Crackin' Combo 3 with spicy crackin sauce
    Bianka G.

Think Boiling Crab BUT without the crowd and long wait times. You can even make a large group reservation. We got the Cajun fries which had a tasty seasoning on there. addictive. The garlic noodles are very garlicky and a good portion. For shrimp they offer peeled or unpeeled with the head still on and For the sauce GET CRACKIN MIX (lemon pepper, garlic , and Cajun) it's already mild heat but get it Spicy. Really flavorful and good amount of heat. The crab was really good. Fresh and with that nice sweet taste to it. You will get your hands dirty and smell of garlic for days but it's worth it. Service was attentive and there's a parking lot right in the back. Very convenient.

Service was good. They bring you everything you want. It just took a while for the food to come out. - Michelada 3.1/5 It was OK. You can choose whatever beer you want. - Combo #2 with Dungeness & Shrimp 5/5 Everything was cooked well. The crab was fresh. Got the hottest sauce on the side (extra $5) and it was not that spicy. - Snow Crab Legs Regular snow crab legs, nothing special. Parking in lot in the street or across the street.

First off the servers are 5 stars!! They work super hard and are super nice!! The food is good though the menu is rather limited. The shrimp, shrimp sliders, garlic noodles and garlic broccoli were very tasty but the gumbo was lacking. We did have an issue that only half our order came out initially and the rest came out significantly later. It's in a very cute location with convenient parking. The ambiance is basic but clean and family oriented. They have TVs around with various sports playing. It's not too loud that you can't have conversations. We have been twice and definitely we be back many more times.

Wanted Cajun style seafood so I placed a phone order for some crawfish, shrimp, and clams with corn and sausage. Order was ready in 15 min. Do yourself a favor and order the seafood with the crackin' mix (lemon pepper, garlic, and Cajun) extra spicy because anything less just won't do. I appreciated the limes, bibs, and the roll of paper provided to make the takeout meal just as great as dining in.

I came here for lunch and I had the one pound option with shrimp x2 and mussels. If you double up on anything there is a $2 charge. I had it in mild which was okay. The garlic noodles were good too. The wings were on the smaller side, but still worth a try.

This place was an unexpected HOMERUN! I came here to celebrate a dear friend's birthday and we intentionally picked a place that could be kid friendly as we had 3 boys ranging in ages 8, 9, & 10. The restaurant was spacious and a bit mellow since it was a 5PM dinner on a Sunday. But it was perfect for us as the boys got their own kids table and the adults sat a table in front and everyone truly had a blast. I was gleefully blown away at this restaurant because I've been around to try the other Boiling Crabs, Crabby Crab, etc. So I had minimal expectations as all the other ones I've been to were good but not GREAT. Then I tried Cracking Crab last night and you can throw all the other similar joints out the window. HANDS DOWN this place WINS for being the BEST! The crab was juicy, tender, and moist. The mussels and peeled shrimp marinated to perfection. I know the biggest trick to it all is their "CRACKIN MIX" which is the combination of All their spice options you could choose from. I am truly an avid fan and I get hungry thinking about going back. We got the following below: COMBO 3 -CRACKIN MIX (ALL SPICES) -BLACK MUSSEL -PEELED SHRIMP $2 -GARLIC BROCCOLI $8.95 -CAESAR SALAD $7.95 -COLE SLAW $4.95 -GARLIC NOODLES $10.95 -2x CHICKEN TENDER $25.90 w/ FRIES -STEAMED RICE $2.50 -2x sparkling water $6 -1 Ranch $.75 Nom...Nom...Nom...feed me!

I looked around and found this place on Yelp. We had never heard of it, so I thought we should give it a try. I'm so glad we did! Also, what a catchy name. We walked in around 5:40pm on a Tuesday and the place was completely empty. We were greeted by Alex who was the main star of the evening. He was so kind, gentle, soft spoken and honest. Truly a great employee who cares about his job and customers! The same goes for Angelo, who also waited on us, brought out our food and anything else we needed, like extra lemon wedges and hot sauce. The service was truly superb in every way! They both checked on us several times. Now for the food. Everything was simply delicious and fresh. The prices were appropriate for the portions and we both throughly enjoyed our food. I got their Surf and Turf with Ribeye and Grilled Jumbo Shrimp (3pc). For my sides, I added on Caesar Salad and Jambalaya Rice (comes with sausage, chicken, and shrimp). Each side was $2.35 extra. Although it was all tasty and properly made, I'm not going to order ribeye steak anymore from now on. It's always too fatty for my taste, and it's not the restaurant's fault. It's just how the meat is. My son got their Grilled Salmon plate and chose White Rice and Sautéed Veggies as his sides. He was very happy with his dish and didn't leave any crumbs on his plate. He said everything was seasoned properly and the veggies were cooked perfectly/very flavorful. This place is such a hidden gem in Glendale. In all my years of coming to this city, I can't believe I've never noticed it. They have great food with great service in a clean, comfy and homey environment. More people started to show up for dinner time and the vibes got even better. The blues music they were playing really hit the mark and made a great addition to the experience. In my opinion, the big TVs they have are unnecessary. (This isn't a sports bar). They have a BIG parking lot and one bathroom for each gender. My son said the men's restroom was clean, but the women's could have used a little touch up. There's a lot of love in this restaurant! Thank you Alex, Angelo, management and Crab Avenue.

I'm old school, so I called the restaurant directly to place my pickup order. The gentleman who answered the phone was very nice, friendly, and polite. It's hard to find good customer service these days, so that really stood out. I'm Peruvian American and pretty picky when it comes to eating out or ordering takeout, and I have to say this place is the real deal. The food was hot, fresh, flavorful, and authentic. The complimentary bread was delicious, and I especially enjoyed the Peruvian ají--it was nice and creamy, not watered down. The restaurant was very clean, and the staff was friendly and welcoming. I would definitely come back with my girlfriend for a sit-down dinner. If you're in the Glendale area and looking for authentic Peruvian food, I highly recommend Natalie's! Wow, what great flavor. We probably should have ordered one but we wanted to try both. We were not disappointed. I had the Lomo Saltado which was delicious. It had great flavor and lots of beef. My husband had the Chaufa de Camarones. It had lots of shrimp and it was seasoned well. My daughter had the Chaufa de Pollo which she loved. For dessert we had the Tropicalazo which were plantains with Peruvian ice cream. The flavor of the plantains were so good. The ice cream paired well with the plantains! We also ordered the Flan which was good but not as good as the Tropicalazo. The robot server was cute. It brought the food out to your table. We would definitely come back here again. I absolutely love this store and everything about how they do business…read more First, they are the only shop around the area that actually goes ALL out with holiday decorations throughout the year, and it is always beautifully done! It brings so much joy to the street every time I pass it and shows how much pride, care, and passion the people here put into what they do. You can tell they genuinely want to create something special, not just inside the store, but for the whole community around them. That's awesome. Second, the food here is phenomenal and actually priced well. It's refreshing to find a place that serves such high-quality food at prices that still feel decently affordable. Their lunch menu is next level just the photos alone will make you drool, and again great prices considering 2026's economy. It is delicious, satisfying, and honestly a better value than many cafes that charge the same or more for food that is nowhere near as good. The ladies who run the shop are also incredibly friendly, warm, and personable. They are always courteous, fun to talk to, and bring such great energy to the space. Every visit feels welcoming and upbeat and I look forward to coming in to grab a huge pack of smoked salmon for $18 and some fresh Russian bread (toasted with butter!) for a few bucks.
