Orange Crushes never dissapoint and neither does their food. This is an absolute must stop in OCMD for my husband and I.

Stopped into the Harborside bar and grill on a Monday for happy hour. They have great specials and plenty of seating. The restaurant is right on the water so the views are great. Our server was quick and attentive and the menu had something for everyone. We decided on some apps, the mozz sticks tasted very average and probably frozen. But the crab dip was tasty. I enjoyed my orange crush. The parking lot is small but I'd come here again, it's a great casual spot to hangout with friends!

Just ok for me. The restaurant and parking is quite small and narrow. Food is nothing special, also the portion seem small if compare to the price. It is a good place for hanging out or party with friends, but not really for family or a couple or single (my opinion). Atmosphere is not very amazing like many people comments before. It is located next to a little canal with crowded of boats and surrounding buildings, not BEACH, SEA or OCEAN like imagination, please understand that. There is patio seating area that you might feel breeze and chilled out but just a few. Service was so-so, not much to mention.

Went for the orange crushes, they were good but super expensive. The food was all subpar and the waiter was in a hurry to get us out of there, just not super friendly. Go for drinks, not the food.

Another year, another stop at one of our family staples while on vacation. Harborside offers a fabulous location right on the water with plenty of seating. Between the inside bar, the deck bar, tables on the deck, and tables out on the dock on the canal, you'll be able to find a seat at the venue that offers the original Orange Crush. Happy Hour here, like many places in the area, is very good. Cheap rail drinks, good food deals, and always a great vibe. Their Orange and Grapefruit Crushes are also featured on happy hour and they're must orders. We started with Orange Crushes sitting next to the windows overlooking the canal. Then the rains came and we were lucky enough to score a seat at the inside bar which has lots of seating -- Harborside was very busy as many people were here from the Boardwalk Rock concert. We spent the rest of happy hour at the bar ordering a variety of different foods and beverages. I had a couple Tequila Sunrises on Happy Hour and then switched to a Yuengling in a frosted mug -- love they have frosted beer mugs here. We split Seared Ahi Tuna, Buffalo Wings, and Blackened Mahi Tacos. I don't think the food here is going to blow you away, but everything is typically good and portions are large. The wings were the best wings we had that long weekend and were very good for my wing standards. The size of the ahi tuna they served us surprised me (in a good way) and was seared very nicely -- definitely wasn't overdone. The tuna was also served with a tasty seaweed salad that was a nice compliment. Each taco included large pieces of mahi and a nice portion of fries on the side. Next time I'm here for happy hour I think I'll skip the tacos and add the steamed clams as they looked and smelled great. We have always stopped at Harborside at least once each time we visit the area for as long as I can remember. The atmosphere, memories, views, and drinks definitely makes it feel like we're on vacation and help us all look forward to coming back each year.

Visiting Ocean City and I was told I HAD to have an Orange Crush so I visited Harborside Bar and Grill. YES....you NEED I have an Orange Crush!! And a Grapefruit Crush...delicious!!!! Like they are squeezing fresh oranges and grapefruit into your drink!!!! We sat at the bar and the service was great! We also had some broiled shrimp, the seafood bisque, and the crab dip. The food was ok. The bisque had a lot of seafood but it was very very thick. Pro tip: eat the onions with the shrimp. You're welcome.

Great place to eat, happy, bubbly staff and even people around eating and talking really enjoyed being there. I had the shrimp wrap and hubby got the fish and chips. Both were enjoyed by big cold beers. I tried the spicy Paloma drink.....eat local all....here you will not be disappointed....food for everyone!

We have never made it to Harborside in our previous trips to the area and since we are big fans of Orange crushes, have been wanting to come to the place of the original Orange Crush. Stopped in for an early family dinner and the place was jam packed. Happy hour time and they had a crew of people there enjoying themselves with a live band that was pretty good and not too loud. I don't think I was expecting it to be so busy then but it was. Definitely a popular happy hour spot. However, the staff must be used to that as they didn't miss a beat with getting tables sat (small wait for us for a table of 4, 10 minutes), getting orders taken, and drinks and food out. Very efficient and friendly service! Beside the large adult happy hour crowd, there were also lots of families there then as well. The orange crushes were good but unfortunately not the best we have had. Perhaps because they were a happy hour price, they seemed weak and like there was minimal vodka in them. I like a balance cocktail but also like to taste the alcohol. If not, it's a miss for me. The orange juice was freshly squeezed and it was refreshing but since this was the reason we trekked it to this west OCMD location, I am not sure we would go back. The food was pretty good- standout for us was the crab dip with pretzel bread- really nicely done and the best part of the meal. Kids had typical kids fare and they have a children's menu. Husband got the blackened tuna sandwich and asked for it medium. It came out cooked that way and he really enjoyed it. The tuna was fresh and done nicely! I got a Caesar salad and opted for a fried crab cake to try it this way since I typically get it broiled. Salad was good, caesar dressing was more of a vinaigrette type which I prefer it to be on the creamy side. I should also mention their tartar sauce (which came with my husbands sandwich and I stole for my Crabcake) was good as well- spicy and flavorful. Crabcake was good, not the best I have had down here but decent. I would say overall, this place runs like a well oiled machine with service and staff. It is family friendly but can get a larger bar crowd. This makes for great people watching though!!! The food was better than I expected but we didn't love the drinks which is mainly why we came to give it a try. I'm sure I could have asked for it to be stronger, but why have to ask? A solid 3 out of 5 stars for us and glad we were able to come check it out!

Came on a Saturday night around 8/9pm... very loud music, DJ yelling things, rowdy younger groups crowd with some families and quiet couples sprinkled in. The table of 8 next to us was talking pretty loudly and having questionable conversations, and I heard a server go up to them and ask them to watch their use of the F word as there were a few families with younger kids in the vicinity. They didn't really cease. I was relieved after they were done trying to figure out how to split the bill for 20 minutes. Service was fine, pretty quick and responsive. Extensive drinks/ cocktails menu but rum heavy. I got the fish tacos which were actually pretty good - the tortilla, salsa, and fillings weren't anything special, just chopped up mango, tomatoes, and slaw but I thought the fish was fried well, not too batter-y or greasy and flavorful. The sweet potato fries were on the soggy side but I still liked them, cuz they weren't dry and well, carbs. Kind of cool that it's the original spot that created Orange Crush mixed drink. Lively place to hang out with decent food- but if you're looking for low key and chill, which we kind of were after a long day... this wasn't it! Definitely a lively and popular spot though!

We ordered the seafood combo that included six hard-shell crabs, three pounds of snow crab legs, a half-pound of shrimp, corn, and hush puppies. The hard-shell crabs were decent, although they seemed slightly oversteamed. The meat in the legs was practically fused to the shell, making them difficult to eat. The snow crab legs were good, but the shrimp were noticeably undercooked, which made peeling them nearly impossible. There were a few bright spots. The beer was reasonably priced at $4.50 a pint, and the hush puppies were excellent--arguably the best part of the entire meal. The corn, however, was tough and seemed past its prime. For the roughly $145 we spent on the combo, I expected a better overall dining experience. Sadly, this seems to be the standard at many seafood restaurants these days: higher prices without a corresponding increase in quality. And while it's a minor issue compared to the food, the deck seating chairs were surprisingly uncomfortable and felt out of place for a restaurant charging these prices. Overall, the meal wasn't terrible, but it fell well short of expectations given the cost.

Highly recommend for someone who is new to the seafood world. My daughter's snow crab legs were cooked just right and well-sized. Chicken was slightly overcooked. We were set on getting the salmon and the swordfish dishes which we did, and it did not disappoint! They were the most delicious dishes I had experienced in a long time. I asked about the seasoning on the salmon and the waitress, who was fabulous, said it was Moroccan. I loved the hint of cinnamon but according to the Moroccan spice I looked at on the web, it is a combination of numerous spices which amounts to a delicious combination of flavors. Both dishes were paired perfectly with their sides and sauces. I have never left a review about a restaurant before. This will be one of my few unforgettable meals. If dining inside, bring a sweater.
