When you walk into Craft & Common, you're instantly hit with a welcoming vibe from the plentiful seating, the soft lighting, and the many different kinds of plants hanging from the ceiling and walls. They have a cold case for drinks, and many more options to choose from on their menu. I immediately saw one of my favorite coffee beverages in their case--Matchless coffee soda--and grabbed one from the cold case to bring to the register. When I did, the barista offered to prepare the drink the way it comes in their shop. Naturally, I accepted, and in a few minutes I had an iced coffee soda with a delicate orange peel garnish sitting before me. I can say without question, I will never drink Matchless the same way again, because they have perfected it at C&C. My group also tried some of their seasonal drinks--the espresso old fashioned is a great coffee take on a classic drink, and the iced banana chai was incredibly flavorful but not too banana-y. Also, though we didn't sample them, it looked like they had a fare amount of bakery items that would pair well with any one of their drinks. They don't only sell coffee either--they have beer, wine, and bar snacks to keep you happy on your night out. I love the drinks made at Craft & Common! Their standing menu is great, but their seasonal menu is stellar! I love the matcha horchata, but their banana chai is absolutely incredible. Aside from their top notch drinks, they have really yummy sandwiches and other dishes for both breakfast and lunch. The cafe itself is so so cute and offers many instagrammable spots. They have a decent amount of space if you're looking for a place to study, hang out with friends or do your work from "home". Their merch is really nice as well, and the staff is always approachable and helpful. The only downside is the parking. There are a handful of free parking spots in the back but they're usually occupied in the first hour of the day, and so you have to pay for parking. That's really the only downside to this fantastic cafe! read more

I especially love this coffee shop for their unique signature drinks like their Pacific Fog which is made with espresso, milk, lavender syrup, honey, and pink Himalayan salt. They are a little pricey but I recommend it as a once in a while splurge. A+ for presentation. Extra points for friendly service. They have recently added even more specialty drinks. I tried the Strawberry Milk Matcha iced and it was delicious. I'm definitely coming back to try the Banana Chai! In addition to great drinks, this place is very Instagrammable. Their most Instagrammable spot is their back wall that has the cutest wallpaper with a pink neon sign that reads "it was all a dream." They have ample seating and hanging plants throughout. There are a few shelves with well curated goods for sale. A lot of the items would make great gifts. By the entrance there is a cooler stocked with different grab and go beverages. The only drawback to this place is that if you are coming here to work there aren't many outlets for charging. read more

This is one of my favorite places to grab a flavored coffee (my favorite is lavender honey and matcha) and then maybe a slice of cake! They usually have different flavors of cake everytime I visit. What up cute coffee place? A friend of mine told me about Craft & Common and their rose syrup coffee. So, of course, I had to try it out! I found myself here on a Monday mid-morning-early-afternoon. When I walked in, my first impression was hip yet serene. I guess this has to do with all of the plants around and the tropical wallpaper wall in the back ... kind of that "urban jungle" feel that is happening right now. It was nice. Really nice. I like oxygen. I like plants. The place was also extremely clean so it was all working for me. For this first visit, (as there will be more), I was dying to try The Wild Child coffee (rose syrup, vanilla, rose petals and cardamom tincture ... whatever that is.) It was my purpose for the visit after all. I ended up going for the large size and hot. Having not eaten breakfast that day, I also got the Sausage, Egg, Cheese sandwich, on a pretzel bun. I loves me some pretzel buns, so resistance was futile. As I was looking around, the sweet young lady who took my order brought me the sandwich and coffee since I wasn't paying attention at the counter. (Thank you, sweet lady! I was in sensory overload with the zen atmosphere and plant ideas I'm using for home.) I sat at the big window looking out and consumed the yumminess. The coffee was ... well ... special. It was beautifully presented, it tasted beautiful, I felt beautiful drinking it. What more could I ask for? It was unique and delicious (Oh! I also got almond milk instead of cow's milk.) Saying that, I think I should have gotten it cold as I think it would have enhanced the rose syrup experience. That is just a personal preference! The sandwich was pretty good but the coffee was the star. I would like to try all of their other coffees at this place. They use good quality products (Hello grass fed dairy! Hello natural ingredients! ... Makes me so happy!) So, I advise you to treat yourself as well. I love to stop here every time I'm in downtown for a quick breakfast. The cafe is so cute and they serve the drinks in cute cups. Last time I visited, I wish I got a pic of my breakfast sandwich, it was divine! It was avocado and bacon on a crescent. Coffee is great all around, I get something different every time. I don't know what goes on behind the scenes- but it was wildly unprofessional. I would expect more for someone of that age. Love this place! If you're looking for unique coffee drinks or just a plain ol' good cup of joe- come here. It's perfect for getting some work done or just a coffee run with friends. The indoor area is spacious and has some fun wall decor (perfect for the 'gram). The baristas are willing to offer you advice on which drink you should try which is great for me bc I'm indecisive and everything sounds good. Here's what I've tried- 1) the wild child [iced]: it's a rose syrup based latte and it's not only aesthetically pleasing but also tasty. I'm a black coffee drinker so I felt it was sweeter and milkier than what I normally go for but if sweet is your thing then you'd love it. 2) earl grey latte (basically a London fog but without the vanilla syrup): I've recently been on an earl grey kick so when I visited here last, I asked the barista if he could make me an earl grey latte and he delivered beautifully. read more

What a lovely local shop! I read good things about this little shop, and had to give it a try. Located in the heart of Downtown is this cute coffee shop. The interior is clean and simple, but holds a lot of personality. The staff are very friendly and helped me decide on what to order. I got the pacific fog, an iced latte made with lavender syrup and Himalayan pink salt. This latte was life changing! The latte was sweet and flavorful. I had a buttery croissant to go with it. This is definitely a two Michelin star coffee shop for us. We were driving back and forth from fort Lauderdale so Orlando was not really on our way to and from but we made a detour to get to this coffee shop both on our way to and from Ft. Lauderdale. We came up with excuses like a little break from our long drive which never had to include Orlando before we found this place. They have a great oat milk latte and many fancy-looking drinks and great-looking sandwiches and breakfast. Nice decor and very up and running and hip place to visit. Parking is a little challenge but the service is quick and the coffee phenomenal and the vegan sausage cheese egg sandwich is to live for to eat on the road. Such a cute space to come and enjoy a drink at. I always order the Royal Treatmint tea, iced, with some house made simple syrup. It is so refreshing and tasty - best mint tea I have tried. I usually also pick up a treat made by Valhalla bakery, as they sell some of their treats at Craft and Common. The Sprinkle cookie is pretty good! The indoor space is decorated nicely with beautiful greenery, and has enough seating to enjoy drinks/treats inside. There is also outdoor seating. My family got a pour over Colombian, nitro latte, avocado toast, chocolate croissant, chocolate chip muffin, bacon egg and cheese croissant, and salmon toast. We basically licked our plates clean . I highly suggest adding tomato, avocado, and arugula to the bacon, egg, and cheese croissant. Absolutely one of my favorite breakfast sandwiches I've had. This is a must when you are in Orlando. Nice little spot near downtown orlando. Went on Sunday morning for about 30 minutes for a quick espresso and was pleasantly surprised. The atmosphere is laid back, environment was little too 'colorful' with pink fluffy pillows and such around the place but I dont judge. It wasn't loud, the bar in the middle of the cafe just makes the whole area kind of open and inviting. They also have seating outside. Espresso was spot on, wifi works well, outlets are all over the place. Great spot for a quick cup of coffee and getting some work done or just enjoying a cappuccino. This is probably the best coffee shop I will have ever come across in my entire life. My boyfriend & I visited this place nearly every single day for the year we lived near it, which is absolutely insane but I cannot stress enough how much I enjoyed stopping by. The Pacific Fog (with almond milk) and the Turkey panini are simply unmatched. We moved states just a few days ago and leaving Craft was the single con to moving. On top of the food and drinks, the workers are possibly the nicest people on the planet. We always left happier than we already were when we walked in. First thing I noticed was how beautiful and cute the shop was!! That is always a good start!! Coffee was really good. I had the hot pacific fog with lavender Syrup. It was really unique. The downside is price. It's so very expensive. I got their large for $5.75 which is like a medium size at Starbucks. My friend subbed oat milk in her pumpkin latte and that was an extra dollar so her one drink alone costed $6.75 without tax. It was also really sweet for me to enjoy. They do have a rewards system where you put your Number in but I'm not sure how many drinks give you a free one. I wouldn't come back religiously but I would def come back if coffee fanatic friends are in town just to give them the experience! read more

I did not like my coffee at all. I tried one of their draft craft lattes, the butterscotch, and it was extremely disappointing. Not hot, not cold, just room temperature. The butterscotch had an offputting almost chemical flavor to it. I couldn't even get through half of hit before throwing the $6 in the trash. This combined with the lack of decent parking, I can't imagine returning. Too bad as I like the concept behind it. Beautiful space, though! read more
