned, which makes it sooo good! While I don't like scallops , my wife says this is the best scallops she's ever had! The seating area is really cool and fun to eat in. We knew we were in the right spot because everyone kept asking if we've been to Crabs to Go before because they were returning customers!

Crab cakes bussin. The seafood platter was enough for 2. Service was A1. You can order and grab a case of beer next door at the gas station.

Excellent local spot for seafood! My office orders lunch from here about twice a month and I've grabbed dinner on the way home several times. The cream of crab soup is amazing! Extremely creamy without feeling heavy and huge chunks of crab. The rockfish tacos are HUGE and delicious. That's my new go to for lunch. I also highly recommend the deviled eggs....I know crab in deviled eggs sounds weird but trust me. You want to try them. Outdoor seating is super fun (beach chairs, umbrellas, white sand, etc). I can't wait to bring my parents here when they come visit.

Maybe tonight was off for them because for what I got around 5:30ish for $45 is way too much to pay for a flounder-6 shrimps-1crab cake-6 scallops-6 strips of clam along with a small size of coleslaw and 7 pcs. of onion rings. I'm sure the seafood are fresh but certainly I did not get whatever was stated on the menu. The thing is we'll never be back here anytime soon and it is just an awful experience to have this for that one and only time we tried what is supposedly the best in town.

While camping at Assateague National Seashore for a short period of time I liked my first meal here so much I came back again for lunch the next day. On my first visit, my guy and I shared the Famous "Fried" Combo ($42) which had: Flounder, Crab Cake, Shrimp. Scallops, and Clam Strips and a side of fries. Advertised as over a pound of seafood, this platter was a good size to share although if you are hungry, you could probably finish it yourself. The flounder was fine, the crab cake was good (not too fried), the shrimp were amazing (but too few), the scallops were great, even the larger sized clam strips were flavorful! The shrimp were the star of the show for me, they were butterflied and so lightly fried, absolute heaven. I usually do not like scallops but I liked the texture of these fried scallops and the flavor of the scallop was still fresh despite being fried. On my next visit we ordered the softshell crab sandwich and a fried shrimp basket. The flavor of the softshell crab sandwich was really good and I can finally understand why people order this. The fried shrimp basket was a bit of a letdown after my first meal here because the shrimp were not butterflied as they were in the Famous Fried Combo, but they were still delicious. The fries here are just okay, but I do recommend the Smith Island cake, it is a little sweet but also delicate and delicious. Ambiance wise, Crabs to go is located on a highway with views of a Citgo gas station. They have an oyster shell floor in the yard and nice tables with umbrellas to eat at, but the view is still of a highway. Personally, I kind of liked the juxtaposition of eating amazing seafood while looking at the highway. My only critique of Crabs to Go was their port a potty (which looks like it is shared with the Citgo) was not clean.

Unfortunately, they booked a party of at least 60 people for the second floor dining room. Every table was reserved for this party. The restaurant is way too small and did not have enough staff to handle a large group like that. The patrons who were already seated on the second floor were basically ignored after the large group started pouring in. They did not have enough tables or chairs for that group and the dining room was far too crowded for comfort. Kids from the group were running back and forth between their tables and the restroom. They were in the way of the staff serving food and drinks and none of the parents were doing anything to corral their children. People coming into the restaurant were taking one look into the dining room and leaving. They should have closed the second floor dining room and not sent people up there who were not with the large group. Cramming people in around the bar and a tiny side bar was just not a good idea. By the time the room was packed with people from the large party, it was so loud that I couldn't even have a conversation with my husband who was sitting right next to me.

No filler, fresh Crab, Eastern Shore style and delicious. The medium crabs were very good. Some establishments would be seeking them as Large. They were seasoned and steamed perfectly. Heavy and sweet. The sides; Corn on the Cob, steamed in the Husk was very good and the Hush Puppies were a perfect pairing. My apologies for lack of pictures, we ate most everything before I started taking pictures. Rob and Rose were very attentive. The attention to detail, customer first, quality service and passion for excellent food was on full display. The dining is beach rustic and perfect.
