I came here on a Tuesday, there were many tables available and there were only a few tables sat. All staff were friendly, the waitress arrived promptly. My mango margarita was 2 for 1 so I loved that, it was also pretty good, right balance of flavor. Shoutout to bartender :) The calamari was ok, nothing special about it, But not bad. Nobody is at the front to greet you. So you're like do ppl even work here. Then once you sit down, they come to your table, but to get them to come back is like pulling teeth. We coulda walked out without paying the check bc NO ONE COMES BACK. But we'd never do that. Aside from that, the food and drinks are really good. I started with a Moscow Mule, which tasted like a basic delicious Moscow Mule. For dinner, I started with the house salad, which the ingredients didn't really make sense to me and it wasn't like a typical House salad, but it was salad. For my meal, I had snow crab and shrimp, the boom seasoning and medium spice. The seafood is fresh and the flavor was a little spicy. But good spice. It took a while to get water from our waitress. We had to ask someone else for those like shell cracker things and forget about lil forks to get the meat out. Again. The service was crap. But w a smile. We ended the meal with the ice cream and brownie dessert, which was super basic and tasted like from a box. I probably wouldn't have it again. Our meal took 3 hours!!! 3 hours!!! We ordered drinks and they took forever. There were few customers so not sure what the bartender was busy with. Even the bucket of beer, which should have been easy, took a long time. We sat down at 7:22pm and got our appetizers at 8:30p. Our drinks came out 10 minutes later. The entrees came out at 9:25p. The fish in the fish and chips had zero flavor. Everything else was good except the fried clams which also lacked flavor. Not sure if its the same batter.. The worst thing was their choice of programming on the television. They showed Bullet Train and John Wick and no it wasn't a PG version. We said something about it but they never changed it. We were further away so the blood and gore on the 10ft screen didn't interfere with dinner but what were they thinking? Lastly, they dont check their restrooms very often. Legitimately hasn't been more than 25% full any of the times I have come. (Late lunch/Early dinner generally). If you're on the fence, I highly recommend giving it a shot. I love how they bring it out in a bubbled bag. I don't know why I have so much fun with the bibs and gloves, I feel like they are so sweet for caring enough about our clothes that we should wear a huge bib of protection lol. Let's start with the food. It was pretty darn good. I had a boil 1/2 lb crab legs and 1/2 lb headless shrimp. I got the lemon pepper medium spice and it was perfect seasoning and spice. I also ordered the steam scallops with lemon pepper hot and these were good. I wanted the scallops to come out first but waiter must have forgot to put it in that way. However, not so much of a big deal in the end. Now for drinks , these took a long time. We finally seen our drinks at the bar ready but server was waiting another table so not entirely his fault because we counted many times servers and even the lady manager walk by them and didn't even think to deliver to the customers. It should be a team effort here, and since it was not the case, the overall experience dwindles. The restaurant has potential and the ambiance could be improved with better customer service and enthusiasm from the team.
