    Philly rolls

I was craving for some fresh poke bowl and this is the place for it. Everything is made to order and alot of choices to choose for your poke bowl like mix of salad, and variety of rice to pick and or soba noodles. Also they have some sushi rolls too which comes in a big size to fill you up. Its kinda hard to notice the store sometime while driving on sunshine, so make sure you look on the side. Its next to venus nails and spa and a dental place in a place across from Mercy hospital. I always get the soba noodle and fresh tuna. My favorite combo, just add some veggies and pickle with their ginger seasne sauce and I'm good to go. The portion are very good, not too little and very fulfilling. I also get their seaweed salad and squid salad. Taste good with steam rice for lunch the next day! Save me a trip lol. Their food are very healthy, delicious and refreshing. I think they have vegan too!! A must try for lunch or dinner.

    Make your own bowl

I think I've finally hacked my way into the 'Make Your Own' sushi bowl. I decided to take a sushi roll I really like and made it into a bowl, the Philly. This time I did rice, salmon, cucumber, cream cheese, sweet soy sauce, and then I added avocado, crunchy tempura, sprouts, and sesame seeds. Nailed it. I think having enough sauce (or sauce like toppings) really go a long way to making your own bowl be successful. If you've tried making your own bowl before with no success, I found it worth it to keep trying and add enough toppings and sauce to make it flavorful. Thanks again, Craft Sushi, for a great experience!

Such a fun place! I stop here often when I am in Springfield. They have so many fresh options to create your own poke bowl or sushi roll. The price is great for the huge portions. I try something different everytime and it's always delicious. Counter service restaurant so it's pretty fast. Small dining room and togo options too.

I've only had this place one time but, it was amazing! And the inside is so cute and not only was the food to die for everything felt so luxurious. Truly a treat! And the service was amazing and very quick!

This. Was. So. Good!! This was my second time at Craft sushi (my husbands first), and our meals lived up to the hype! When you first enter, it's a little confusing to figure out how to navigate all the delicious options. You can either select from a list of pre-selected toppings or create your own poké bowl/sushi! We both chose bowls which are slightly more expensive. (The portions are generous though!) I filled my chicken bowl with edamame, asparagus, seaweed crisps, some onion crunchies, and what was a spicy mayo/seafood type sauce. Their peach mango tea was also super yummy and not syrupy-sweet (which I appreciated)! You need to check out Craft Sushi! So so yummy & the staff are friendly & helpful!

    California Sushi Roll

We ordered Miso Soup, California, and Philadelphia rolls. Typically they are just the roll. But this time all of the rolls had some sort of topping that is usually not present. On the Philadelphia roll there was some sort of crunchy topping which turned out to be very unique. But with the California roll there was like a wasabi sauce on it which turned out to be pretty spicy. Because typically standard rolls are not spicy and ok for kids; but they did not want to eat it because of the unexpected spice. If I would order from them I would definitely specify if you want sauce or not especially for kids. And the Miso soup not the best that I have had.

Make sure to add all the toppings for the full experience I went with a salad bowl but next time I'll get a rice bowl.

GET THE POKE BOWL! As much as I love sushi, I feel like it's over priced for the quantity. The poke bowl is the perfect size and is sure to fill you up. The price point is perfect for the amount of food you can get. One of the best poke bowls in Springfield. Make sure to add all the toppings and add the wasabi sauce and sriracha sauce.

Looks good now... But not as good while your head is hanging in a toilet bowl. Worst food poisoning I have ever had!

I have never had such bad food poisoning as I had from Craft Sushi. This was the only meal that I didn't share with someone so I know this is the source. I'm not going to lie... It looks great and mimics good sushi okay. But after the 36 hours I just had, I will stay far, far away from here. I'm sticking to Haruno or Karai from now on.

Such a great spot! Casual, delicious place to create your own poke bowl. It's packed on a weekday at lunch, but for a good reason. Fresh veggies, generous portions and great prices.

    The poke bowls are legit!

The poke bowl wasn't what you would think, 3 cups of rice and 2 teaspoons of tuna. Not worth paying that much for bowl of rice.

Excellent Soba noodle bowls. Love the choice of veggies and toppings. Ahi Tina with wasabi aioli over soba noodles with veggies is BOOM!

Now I'm not a giant fan of the plain old Chinese restaurants that seem to be on every other block here in Springfield, but picky me really likes Asian fusion restaurants. Its clean, friendly, and fast service here, with a large menu. They offer anything from sushi, shrimp with lobster sauce, sweet and sour chicken, and just about any other of your favorite Asian dish's. The lunch special is very well priced and includes the entree, your choice of 2 crab rangoon's, egg role, or soup as an added side to the meal. It's a really nice portion of food, it all comes un-assembled so you decide how much sauce to add, which is a great touch. Also, like how they bread the chicken, it's more of a wet batter to start and fry's up nice and puffy so to say. One cool thing about the decor is the gold cat on the counter that is perpetually waving hello, really want to know where I can get one of those, lol. Give it a try for lunch, really can't beat that special, and they can be pretty busy at times, which means to me I'm not the only one who knows good food in this town.

The man was hard to understand, could not answer my questions about tofu or their seafood and the woman on the phone loudly with "business". While going through a pretty extensive menu, noticed grubhub there a few times but zero customers at 1pm. As avoiding meat I went with the seafood dinner with lobster $21 w tax. Asked for water was given a tiny styrofoam cup? I saw no glasses. My meal came out with a scoop of rice on styrofoam plate, and they dish itself is served in a black carry out?? I had said dine in. No plates or silverware. The rice cold. The dish had 4 good pieces of shrimp but sadly no flavor. The scallops tiny and filled with grit. The lobster seemed fresh, of course smallish but he overcooked it, the only thing that looked like I might get lucky with. They appear to possibly be going out of business, so maybe why the quality was a 1. When I got up to leave she finally spoke and asked how was it and I told her the scallops filed with grit (low quality) the lobster overcooked and tough. She just smiled and went on. They have combos for $9.99 and the store next to, said that was all they would eat, wish I would have known as would have save myself ten dollars and actually had a decent lunch perhaps. Next time will eat at the cafeteria, where if something spoiled can get replaced.
